Description
Pets are very welcome at our property! We are delighted to accommodate up to five dogs of all breeds and sizes at no additional charge.
The main accommodation at Casa Roca Grossa Blanca features a spacious living and dining room, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—and a bathroom with a generously sized shower (115 × 80 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine.
In front of the entrance, there is a lovely breakfast terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun. A built-in outdoor barbecue is also available. If you prefer not to clean the barbecue after use, we will be happy to take care of this for a fee of €35. On the opposite side of the house, a balcony awaits you with a beautiful sea view.
The approximately 28 m² suite on the lower floor has its own separate entrance. It is furnished with a double bed and also features a small kitchenette, refrigerator and private shower room. You always rent the entire property; the suite is never rented separately to other guests. This ensures complete privacy throughout your stay.
Air conditioning and heating are available for an additional charge. An EV charging station is also provided. Electricity used for charging is billed at €0.40 per kilowatt-hour.
One of the property’s highlights is the large private saltwater infinity pool, measuring 3.5 × 8 metres. Built-in steps and an underwater bench provide comfortable access in and out of the pool—even for older guests and dogs that are not experienced swimmers.
We completely avoid the use of conventional chemical treatment tablets in the pool. Instead, the water is treated using a modern electrolysis system. As a result, it is only slightly salty and particularly gentle on the skin and eyes.
The pool can be heated upon request. From April to October, this service is available for an additional charge of €150 per week. Depending on the weather, pleasant water temperatures of up to 30°C can be reached. During the winter, pool heating is charged according to actual consumption.
The spacious pool terrace, covering more than 80 m², is equipped with six sun loungers and offers a magnificent panoramic view over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea—the perfect place to sunbathe, relax and unwind.
Both the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar can be reached on foot.
Information for guests travelling with dogs
Up to five dogs of all breeds and sizes can stay free of charge. The property provides ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday with your four-legged companions. We simply ask you to remove and dispose of all dog waste. If this has not been done before departure, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.

Casa Roca Grossa Blanca is situated in a pleasantly quiet, elevated location on the outskirts of Lloret de Mar. The house is located in a cul-de-sac within a peaceful residential area. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation away from the lively town centre without having to compromise on proximity to the beaches, shops and leisure activities of Lloret de Mar.
Thanks to its elevated position, the property offers magnificent panoramic views over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean Sea. The view is particularly beautiful in the evening, when the lights of the town begin to glow.
The beaches and lively centre of Lloret de Mar can be reached on foot. This allows you to combine the peace and quiet of your accommodation with everything this popular holiday resort has to offer.
In addition to Lloret de Mar’s main beach, the Costa Brava is home to numerous picturesque coves with clear water and impressive rocky scenery. The surrounding area is ideal for swimming, hiking and varied excursions along the coast.
Excursions and places of interest
The region offers a wide variety of rewarding destinations for day trips. Girona is renowned for its historic old town, the Jewish quarter known as Barrio Judío and its imposing cathedral. The winding streets, ancient city walls and colourful houses along the River Onyar give the city its distinctive charm.
La Bisbal is famous for its long tradition of pottery. Numerous shops, workshops and factory outlets invite you to discover Catalan decorative and practical ceramics.
Art lovers can visit the famous Dalí Museum in Figueres. Tossa de Mar, meanwhile, enchants visitors with its historic old town, impressive fortified walls and picturesque lighthouse overlooking the sea.
The world-famous Montserrat Monastery, one of Catalonia’s most important national and religious landmarks, is also an excellent destination for a day trip. Barcelona is always worth a visit and can be reached conveniently by train.
Leisure activities in the surrounding area
The nearby Water World water park, with its spectacular slides and numerous water attractions, offers plenty of fun and excitement. Marineland also provides entertainment for the whole family. Traditional flamenco performances can be enjoyed at La Masia in Tordera.
Shopping enthusiasts can reach the popular La Roca Village outlet centre near Barcelona in approximately 45 minutes. Lloret de Mar and its surroundings also offer numerous supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other shopping facilities.

Top Investment
The hosts Rainer & Susanne are super nice and give good tips for shopping, dining out & activities.
The house is very beautiful, well furnished, and the pool, as well as the view, is a dream.
The neighborhood of the house is pleasantly quiet & yet you can be in the hustle and bustle in a short time if you want.
There are more than enough shopping options in the vicinity.
From the guest apartment, you even have a fantastic view of the city from the bed. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend this property 100%.

Beautiful vacation with certainty of repetition
We were welcomed here so kindly and cheerfully after a 14-hour drive that we immediately got into vacation mode. The view from the terrace over Lloret de Mar is stunning, the pool pleasantly warm, and the house lovingly designed. Our dog also felt comfortable here as a "Poodle-Terrier," and we could be sure that she wouldn't just take a stroll through the community, as everything here is well-fenced and safe. There are many opportunities to have a nice vacation here. Our friendly landlords Susanne and Rainer always had good tips and we felt at home.
Vacation can't get better than this. The coming year is already booked and so we are going home full of anticipation for next May.

Vacation with Dogs
The acceptance of our not small dogs and the heated pool were the highlights for us. But our furry noses also found the property great, enough space to run, everything allowed. The communication and help from the landlords was constant, whether it was an internet outage or a doctor's visit. It was a nice vacation for us and we would love to come back.

Mega good property in a prime location and perfect service :-)
The house is simply fantastic, the location is simply perfect. The view from the pool is simply breathtaking. We had a great vacation here! Beautiful holiday home
Very nice landlords who are available with help and advice. Great location. Lovely heated salt water swimming pool with views over the bay. Lovely cottage, well equipped (even cake baking available). Enclosed garden with swing, sandpit and table tennis. Plenty of shopping facilities in approx. 2.5 km (supermarkets, huge Asian market). To come to the point: It was a wonderful holiday - it couldn't have been better!
