The beach villa "Quisisana" awaits you with all modern comfort and historical charm - in the 1st row of Binz!
This beautiful 3-room flat was renovated in 2019 and almost completely refurnished
You can now look forward to wonderful holidays in the Villa Quisisana!
Holiday flat 1 is located on the ground floor of the villa
Enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday on the comfortably furnished terrace facing the sea,
where you can listen to the sound of the sea (you do not have a sea view from the ground floor).
The large living room with flat-screen TV, sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave etc.) offers space for the whole family
WLAN is available free of charge.
The master bedroom is equipped with wardrobe and double bed, the small children's bedroom with bunk bed.
Please note: The mattresses in the children's bedroom bunk bed are 0.70 x 1.80m in size.
Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.
The sofa bed in the living room can be used for a 5th person
A travel cot (completely covered) and a high chair are available free of charge.
The chic, marble-tiled bathroom is equipped with a real glass shower, WC and hairdryer.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 3 children or 4 adults without a 5th person
A parking space at the house is included in the price.
You are welcome to order newspaper service and bread service.
A sauna with relaxation room and shower is available free of charge for house guests on the ground floor of the villa.
A cosmetic and massage studio in the house will be happy to pamper you.

Villa Quisisana is a historically authentic and lovingly renovated gem directly on the beach promenade in Binz. It is in a prime, central location directly on the beach, only a 3-minute walk from the pier and the centre of Binz. Shopping facilities and good restaurants are in pleasant proximity.

- Im Falle eines Beherbergungsverbotes wird Ihre Buchung kostenfrei storniert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Direkt am Strand ...
... man hört die Ostsee rauschen auf der Terrasse oder bei geöffneten Fenstern in der Wohnung ... es war toll. Die schöne saubere Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir sind super gut erholt nach Hause gefahren!

Familienurlaub
unsere Kinder waren sehr angetan vom eigenen, kleinen Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett, abends konnte wir sehr oft die Terrasse nutzen und die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und geräumig, vor allem sauber!

Super Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist schon groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, gerade richtig für unsere Familie mit 2 Kindern. Das Wetter war auch schön, so dass wir eine Menge Spaß am Wasser hatten.

Die Villa hat viel Charme, die Qohnung im Erdgeschoss mit schöner Terrasse war für uns genau das richtige (Familie mit kleinen Kindern), gleich am Strand, Sauna genutzt, Parkplatz am Haus und zentrumsnahe. Die neue Einrichtung gefällt gut gut und schön modern.

Villa am Strand!
Die ganz Familie war zufrieden. Die Jungs haben bei Wind und Wetter am Strand gebuddelt, der direkt vor der Haustür liegt. Mama hat derweil die Sauna genutzt und zwischendurch ein Schwätzchen mit der sympathischen Hausdame gehalten.

Strandurlaub
Strandurlaub pur. Wir haben die Zeit hier in der Villa Quisisana sehr genossen. Wir haben jeden Tag draußen gefrühstückt und sind manchmal davor schnell ins Wasser gesprungen. Es war wunderbar. Für Wasserratten sehr zu empfehlen.:-))

Direkt am Strand!
Schöne, sehr gepflegte historische Strandvilla in der ersten Reihe. Sehr nette Hausdame, saubere Wohnung. Bei schönstem Frühlingswetter haben wir die Terrasse jeden Morgen zum Frühstücken genutzt. Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage bei Ihnen!
