Enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday in a prime location in Binz on the island of Rügen - central and close to the beach!
The large living room offers cable TV, hi-fi system, couch with sleeping function and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. In front of the living room is a large conservatory with a dining table for the whole family. You can use WLAN free of charge.
The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed as well as an exit to the second conservatory or "children's room". There are two single beds (80x190cm each) and a second TV set. See also floor plan.
Cots and highchairs are available free of charge.
The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC. The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor.
A parking space at the house is included.

The "Havanna" holiday flat in the "Villa Malepartus" is very centrally located in Binz. It is only a stone's throw to the beach and the sea (approx. 200 m) and 50 m to the centre. Relaxed vacation
We had a very relaxing vacation here. The holiday apartment is very spacious, parking at the door; even our little Dachshund felt very comfortable here. Short distances: to the beach, bakery, or supermarket.

Restful!
After this sad year of Corona, we surely deserved a break. In this large and beautifully furnished apartment, we were able to forget the daily stress. The beautiful town of Binz and the beach added to it all. Thank you!
