Enjoy your holiday in this tastefully furnished holiday apartment close to the beach
with a large balcony and a beautiful view of the spa gardens!
The flat is located on the first floor and offers a spacious living area with Smart-TV (40 inch), stereo, Blue-Ray-Player and Wi-Fi as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster)
The flat has two beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe
One bedroom is additionally equipped with a smart TV (32 inch)
The flat offers two bathrooms: one bathroom with shower and toilet and one full bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
All windows of the flat are equipped with external roller shutters
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge
From the large, furnished south-west-facing balcony you have a view of the spa gardens.
A lift is available in the house.
A free parking space in the carport (clearance height 1.90 m) at the house is included
Sauna and solarium are available in the house for a fee
From May to October, you can use a beach chair on the beach free of charge.

Easter vacation
It was a relaxed and eventful time, we liked it so much that we extended for another day. The car was protected in the carport, the spa park is idyllic and a quiet spot, although centrally located. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained.

The apartment is very spacious and well-maintained. There is a playground just around the corner for the children. We enjoyed our days in Binz very much and have already recommended it to others.

It was a beautifully furnished apartment, very spacious and, above all, wonderfully quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was very clean. We felt very comfortable in Binz and would love to come back!

Always a pleasure :) ...
We felt very comfortable here, as always. The flat is large, bright and friendly. You can quickly get to the beach and above all you have your beach chair safe, which is very comfortable especially in high summer with the high demand!
For next year we have booked our desired date right away again ...
