Description
This pretty little holiday room (approx. 14m²) is located on the 1st floor of a country house.
It has cosy sloping ceilings and is suitable for a maximum of 1-2 people
Please note that an extra bed for a 3rd person - even for a very small one - is unfortunately not possible.
The holiday room has satellite TV, radio with CD player and a DVD player, an armchair, a double bed, a dining area with table and 2 chairs and a wardrobe
A small kitchenette is available in the room (with sink, fridge with ice compartment, 2-plate hob, mini oven for baking bread rolls). Kettle, coffee machine and toaster as well as crockery, cutlery and pots are also available.
The windows are equipped with pleated blinds with blackout function
The room has a small bathroom with washbasin and toilet. The shower is in the room (see photos).
You are welcome to sit in the garden or have a barbecue.
A parking space and a bicycle shed for storing your bicycles are available at the house.
Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used.
Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed in the room
The beach in Prora is a 5-minute drive away, and the Baltic resort of Binz is 11 km away.

Our Cancellation Policy: The renter may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the trip. The decisive factor is the receipt of the cancellation notice by the agent. Depending on the time of cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply: – up to 91 days before the start of the rental = €50 – 90 – 61 days before the start of the rental = 25% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 60 – 35 days before the start of the rental = 50% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 34 – 2 days before the start of the rental = 80% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee – 1 day before the start of the rental or in case of no-show = 95% of the rental price plus a €50 processing fee The corresponding daily rates calculated must be paid for all days of the originally booked period that cannot be re-rented. If a substitute renter is provided by the guest or the agent under the same rental conditions for the agreed period, only a rebooking fee of €50 will be charged. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the booking fee is earned and will be retained.

Island retreat
Super small flat for 2 people. Everything you need for breakfast or cooking. Shopping facilities not far away. Beach about 3km away. Also many museums easily accessible by car. It was a nice holiday and we would like to come back.

Island holidays!
Nice room in a quiet island location. We were out and about on the island every day in the best weather. Especially the beautiful beach in Prora is only a stone's throw away
It was so nice - we definitely have to come back!
