In the large and completely private garden, which is surrounded by tall and dense hedges, you can retreat.
Here you can make yourself comfortable on the approximately 20m², completely fenced and pergola-covered terrace.
A built-in grill is available for your barbecue evenings.
The house entrance can be reached barrier-free as well as via a step. If you bring bicycles, they can be parked in the carport and are thus protected from the weather.

Perfect short vacation
The holiday home was ideal for us for a few days of relaxation with dogs. Cozy rooms, individually and really lovingly decorated. Large living room with open kitchen and dining area with fireplace (which we immediately lit). You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes. We made trips to Rerik and Wismar and ate delicious food. The journey is worth it - we have recovered and relaxed. We will gladly come back.

Satisfied all round.
We were 4 adults ,2 kids (2y & 5y) and 2 furry noses. We didn't want for anything and the kids were very impressed with the room, interesting toys. Lots of board games for young and old.
Very quiet location and not far from the beach. Since we didn't have beach weather, we did great excursions. We went to the harbour in Wismar and took a boat trip. Or we took the Molli train from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn. It was great for the kids because there was a great playground at the pier in Kühlungsborn. Then we went to the summer toboggan run in Bad Doberan. Also highly recommended. Cooked every evening in the fully equipped kitchen. So we will definitely be back soon.

Wonderful summer holiday
We had the pleasure of spending three wonderful weeks in the Ostseezauber holiday home this year in June/July. The domicile is rustic, cosy and furnished with great attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy are the really secluded garden with the covered terrace (one or two deck chairs would have made it absolutely perfect), the storage space for bicycles, fly screens on all windows and the good equipment in the kitchen. We also liked the location very much. You live away from the hustle and bustle and yet you can reach all the seaside resorts as well as Wismar, the island of Poel etc. quickly. Shopping is best in Neubukow, 10 km away. The camping site in Pepelow is also very nice, with a nice beach bar, a good restaurant (Seaside) and a nice section of beach where you can watch the kite surfers etc.. Kilometre-long bike tours through the beautiful and very varied landscape are possible directly from the house. The contact with the landlady, Mrs. Flad, also deserves positive mention. She was very helpful and extremely friendly even in advance. All in all - a successful holiday. We will certainly come back again sometime. Thank you.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
A quiet, secluded holiday home. Excursions to the very beautiful dog beach (with beach chairs) in Kühlungsborn can be undertaken from there. The city of Wismar is also not far and offers very beautiful sights, and the Bothmer Castle is worth a visit. The house is comfortably furnished and well-equipped. We felt very comfortable there. The contact with the landlords in advance was very good, all questions were answered quickly and very friendly.

Beautiful summer days in the vacation home despite a few points of criticism
We, as a family with a 4-year-old daughter and a dog, had a lovely week-long vacation in Boiensdorf. The accommodation in the wooden house style is great, the location is quiet, and the beach is 20 minutes away with a child (exactly 1.9 km). We spent every morning on the natural beach, which has a parking lot. Shallow, slowly sloping water, ideal for children and dogs. There is a small stand near the beach, unfortunately closed two days a week. Rerik is about 20 minutes away. and the island of Poel (which we highly recommend for children and dogs), approximately 40 minutes away. Kühlungsborn is around 30 minutes away but very tourism-oriented, lacking peace on the beach. The beach promenade, however, is beautiful. The accommodation itself is excellent and unbeatable for the price. It's great that there are still affordable houses of this quality! Three minor points of criticism:
1. unfortunately no microwave
2. beds are clearly too hard for US
3. … Final cleaning should also clean the corners from cobwebs, I did it, hope the new tenant appreciated it :-)
Still would recommend it and come back anytime.
