The fine sandy kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach is only 500 m away. It is only a few steps to the Granitz forest area, the Baltic seaside resort with its promenade, spa architecture, shops and restaurants. The flat has a light-flooded living-dining area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.

Walk through the wonderful Granitz, shop in Binz, stroll along the promenade to Prora - everything is within immediate walking distance. Explore the harbour town of Sassnitz, the Baltic resort of Sellin with its historic pier and the picturesque Mönchgut with views of the Bodden and the sea by bike.
