Holiday on Rügen
We are here for the 3rd time in this house and, as always, we are thrilled. Arriving and feeling comfortable is the motto and it fits. Mr. Goelzer is a very nice landlord who has a great property manager. Irmi is an angel. We will come back!

A wonderful vacation
We have been guests here for the second time and not without reason.
Beautiful quiet surroundings and above all a great house where nothing was missing.
This combination makes the holiday we like.
The communication with the host was exemplary. We were informed by email about everything important, worth knowing, tips, etc. and already had the feeling of being well taken care of before our stay.
We would like to particularly highlight the nice welcome by Mrs. Gold on site.

Thumbs up!
We were here for a week and had a very, very good time. The location is excellent for that. With the modern bikes that belong to the house, you can get around easily. The sauna, which also belongs to the house, was not used by us, but is in tip-top condition! The Baltic Sea and heated swimming pool are within walking distance.
We will definitely come back!

Decelerate
We spent 14 days in this very spacious house. If you are looking for nature and peace, you are in good hands.
Small mangos for us were that the property is not fenced. With our 3 dogs we always had to be behind them - laugh. the beach is a bit too small. You have to drive a bit to find something nice. It's great for bike lovers. The bikes in the house are a bit big. A bit difficult for small people ?
Shopping facilities, you have to drive far. Best to combine with excursions.
I already miss the peace and quiet, our guests, like deer and rabbits.
Landlord very nice and always available.

Super house
We were looking for a house for New Year's Eve and found our dream holiday home here on Rügen. It is a great house, very spacious and everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable during the week. We opened the front door and arrived immediately. Even our dog (Newfoundland) loved the wind on the terrace.
In the morning we were able to watch deer, geese and swans in the field behind the house?
Mr Goelzer is a great landlord. He takes great care of us. Keep it up
And for this reason we will spend the next New Year's Eve here again....

Active holiday with e-bikes
Spacious house connected in a holiday home settlement with sufficient distance to the neighboring houses and opportunities to swim in the nearby hotel. Deer are in the garden in the morning and eat. Very quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Very good starting point for e-bike tours to Schaprode, Hiddensee, and by ferry Wittow towards the chalk cliffs/Königsstuhl.

Relaxing vacation at Villa Sandorn
The house is spacious and comfortably designed and equipped with everything you need. It is located in beautiful nature, and if you wish for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. We were accompanied by a wheelchair user, and he was able to move around the house very well independently. You can buy bread rolls at the nearby hotel, even though the prices for quite small rolls are really high. All the sights of the island can be easily reached by car from Vaschwitz. For example, we often used the nearby Wittower ferry (a 3-minute ride) and went on great trips to Wiek, Glowe, Cape Arkona, Vitt, and Sassnitz. We would love to come back to this beautiful house on the amazing island of Rügen!

House with construction site and dirt
We were in the house with children in August 2021. The location is very remote (which we liked).
The owner built a second house on the same property, including construction noise. The construction site was intentionally kept secret. In response to our complaint on-site, we were told (roughly translated): "If I had told you, the holiday joy would have been gone earlier."
The house was very dirty and broken in some places (e.g., filthy windows, broken faucet, dirty mattresses, strong odor, etc.)
Unfortunately, there was no constructive help from the landlord, except that we should just leave if we don't like it.
Overall, we were really disappointed, even though the area is beautiful and the house has great potential.

We stayed with a child (11) and a dog in the house and it was great. The location at the end of a dead-end street is perfect for letting smaller children play without fear and very quiet. The landlord reacts very quickly and has hardly left any questions unanswered with his tips and instructions.... Anytime again.

Very quiet location, but also quite remote. Supermarket about 10 km away. No really nice beach nearby. Advertised with a pool at the Lindner Hotel, which has been closed for a long time (okay, there is a hint of the closure somewhere in the text). VAT reduction was not passed on.

Great holiday home on the peaceful Wieker Bodden.
We spent five quiet and relaxing days over the New Year in this beautiful house to escape the crazy New Year's fireworks in Berlin, together with our dog. The house is very spacious. There is a large living room with high ceilings, a conservatory, fireplace, and an open kitchen. This is followed by two very well separable living areas, each with two sleeping places and a sofa bed in one of the areas. Both have their own, very nice bathroom with a shower, one of the bathrooms even has a bathtub. The absolute highlight is the small but fine private barrel sauna in the garden. It is somewhat hidden, so to speak "in the lee" of the house and is therefore practically not visible from the other holiday homes. This gives you a lot of privacy and you can truly relax. If you are looking for a quiet location by the lagoon and are willing to take a short car ride for the island's attractions, then this is the perfect place for you. The communication with the landlord is exemplary, inquiries are answered very quickly and in detail. We had a wonderful time here and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation. Better book quickly, or we might spend every New Year's here. ;)

Relaxing Rügen
We spent a week there with our dog. The house is very spacious, very well equipped and very close to the Bodden. We were able to relax wonderfully and made great excursions by bike or car. Our dog also felt very comfortable. However, a car is essential, which was no problem for us. We would book it again!
