Enjoy the most beautiful days of the year in Villa "Monbijou" in the heart of Binz!
Live directly in the centre - in the fashionable pedestrian zone of the seaside resort - only 200m from the beach.
The flat is quietly located towards the courtyard of the villa. It has a spacious living room with safe, flat-screen TV (cable), MP3 player, radio, free Wi-Fi and high-quality kitchenette (with dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, kettle, 2-plate cooker, toaster and coffee machine; see photo).
The west-facing balcony, comfortably furnished with table and chairs, is accessible from the living room. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m) and wardrobe. If desired, an extra bed for a child can be placed in the bedroom or in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, washstand and towel dryer.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.
A parking space is reserved at the house for each holiday flat.

Villa "Monbijou" was built in 1891 and was lovingly renovated in 1995. It is a historic villa in the style of spa architecture and is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Binz, which connects Schmachter See and the Baltic Sea. Many good restaurants, bakers and shopping facilities are nearby. The beach promenade, pier and beach are only 200m away.

zentralr Lage
For a short island trip, we chose Villa Monbijou as a central starting point for activities. It was easy to walk out the door for strolling and dining. The apartment was very clean and despite its central location, very quiet inside the apartment and the building.

Sunny short stay!
We were gifted this vacation for our anniversary and were able to celebrate our holiday in Binz very stylishly. We were very impressed by the town with its white villas by the summer sea! We will definitely return again and would be happy to stay in Villa Monbijou, where we felt very comfortable!
