Description
Pets are very welcome at our property! We are delighted to accommodate up to five dogs of all breeds and sizes at no additional charge.
The main accommodation at Casa Roca Grossa Blanca features a spacious living and dining room, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and a bathroom with a generously sized shower (115 × 80 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine.
In front of the entrance, there is a lovely breakfast terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun. A built-in outdoor barbecue is also available. If you prefer not to clean the barbecue after use, we will be happy to take care of this for a fee of €35. On the opposite side of the house, a balcony awaits you with a beautiful sea view.
The approximately 28 m² suite on the lower floor has its own separate entrance. It is furnished with a double bed and also features a small kitchenette, refrigerator and private shower room. You always rent the entire property; the suite is never rented separately to other guests. This ensures complete privacy throughout your stay.
Air conditioning and heating are available for an additional charge. An EV charging station is also provided. Electricity used for charging is billed at €0.40 per kilowatt-hour.
One of the property’s highlights is the large private saltwater infinity pool, measuring 3.5 × 8 metres. Built-in steps and an underwater bench provide comfortable access in and out of the pool—even for older guests and dogs that are not experienced swimmers.
We completely avoid the use of conventional chemical treatment tablets in the pool. Instead, the water is treated using a modern electrolysis system. As a result, it is only slightly salty and particularly gentle on the skin and eyes.
The pool can be heated upon request. From April to October, this service is available for an additional charge of €150 per week. Depending on the weather, pleasant water temperatures of up to 30°C can be reached. During the winter, pool heating is charged according to actual consumption.
The spacious pool terrace, covering more than 80 m², is equipped with six sun loungers and offers a magnificent panoramic view over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea—the perfect place to sunbathe, relax and unwind.
Both the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar can be reached on foot.
Information for guests travelling with dogs
Up to five dogs of all breeds and sizes can stay free of charge. The property provides ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged companions. We simply ask you to remove and dispose of all dog waste. If this has not been done before departure, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.

Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation away from the lively town centre without having to compromise on proximity to the beaches, shops and leisure activities of Lloret de Mar.
Thanks to its elevated position, the property offers magnificent panoramic views over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea. The view is particularly beautiful in the evening, when the lights of the town begin to glow.
The beaches and lively centre of Lloret de Mar can be reached on foot. This allows you to combine the peace and quiet of your accommodation with everything this popular holiday resort has to offer.
In addition to Lloret de Mar’s main beach, the Costa Brava is home to numerous picturesque coves with clear water and impressive rocky scenery. The surrounding area is ideal for swimming, hiking and varied excursions along the coast.
Excursions and places of interest
The region offers a wide variety of rewarding destinations for day trips. Girona is renowned for its historic old town, the Jewish quarter known as Barrio Judío and its imposing cathedral. The winding streets, ancient city walls and colourful houses along the River Onyar give the city its distinctive charm.
La Bisbal is famous for its long tradition of pottery. Numerous shops, workshops and factory outlets invite you to discover Catalan decorative and practical ceramics.
Art lovers can visit the famous Dalí Museum in Figueres. Tossa de Mar, meanwhile, enchants visitors with its historic old town, impressive fortified walls and picturesque lighthouse overlooking the sea.
The world-famous Montserrat Monastery, one of Catalonia’s most important national and religious landmarks, is also an excellent destination for a day trip. Barcelona is always worth a visit and can be reached conveniently by train.
Leisure activities in the surrounding area
The nearby Water World water park, with its spectacular slides and numerous water attractions, offers plenty of fun and excitement. Marineland also provides entertainment for the whole family. Traditional flamenco performances can be enjoyed at La Masia in Tordera.
Shopping enthusiasts can reach the popular La Roca Village outlet centre near Barcelona in approximately 45 minutes. Lloret de Mar and its surroundings also offer numerous supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other shopping facilities.

Top Investment
The hosts Rainer & Susanne are super nice and give good tips for shopping, dining out & activities.
The house is very beautiful, well furnished, and the pool, as well as the view, is a dream.
The neighborhood of the house is pleasantly quiet & yet you can be in the hustle and bustle in a short time if you want.
There are more than enough shopping options in the vicinity.
From the guest apartment, you even have a fantastic view of the city from the bed. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend this property 100%.

Beautiful vacation with certainty of repetition
We were welcomed here so kindly and cheerfully after a 14-hour drive that we immediately got into vacation mode. The view from the terrace over Lloret de Mar is stunning, the pool pleasantly warm, and the house lovingly designed. Our dog also felt comfortable here as a "Poodle-Terrier," and we could be sure that she wouldn't just take a stroll through the community, as everything here is well-fenced and safe. There are many opportunities to have a nice vacation here. Our friendly landlords Susanne and Rainer always had good tips and we felt at home.
Vacation can't get better than this. The coming year is already booked and so we are going home full of anticipation for next May.

Vacation with Dogs
The acceptance of our not small dogs and the heated pool were the highlights for us. But our furry noses also found the property great, enough space to run, everything allowed. The communication and help from the landlords was constant, whether it was an internet outage or a doctor's visit. It was a nice vacation for us and we would love to come back.

