Description
The small, cosy holiday flat for 2 people covers 30.00 m². It was completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard in 2018. The flat can be reached via a beautiful wooden terrace with its own entrance. There is a tastefully furnished bedroom/living room with double bed, 2 bedside tables, SAT-LED TV with radio (MP3-USB/SD), a wardrobe, a two-seater sofa with side table and numerous cosy lighting options, as well as pleated blinds on the windows. The kitchen has an oak veneer worktop with 2 integrated ceramic hobs by Schott, a white ceramic sink by Villeroy and Boch, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and mini oven. The Mediterranean ceramic tiles were fired in Spain and go well with the natural wood tone of the worktop. In the bathroom there is a WC, washbasin and shower with Grohe Euphoria Rain shower and bathroom radiator.

On the 700 m² property near the centre of the Baltic seaside resort Sellin, there are 2 small holiday flats for 2 persons each in a building with good spatial separation. Each holiday flat has a separate parking space on the property. In the side entrance of a garage located in the property are the bicycles belonging to each holiday flat (one men's and one women's bicycle), as well as deck chairs and a barbecue. Apartment 1 has a wooden terrace facing east; apartment 2 has a 12 m² sun terrace with a beach chair.

Beautiful small holiday apartment centrally located in Sellin.
We lived there for two weeks, everything was as described, we had no complaints. We are happy to recommend this apartment. It is centrally located and all shops, beach and restaurants were within walking distance.

Einfach toll!!!
Wir waren 2 wundervolle Wochen in dieser kleinen aber feinen Wohnung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war völlig ausreichend und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. An jedem Abend, nach unseren Ausflügen, haben wir uns auf unser kleines zu Hause auf Zeit gefreut. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal

Klasse Unterkunft!!
Nur zu empfehlen! Die Fewo ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir konnten eine wunderbar entspannte Zeit verbringen. Großes Plus auch wegen der Fahrräder, mit denen wir jederzeit mobil unterwegs sein konnten.
Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Strandpromenade waren in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schön
Ich kann diese FeWo nur weiter empfehlen... mein Freund und ich haben eine super tolle Woche dort verbracht. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich.
Die Lage fanden wir auch super, bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter.
Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Dream holiday
Our first holiday on Rügen. Our first holiday in a holiday flat.
Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable in the small, cosy apartment.
Breakfast on the small terrace and relaxing in the deckchair in the garden.
It couldn't have been nicer. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
We would not have wanted any other flat. In any case, highly recommended!

Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen in dieser Fewo .Alles was man so braucht ,war vorhanden . Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich und sauber.Kurzum ,wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und wollen gern mal wiederkommen.
