Enjoy your best days of the year in the best location, in the heart of Binz, only 200m from the beach!
The flat "Richard Wagner" overlooks the historic centre of Binz. It has a comfortable living room with safe, radio, flat-screen TV, MP3 player, WLAN and high-quality cupboard kitchen (with dishwasher, 2-plate cooker, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.; see photo). The balcony facing southeast is very comfortably furnished with table, chairs and sun lounger and is accessible from the living room
The bedroom has two single beds (0,90x2m). If desired, these can be placed separately or together (our housekeepers will be happy to arrange this for you).
The white bathroom has a real glass shower, WC, hairdryer and towel dryer.
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
A parking space is available at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa "Monbijou" was built in 1891 and lovingly renovated in 1995. It is a historic villa in the seaside style and is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Binz, which runs towards the pier and the Baltic Sea. Many good bakers, restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The beach promenade, beach and pier are only a stone's throw away (200m).

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Mitten in Binz
haben wir unsere freien Tage in dieser alten Villa, in einer kleinen, feinen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sehr schön. Wir haben es genossen so zentral zu wohnen.

für einen Kurztripp haben wir diese Wohnung gebucht und waren positiv beeindruckt. Sehr sauber, nette Gastgeber, zentral, Parkplatz am Haus - es fehlte an nichts und auch wir werden wiederkommen ;-)

2 schöne Tage in Binz!
Haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen:
Geschmackvolle, gut gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Balkon direkt im binzer Zentrum.
Parken direkt am Haus und kostenfrei.
Wetter war herbstlich warm und sonnig.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Binz und dann wieder in die Villa Monbijou!

Man hat alles was man braucht:
- saubere Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer
- kleine Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler
- großen Balkon
- Parkplatz am Haus
- zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone
- eine sehr nette und engagierte Vermieterin

Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Wir wurden sehr nett von der Eigentümerin empfangen, Parkplatz stand uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung und die Wohnung war sehr wohlig eingerichtet mit schönem Blick auf das Zentrum.
