Enjoy your best days of the year in the best location, in the heart of Binz, only 200m from the beach!
The flat "Richard Wagner" overlooks the historic centre of Binz. It has a comfortable living room with safe, radio, flat-screen TV, MP3 player, WLAN and high-quality cupboard kitchen (with dishwasher, 2-plate cooker, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.; see photo). The balcony facing southeast is very comfortably furnished with table, chairs and sun lounger and is accessible from the living room
The bedroom has two single beds (0,90x2m). If desired, these can be placed separately or together (our housekeepers will be happy to arrange this for you).
The white bathroom has a real glass shower, WC, hairdryer and towel dryer.
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
A parking space is available at the house.

Villa "Monbijou" was built in 1891 and lovingly renovated in 1995. It is a historic villa in the seaside style and is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Binz, which runs towards the pier and the Baltic Sea. Many good bakers, restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The beach promenade, beach and pier are only a stone's throw away (200m).

Mitten in Binz
We have spent our free days in this old villa, in a small, fine, cozy vacation apartment. Very beautiful. We enjoyed living so centrally.
