Description
The small, cosy holiday flat for 2 people covers 30.00 m². It was completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard in 2018. The flat can be reached via a beautiful wooden terrace with its own entrance. There is a tastefully furnished bedroom/living room with double bed, 2 bedside tables, SAT-LED TV with radio (MP3-USB/SD), a wardrobe, a two-seater sofa with side table and numerous cosy lighting options, as well as pleated blinds on the windows. The kitchen has an oak veneer worktop with 2 integrated ceramic hobs by Schott, a white ceramic sink by Villeroy and Boch, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and mini oven. The Mediterranean ceramic tiles were fired in Spain and go well with the natural wood tone of the worktop. In the bathroom there is a WC, washbasin and shower with Grohe Euphoria Rain shower and bathroom radiator.

On the 700 m² property near the centre of the Baltic seaside resort Sellin, there are 2 small holiday flats for 2 persons each in a building with good spatial separation. Each holiday flat has a separate parking space on the property. In the side entrance of a garage located in the property are the bicycles belonging to each holiday flat (one men's and one women's bicycle), as well as deck chairs and a barbecue. Apartment 1 has a wooden terrace facing east; apartment 2 has a 12 m² sun terrace with a beach chair.

Beautiful small holiday apartment centrally located in Sellin.
We lived there for two weeks, everything was as described, we had no complaints. We are happy to recommend this apartment. It is centrally located and all shops, beach and restaurants were within walking distance.

Simply great!!!
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this small but nice apartment. Nothing was missing. The kitchen equipment was completely sufficient and the furnishings were very tasteful and cozy. Every evening, after our excursions, we looked forward to our little temporary home. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Classy accommodation!!
Highly recommended! The vacation rental is lovingly and comfortably furnished. We were able to spend a wonderfully relaxing time. A big plus is also the bikes, which allowed us to be mobile at any time. The beach, shopping opportunities, and the promenade were just a few minutes away. We will be back!

I can only recommend this holiday apartment... my friend and I spent a great week there. The contact with the owners was perfect and very friendly.
We also found the location great, it's only a few meters to the beach.
We were completely satisfied and would love to come back.

Dream holiday
Our first holiday on Rügen. Our first holiday in a holiday flat.
Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable in the small, cosy apartment.
Breakfast on the small terrace and relaxing in the deckchair in the garden.
It couldn't have been nicer. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
We would not have wanted any other flat. In any case, highly recommended!
