We have been renting out our Sonnenträumer holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen in a fantastic location since 2011 (first occupancy). The 103 sqm holiday home offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday: 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms each with washbasin, toilet and shower, sauna, large living-dining area, furnished terrace and garden area, underfloor heating in the entire low-energy house, free LAN and WLAN, TV, washing machine and dryer, parking space in front of the house, TÜV-certified bioethanol fireplace, electric shutters. The comfortable Nobilia kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery for 12 people.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Sonnenträumer is situated in a very quiet street, at the end of its own newly paved access road . The back of the house faces west with a magnificent valley view to Sellin and in the distance to the Granitz hunting lodge. The Sonnenträumer holiday home has an additional reading room with a west-facing terrace. There you can enjoy the sunny terrace until sunset. The fine sandy south beach is approx. 250m away on foot through the settlement/forest, the high shore is approx. 100m away. The Baltic seaside resort Sellin is situated east of an extensive coastal high forest (the Granitz) at the connection to the peninsula Mönchgut in the south-east of Rügen. Another special feature is that Sellin lies on the Baltic Sea and on Lake Sellin, which is connected to the Greifswald Bodden on the west side of Mönchgut via the bay of Having. Along with Binz and Göhren, Sellin is one of the most important seaside resorts on Rügen.

Cancellation terms:
If the customer cancels, the following conditions apply: - For cancellations up to the 61st day before the start of occupancy, there is a fee of 50 euros. - For cancellations from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the accommodation price is charged. - For cancellations from the 34th day to the day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the accommodation price is charged. - In case of no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip, 90% of the accommodation price is due and cannot be refunded. If we are able to rebook the property on a cancellation from the 60th day before the start of occupancy, the processing fee is 70 euros. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Enjoy a beautiful walk along the southern beach to Baabe and as far as Göhren. Take a varied bike tour through the Mönchgut via Moritzdorf to Putbus and then let the historic steam train "Rasender Roland" take you home again

Simply amazing!
Rügen is worth a visit in January as well. The chalk cliffs, the fresh air, long walks - simply wonderful. Especially in such a great holiday home. We felt completely comfortable. Very clean, well-equipped, great sauna, lots of space, and a beautiful view. The beach and the town center of Sellin are quickly accessible on foot. We highly recommend the restaurants "Zum Klipper" and "Zur Kajüte" for delicious fish dishes. The contact with the landlady was excellent. Very quick, uncomplicated, and nice. Highly recommended!

Tolles Haus
We were very satisfied with the house. It is located slightly above Sellin and is a bit strenuous to reach on foot for renters with disabilities. But no problem by car. It is very quiet in a side street and due to the hillside location, you have a great view up to the Selliner See with a good view of the setting sun. The contact with the landlady was very friendly and competent, as we had to return home earlier due to the lockdown. We will gladly come back.

We were very enthusiastic. The house is very well equipped and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The landlords are very friendly, and the inquiry and booking were done directly with the landlord and completely uncomplicated. The house is very quiet yet centrally located. Everything is easily accessible on foot. We can absolutely recommend the house.

The house and the location are perfect. It is lovingly furnished and offers every comfort including a large sauna and TVs in all rooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Conclusion: We will come back.

Great house, beautiful vacation!
We felt very comfortable all around. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated. The location is central and not far from the beach. Along the high cliffs, you quickly reach the pier, but also the center of Sellin and nearby shopping options are quickly reached on foot. Thank you for providing the crib and high chair for children. Sellin and the surrounding area offer countless activities for families!

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
We spent ten very relaxing days at the holiday home Sonnenträumer. The house is quietly located, with a wonderful panoramic view over Sellin. The equipment is very good in every respect, it is clean and tastefully furnished. The location near the forest and the beach is very nice. All shops and restaurants in the village are easily reachable on foot. The contact with the landlords was prompt and very friendly. Although we booked at short notice, the handling worked great, our special thanks for that. We can recommend the holiday home with a clear conscience.

Relaxing family vacation
The house is already well known to us, as we have spent our summer vacation there for the x-th time. A very beautiful and well-kept house in a very quiet location. The view from the living room with the sunset over Sellin is truly fantastic. The layout of the rooms is very well thought out, the furnishings very tasteful. Everything you need is available. Despite the quiet location, everything is very easy to reach on foot or by bike. Accessible by bike: Wilhelmstraße with the beautiful pier, South Beach, Edeka, Kaufhaus Stolz, Seepark, stop of the "Rasender Roland" train. Both the landlords and the caretaker are very nice and helpful. Any problems are taken care of immediately. Thank you very much! All in all: PURE RELAXATION FOR 3 GENERATIONS :) Grade A+ and thumbs up all around! We will come back...

Round off the perfect vacation!
The beautiful, well-equipped holiday home is located in a very quiet area with a great view! The modern furnishings and the great sauna ensure the optimal holiday feeling. The beach is within walking distance, the kitchen is well equipped - everything is great!!! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in the Baltic Sea resort Sellin very much and gladly recommend this beautiful, newly built holiday home. The spacious holiday home offers a lot of space, is well-maintained, and lovingly furnished. The high-quality equipment is complete and leaves nothing to be desired. We especially enjoyed ending the day on the comfortably furnished terrace with a barbecue. From here, you can enjoy the view of Sellin and the Granitz forest area. We particularly liked the quiet and optimal location of the holiday house - everything is within walking distance. We took long walks, both along the nearby beach and through the forested area as well as through Sellin. We had a truly lovely vacation in Sellin on Rügen!
