The holiday flat "Sissy" in romantic ambience, offers you a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV, safe, radio, WLAN, MP3 player and high-quality cupboard kitchen (with 2-plate cooker, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster etc.; see photo). The furnished south-east-facing balcony with a small sea view is very comfortably furnished with table, chairs and sun lounger and can be accessed from the living room
The bedroom has two single beds (0.90x2m). These can also be put together on request (our housekeepers will be happy to arrange this for you).
The bathroom has a real glass shower, WC, hairdryer and towel dryer.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.
A parking space is available at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa "Monbijou", built in 1891, was lovingly renovated in 1995. The historic villa in seaside style is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Binz (in the main street), which runs towards the pier and the Baltic Sea. Many good restaurants, bakers and shopping facilities can be found nearby. The pier, beach promenade and beach are only a stone's throw away (200m).

Bedroom too narrow
The apartment has a very good location, a very nice sunny balcony, but the bedroom is only conditionally recommended for older people. Very good bed, but only about 20-25 cm space on each side to get into the bed! Kitchen very simple, equipped with only the essentials. Toaster defective, table extendable but the extension plate is missing. No armchair, only 2 chairs and a couch. TV with all channels and large, very good! In hindsight, I should have informed myself better because the bedroom is advertised as cozy and small with a large bed, but as already mentioned, simply too tight! Everything else is okay with some compromises. Otherwise, I can recommend the apartment next to Cosima! What was also not available was a safe or safe deposit box!

Sie buchen eine Ferienwohnung, die Sie wenig mehr als die Binzer Jugendherberge gekostet hat und in Wort und Bild mit einem "klitzekleinen" Schlafzimmer beworben wird. Und beschweren sich dann, daß das Schlafzimmer zu klein ist?!?
Dazu fällt uns leider keine freundliche Antwort ein ...
Für nachfolgende Leser:
Die Ausziehplatte für den Tisch und Ersatzgeräte wie Toaster oder Wasserkocher stehen in ausreichenden Mengen im Lager und werden auf Wunsch sofort gebracht. Ein Anruf genügt und das nette Team der Villa Alba kümmert sich darum ... Testen Sie den Service!

best location
We were on the island of Rügen for the first time. The villa in the middle of the city, very centrally located, yet nothing could be heard in the apartment, was very well-maintained and clean, a parking space was available to us. It was the ideal starting point for our activities. We will remember it often!

Sunny island vacation!
A nice accommodation right in the center of Binz! Well maintained and above all very clean! Large balcony with a view of the historical center. 2 breakfast bakeries next door. We were able to relax well!

historic villa
I really enjoyed the time. I arrived alone by train and everything worked out wonderfully. I rented a bike to explore the island and watched the strolling and enjoyed Binz from the balcony. The apartment has style and is very clean.

Gem in the middle of the city
