The beautiful, with noble marble tiled holiday flat no. 11 on the 2nd floor was renovated and newly furnished for you in 2018
It now offers you a modern and comfortable holiday ambience!
From the living room you have a beautiful side view of the Baltic Sea
The living room also has comfortable upholstered furniture, a kitchenette with dishwasher and a dining area in front of the window with sea view. Wifi is available free of charge.
In addition to the curtains, all windows in the flat are fitted with pleated blinds for darkening.
The bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe
Extra beds are possible on the sofa bed in the living room if required
The marble-tiled bathroom is equipped with WC, real glass shower and hairdryer.
Children up to 12 years stay free of charge.
Cots (completely covered) and high chairs are provided free of charge.
A parking space at the house is already included in the price.
A sauna with a relaxation area and shower is available free of charge for guests on the ground floor of the villa.

The Strandvilla Quisisana is a lovingly renovated, historically authentic gem directly on the Binz beach promenade. It is in a prime, central location directly on the beach of Binz, only a 3-minute walk from the pier and the centre of Binz. Good restaurants and shopping facilities are in pleasant proximity.

- Im Falle eines Beherbergungsverbotes wird Ihre Buchung kostenfrei storniert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. In Abhängigkeit vom Zeitpunkt des Rücktritts fallen folgende Rücktrittsgebühren an: - bis 91 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 € - 90 – 61 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 25 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 60 – 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 34 – 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 80 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 1 Tag vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nichtinanspruchnahme = 95 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr Die entsprechend errechneten Tagessätze sind für alle Tage des ursprünglich gebuchten Zeitraumes zu zahlen, die nicht anderweitig vergeben werden können. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

moderne Einrichtung
wir sind auf Empfehlung von Kollegen gekommen und es hat sich gelohnt. Die moderne Einrichtung paßt super zu der Villa. Parkplatz vor der Tür sowie das Wasser vor der Nase :-) Jetzt können auch wir weiter empfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung
Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Die Villa und die Wohnung, die Nähe zum Strand. Das war alles in Ordnung. Allerdings wurden im Haus Renovierungsarbeiten ausgeführt, die manchmal sehr laut waren. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, hielt es sich aber in Grenzen.
Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Die Villa war für den veranschlagten Zeitraum der Sanierung und Renovierung natürlich für Gäste geschlossen. Leider haben sich aufgrund von Lieferschwierigkeiten bei den neuen Küchen die Arbeiten verzögert, so daß Restarbeiten in die Zeit Ihres Aufenthaltes fielen.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für Ihr Verständnis und hoffen, Sie auch in der "neuen" Quisisana bald wieder begrüßen zu können.

frisch renoviert
wir haben unseren ersten inselurlaub in dieser wohnung verbracht und es war wirklich toll. die wohnung wurde im frühjahr frisch renoviert und dass sehr geschmackvoll, hell und freundlich, parkplazu am haus - super. wir wurden von der hausdame nett empfangen und stand bei fragen gern zur verfügung, vielen dank dafür! wir kommen gerne wieder !