Mega good property in a prime location and perfect service :-)
The house is simply fantastic, the location is simply perfect. The view from the pool is simply breathtaking. We had a great vacation here! Beautiful holiday home
Very nice landlords who are available with help and advice. Great location. Lovely heated salt water swimming pool with views over the bay. Lovely cottage, well equipped (even cake baking available). Enclosed garden with swing, sandpit and table tennis. Plenty of shopping facilities in approx. 2.5 km (supermarkets, huge Asian market). To come to the point: It was a wonderful holiday - it couldn't have been better!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und der Pool, sowie die Aussicht ein Traum.
Der Stadtteil des Hauses ist angenehm ruhig & dennoch ist man in kurzer Zeit unten im Trubel, wenn man möchte.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis mehr als genug.
Aus der Einliegerwohnung hat man sogar aus dem Bett einen fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt ?
Wir haben es sehr genossen & können dieses Anwesen zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
Schöner geht Urlaub nicht. Das kommende Jahr ist bereits gebucht und so fahren wir voller Vorfreude auf den nächsten Mai nach Hause.
Die Aussicht ist einfach phantastisch, das Außengelände ist groß und bietet ausreichend Platz zum toben. Der Pool ist der absolute Hammer. Wir haben ihn, aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit beheizen lassen und konnten somit stundenlang dort ausharren.
Herr Müller hat uns herzlich empfangen. Es gab ein tolles Starter-Willkommenspaket. Wir haben uns noch nie so toll willkommen gefühlt. Hinzu kommen tolle und sehr hilfreiche Ratschläge sowie eine insg total unkomplizierte Abwicklung.
Wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder. Buchung ist schon erfolgt :-)
Das Haus besticht durch seine tolle Lage und der herrlichen Aussicht auf Lloret und das Meer.
Den im Winter, auf 30 Grad beheizten Infinitypool, genossen wir in vollen Zügen.
Auch unser Hund kam auf dem großen Grundstück auf seine Kosten.
Selten so Hundefreundliche Vermieter gehabt, und können diese nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Liebe Susi und lieber Rainer wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Wir waren mal wieder begeistert von der tollen Poolanlage mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf Lloret und das Meer sowie dem schönen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund herumtoben konnte.
In dem gemütlichen und sehr sauberen Ferienhaus haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. In diesem Jahr ist zudem eine neue Küche eingebaut worden. Sehr schick und einfach perfekt.
Es war wieder mal ein schöner Urlaub und wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Natürlich haben wir gleich wieder gebucht.
Unsere Kinder (3 und 5 Jahre) finden den Sandkasten und die Schaukeln super. Der neue Pool ist mega toll und die Aussicht, beim Schwimmen und faulenzen, auf Lloret und das Meer ist traumhaft.
Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und hat alles was man braucht.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist immer sehr freundlich und Sie haben stets ein offenes Ohr und können einem auch mal ein paar schöne Restaurants oder Plätze empfehlen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool einfach nur traumhaft schön und der Ausblick auf das Meer war top.
Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hatte man dennoch einen Wunsch oder etwas wurde benötigt, ein einfacher Anruf genügte und es wurde sich darum gekümmert.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sind sehr um Ihre Gäste bemüht. Sie haben uns nicht nur bei der Auswahl der Restaurants, Strände und Parkmöglichkeiten geholfen sondern auch bei Schwierigkeiten wie mit den Parkautomaten ( waren zum ersten Mal in Spanien mit dem PKW ! ).
Das Haus werden wir weiter empfehlen.

Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Strand. Aber auch zu Fuß spazierten wir täglich ans Meer.
Auch die Abwicklung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und sehr freundlich.
Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen auch wieder :)
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerechtet, und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Unser kleiner Sohn (3 Jahre alt) hat sich auch super wohl gefühlt. Besonders begeistert war er vom Sandkasten und Schaukel im Garten.
Unser Hund war auch mit von der Parti. Auch er schien sehr begeistert.
Absolutes Highlight war natürlich der Pool mit der großen Terrasse.
Trotz Nebensasion gab es einige sehr warme Tage. An denen wir die außen Anlage gut nutzen konnten.
Die Vermieter sind super, super lieb, haben immer ein offenes Ohr, und geben gerne sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Alles in einem war es wieder mal ein Wunderschöner Urlaub. Den Wir auf jeden Fall wieder holen werden.

Es war alles sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet.
Toll sind auch die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, entweder auf dem Balkon mit spektakulärem Ausblick, oder auf der geschützteren Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit dem Grill oder auf der riesigen Poolterrasse.
Alles ist sehr schön angelegt, mit schönen Pflanzungen und sehenswertem Garten.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat sich viel Zeit genommen und hat tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben.
Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal Gäste.
Das Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten, Terrasse und einer fantastischen Poolanlage ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Es ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt.
Das gesamte Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt, was perfekt für unsere Hündin war. Sie konnte sich frei bewegen, hatte genug Platz zum Toben und immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Unser Mädchen hat sich, genauso wie wir, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Casa Roca liegt etwas oberhalb von Lloret in ruhiger Lage. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Das Zentrum sowie den Strand kann man zu Fuß in ca 15 - 20 Minurten erreichen. Für einen Großeinkauf zB zu ALDI / LIDL ist ein Auto erforderlich (ca 2,5 km).
Das sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieterpaar, das selbst Hunde hat, ist sehr um Ihre Gäste, auch ihre Vierbeinigen, bemüht. So hatte unsere Hündin schnell neue Freunde gefunden und daher viel Spaß. Sie wird gerne wiederkommen.
Es war ein toller Urlaub. Perfekt für uns und unseren Hund. Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und haben schon gleich gebucht und unsere Kaution als Anzahlung dagelassen. Alles unkompliziert.
Our small family including a baby enjoyed a full week in the house. The house is small, but have everything you need. The price vs location/facilities was a good deal.
This is a place where you can enjoy outdoor recreation at the infinity pool during the day and with a bottle of wine on the terrace in the evening just enjoying the view.
Lloret de Mar is a good location for trips to Tossa del Mar, Girona and other small places in the surrounding areas.
