The house was built / rebuilt in 2006 2005 and corresponds to a high quality standard. It is located close to the beach, just 150 meters from South Beach Sellin. A paved path takes you directly down to South Beach with beach chair rentals and catering. From South Beach you can walk up to the piers of the resorts of Sellin, Göhren and to Baabe, either along the water or on the high banks through the forest.

| The rental price includes the consumption-dependent costs for water and electricity, the parking space at the house and the use of the branded bicycles belonging to the flat. The prices are valid for an occupancy of 2 persons. An extra bed for up to three people is possible for an extra charge of 10.00 euros per person per night. Bed linen and towels can be provided by our house service. The price of a linen package is EUR 30.00 per person. The visitor's tax is to be paid before arrival. In the high season, arrival and departure days should be on weekends. |

The apartment is fully and individually decorated. The bright modern furniture gives it a pleasant, homely character. You will feel at home. The master bedroom has its own access to the spacious balcony. It is fitted with laminate flooring. The bathroom is bright tiled and fitted with a circular shower with glass Duschabtrenung.
