Enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday in a prime location in Binz on the island of Rügen - central and close to the beach!
The large living room offers cable TV, hi-fi system, couch with sleeping function and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. In front of the living room is a large conservatory with a dining table for the whole family. You can use WLAN free of charge.
The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed as well as an exit to the second conservatory or "children's room". There are two single beds (80x190cm each) and a second TV set. See also floor plan.
Cots and highchairs are available free of charge.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC. The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor.
A parking space at the house is included.

The "Havanna" holiday flat in the "Villa Malepartus" is very centrally located in Binz. It is only a stone's throw to the beach and the sea (approx. 200 m) and 50 m to the centre. Restaurants, the pier, bars, shopping facilities and the spa administration are all within easy reach. Enjoy your holiday in the best location near the beach in the seaside resort of Binz!

- Im Falle eines Beherbergungsverbotes wird Ihre Buchung kostenfrei storniert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Entspannter Urlaub
Wir hatten hier einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, Parkplatz an der Tür; auch unser kleiner Dackel hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Kurze Wege: zum Strand oder Bäcker oder Supermarkt.

Erholsam!
Nach diesem traurigen Corona-Jahr haben wir uns eine Auszeit wohl verdient. In dieser großen und schön eingerichteten Wohnung konnten wir den alltäglichen Streß gut vergessen. Der schöne Ort Binz und der Strand haben ihr übriges getan. Dankeschön!

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, wir waren schnell am Hundestrand, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, mit Fliesen sehr pflegeleicht - hätte die Wohnung einen Balkon wäre es perfekt. Gern kommen wir noch einmal wieder...

Wunderbar
Es war ein superschöner Urlaub. Sonne, Strand, Meer,tolle Wohnung, hübsch ausgestattet -sehr gute Lage gegenüber der Kurverwaltung, nah am Zentrum und zum Strand 100 m, das Auto neben der Tür. Wir sind gut erholt nach Hause gekommen. Vielen Dank.

Sehr zufrieden!
Toll für 2 + Kind wegen der separaten Schlafmöglichkeit in einem der beiden Wintergärten. Das Kind hatte dort sogar ein eigenes TV und war somit auch sehr begeistert ... Parkplatz am Haus war schon im Preis mit drin. Nur ein Katzensprung zur Seebrück und zum Strand. Empfehlung!
