Description
In summer 2016, we furnished this comfortable, tastefully decorated holiday flat for 2 people. All structural conditions were basically renewed, replaced or renovated. All furniture, appliances and furnishings are new. The result is a 40 m² holiday flat in which all colours, furniture and furnishings are coordinated and of high quality. The special features of the holiday flat include a beach chair, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a Senseo coffee pod machine and the use of the Kalkhoff Jubilee bicycles (men's and women's) with 8-speed hub gears.

Light tiles with a Mediterranean border and the real wood cornice make the bathroom bright and friendly. The large semi-circular shower with large rain shower head and additional hand shower invites you to take an extensive morning shower. The toilet with attached ceramic sink is also something special. The frosted glass window lets in daylight and offers good ventilation. There is also a Bosch washing machine in the bathroom, which offers the possibility of washing during longer stays.

The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), 2 bedside tables and a white, solid wardrobe. Pleated blinds mounted on the window provide night-time darkening or sun and heat protection.

Location and surroundings of object
On the 700 m² property near the centre of the Baltic seaside resort Sellin, there are 2 small holiday flats for 2 persons each in a building with good spatial separation. Each holiday flat has a separate parking space on the property. In the side entrance of a garage located in the property are the bicycles belonging to each holiday flat (one men's and one women's bicycle), as well as deck chairs and a barbecue. Apartment 1 has a wooden terrace facing east; apartment 2 has a 12 m² sun terrace with a beach chair.

Beautiful spring vacation
Very cozy and clean holiday apartment, simply to feel good, nice landlords, very uncomplicated communication, quiet location close to the beach, good starting point for extensive bike tours with bicycles provided by the house, restful sleep on very good mattresses: simply to be recommended!

beautiful, cozy, and relaxing
A short break in this holiday apartment was very relaxing, the island was not very crowded in November anyway. The apartment is centrally located near the pier, lovingly and cozily furnished, and offers everything you need on warm and cold days. During the day, you can sometimes hear the Rasende Roland, which reminded us of holidays every time.

Liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung
The holiday apartment is centrally located and excellently equipped. Someone has shown great taste in the furnishings here :) A large Edeka supermarket is very close by. Upon arrival, we were able to make coffee right away because many things were already there (including a small bottle of red wine, salt, sugar, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper). It couldn't be better. The only downside: the street is a bit noisy. So, don't forget your earplugs.

Perfekte Unterkunft
We were allowed to spend 5 wonderful nights here as a couple. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired and everything is as described in the ad.
The apartment is lovingly furnished and generously equipped.
The bicycles belonging to the apartment are in top condition.
The beach chair on the terrace already creates a holiday atmosphere during breakfast. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
All organizational matters are very well taken care of. There are small hints from the landlords at important points to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The interaction with the landlord couple was always very friendly.

We felt really comfortable!
Of course, one spends as much time as possible outdoors while on vacation, exploring the island, etc., but isn't it the best sign when one really looked forward to returning to one's own little holiday home, cooking, and relaxing during the evening hours? And that's exactly how we felt at Elysium: it was cozy, charming, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities! Great!

Super cozy gem to feel good
We had a wonderful week where we lacked nothing! After every excursion, we were very happy to come "home" again because the holiday apartment is very cozy - almost like home - furnished. The location is very good, short distances to the bakery, shopping, and the nearby promenade. Also, to the clifftop with a view of the sea, there is only a short climb directly through the forest - a great and recommended walk. And if we wanted to go a bit further away, we used the high-quality bicycles that were available to us. Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions, we were not able to use the terrace in the green with the certainly cozy beach chair. But we will enjoy it next time when we come again in the summer!
