Holiday flat no. 8 in the Villa Quisisana will delight you with a dreamlike lake view!
The flat was renovated and refurnished for you in 2019. You can now look forward to a wonderful holiday by the sea!
The large loggia on the sea side offers you a comfortable dining area and a beautiful sea view
In the living room you will find a stereo system, flat screen TV and a couch with sleeping function
An electric fireplace provides atmospheric evenings.
You can also see the sea from the living room
The separate kitchen has a kitchenette with dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice compartment and an oven with integrated microwave
The dining area is located in the loggia.
The bedroom offers you a double bed, a large wardrobe and blackout curtains.
The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer
A separate guest toilet completes the facilities.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.
Wi-Fi and 1 parking space at the house are included.

- Im Falle eines Beherbergungsverbotes wird Ihre Buchung kostenfrei storniert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Leider viel zu kurz!
Man müßte 4 Wochen Urlaub haben! Die Insel Rügen, der Ort Binz ... Es gibt so viel zu sehen und zu entdecken. Und für faule Tage einen superschönen Strand direkt vor der Haustür!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem Meerblick.
Toll renovierte und eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in Bestlage. Uns hat diese historische Strandvilla mit der freundlichen Hausdame sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderbarer Ausblick!
Tolle alte Villa direkt am Strand. Von der frisch renovierten und sehr schick eingerichteten Wohnung hatten wir eine traumhafte Sicht aufs Meer.
Die nette Hausdame hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und ein freundliches Wort für uns. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt!
