Description
The house has 2 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower / WC), the two children share a bathroom / WC. Large garden with pool area. The pool has 8x4 m, right next to it is a children's pool of 2x2,5m with only a little water depth, divided from the pool by columns. The newly built pool itself has a brick staircase and an underwater seat. The water supply is made by a modern electrolysis system waiving the usual pool of tablets. The water is slightly salty and skin friendly.
The house was almost completely renovated in 2017/18 and newly furnished, this year for the first time holiday letting after the renovation and the pool building.
In the garden is a large
brick barbecue for cozy evenings at home. In about 5 min. Distance but also find a very good restaurant, and pizza delivery is also available.
We are happy to give you tip's where you are the freshest shopping, or the most beautiful and excursions are.
Fully fenced, pets make free holidays, provisionele animal care hours / days ( €) possible

After Lloret to the beach or center there are less than 10 minutes.
Highly recommended is the bay "Cala Canyelles", with the restaurant right on the beach and the small sports harbor.

Always a pleasure.
For us, the house is perfect! In a decentralized location, but very quickly in Lloret de Mar or Tossa de Mar. The children were in the pool every day. The equipment is fine. The price ratio is very good! Only an air conditioning would be desirable.

Wonderful relaxing vacation.
We spent the Pentecost holidays in "El Nidito blanco" and can recommend this accommodation in every way. The house is located quietly in the mountains above Lloret de Mar. On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in the cozy white accommodation. The house has a perfect layout: our 3 sons moved into the upper floor, each had their own room (one even with an indoor balcony) and there were 2 bathrooms. So we parents had our peace and quiet on the lower floor ;o) For dogs, the property is a paradise, our Lizzy has recovered super. The pool is also perfect (we had it heated to 30 degrees) and is cleaned and monitored several times a week by a "pool boy". The equipment also leaves nothing to be desired: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, small oven, various kitchen appliances ... everything is there! The large grill in the garden was also tested by us and found to be good :o) Last but not least, we would also like to mention the very warm contact with the landlords from the very first moment ... Susanne and Rainer were competent and friendly contact persons in all respects, whether it was about excursion tips (Barcelona, beaches, restaurants) or if you had another question. All in all, a wonderful vacation!

Belle maison avec de jolies prestations
Belle maison avec de jolies prestations. Idéalement située entre tranquillité et proximité au bord de mer. Seul bémol beaucoup d’escalier pour les bébés mais c’est la région vallonnée qui veut ça . Je recommande sans hésitation . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour .

Great house in great surroundings!
Absolutely great, newly renovated house with everything your heart desires. The house is in an absolutely new, renovated condition. Newly furnished and tip top maintained. Each room is very tastefully and brightly furnished. No old and dark furniture as you know it from many rental houses in Spain. Great garden with a wonderfully large pool. There is also a nice outdoor barbecue in the garden which we used many evenings. From the balcony, as well as from the pool terrace, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding, wooded hills. You have a wonderful view...you can even see the sea.
In the house itself you will find everything you need for everyday life. The kitchen is well equipped and even an iron can be found in the house. All in all, it was a holiday without any faults. The landlord and his wife are very nice and helpful and you really feel in good hands.
The house is very suitable for tenants with dogs. The property is completely fenced in, so that you don't have to worry about your four-legged friend escaping. We have already rented a house from Mr. M. for the second time and have been very satisfied both times.
We can really give this place 5 stars without reservation and recommend the landlord as well as the location with a clear conscience.

Perfecta para dos familias con niños.
Nos encanto la casa. Perfecta para dos familias con niños. Éramos 4 adultos y 4 niños. Hay privacidad, la piscina perfecta, barbacoa bien pero mal construída era muy alta y nos echaba todo el humo en la cara dificultando hacer la barbacoa. La casa tal como es en las fotos, muy nueva casi a estrenar todo lo que había. Rainer muy atencioso y rápido en las respuestas. Nos encanto la localización, lo único era que solo se accedía con coche. Lugar seguro en el medio de la montaña. Habían dos vecinos pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Recomendable.

Wirklich toll
Die Bilder versprechen wirklich nicht zuviel. Und der Pool war tatsächlich für uns alleine! Sowas erwartet man normalerweise als Gemeinschaftspool, nicht für einen aleine bei einem Ferienhaus. Und das Wlan war auch recht fix, um nicht zu sagen, das schnellste, was ich in einem spanischen Ferienhaus hatte.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, aber dann länger.

Wonderful Villa in the heart of Costa Brava
El Nidito is a wonderful house, located in a quiet area with great views to the mountains and sea. We had the most relaxing holidays with our two kids. The house was newly renovated and just perfect. The owner was very helpful and quick to react to any issues we had. This is one of the best houses you can rent at the Costa Brava. Highly recommended!

wunderschöne Ferien
wir waren als einer der ersten Gäste in diesem Feienhaus El Nidito. wunderschönes sehr sauberesHaus, tolle Aussenanlage mit Pool.Sogar extra abgeteilter Kinderpool. Ein toller Blick auf das Meer und in die Berge. ideal für uns da das gesamte Gelände eingezäunt ist und wir sowohl die Kids als auch den Hund unbesorgt draussenspielen lassen konnten. Sehr nette Betreuung. Wir kommen wieder.
