The villa has a garden with lawn and trees, with a pool of 8.00 m. x 4.00 m, 1.35 m deep terraces with chairs and tables and barbecue at your disposal and also sun loungers for sunbathing. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom, kitchen and dining room that opens directly onto the terrace and pool.
on the second floor you will also find two bedrooms and another bathroom and also a large living room well equipped and very comfortable for a good rest. Groups of young people under 27 years old are not accepted.
