Cozy holiday home in Boltenhagen

We had a lovely stay in the cozy and very well-equipped holiday home in Boltenhagen. The location is ideal – quietly situated on the edge of the holiday village, yet central. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and cafés are all easily reachable on foot. Right nearby, there is a nice playground with table tennis tables. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is also just a short walk away. We particularly liked that two bicycles and a beach chair at the beach were included – perfect for relaxing days at the Baltic Sea.
We would come back anytime!

Vacation village 39b, best decision

We were on vacation from April 19 to 26 in Holiday Village 39b, which is rented by Mrs. Rahn. From the great, friendly contact to the house, everything was perfect.
It feels like coming home, so invitingly furnished, clean, and totally cozy. There is nothing missing, which we have experienced differently before.
On top of that, the beautiful location, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and very central to the little town of Boltenhagen, which is really nice as well. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation, unfortunately too short, but we will come back. Our recommendation: 100%

Very nice holiday home / Holiday village 39 B

A week in the holiday village in this beautiful and clean vacation home, which is cozy, bright, and charmingly decorated in a maritime style, where one can simply feel comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is there. Additionally, the quiet location directly at the edge of the field/forest with the small cozy terrace with loungers, table, chairs, and sun umbrella. The lovely long beach is about a 10-minute walk away. Hikes to the steep coast and along the beach are simply a daily ritual for relaxation. The beach, pier, promenade, and Baltic Sea are simply beautiful to us. If needed, bicycles are also available for a quick ride to the many small shops in Boltenhagen. Otherwise, everything is easily accessible on foot. Rolls, bread, and cakes could be bought in the morning from 7 AM to 10 AM directly at the entrance of the holiday village. Otherwise, you can reach, among others, Markant and Aldi in just a few minutes on foot. We have been to the holiday village several times and are very eager to return. With Mrs. Rahn, you have a friendly and helpful landlord on site. We felt very comfortable and spent a lovely week there with our dogs. ?

Pure relaxation!!

Our expectations for the vacation were definitely met. The house is quietly located in greenery, yet the beach and shops are within walking distance in just a few minutes. The new fireplace created a cozy atmosphere in the evening, and the rest of the house was stylishly furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to cook well. We can only recommend the house and will definitely come back. Even in winter with the stove, we enjoyed it very much.

We were in Boltenhagen for the first time and immediately fell in love with this place, also because of the great house. The house is located quietly next to a nature reserve in a green area. There were sun loungers and chairs ready for us on the terrace, as well as a grill. The entire equipment was color-coordinated and modern. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen was fully equipped. We could also watch TV while lying down on the corner sofa. The contact with the landlady was very friendly and competent. Also, after prior arrangement, we were able to check in at 11 am on the day of arrival. Where else can you find that? For us, it is clear that we will book with Mrs. Rahn again next time. You won't find such service anywhere else. Thank you very much!

Again anytime!

We have been coming to Frau Rahn in the holiday village for several years. Both houses are modern and comfortably furnished. In the mornings, you have birds right on the terrace, and other animals sometimes come by in the early morning hours. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we were able to cook a lot as well. We feel totally comfortable and almost at home here. The corner sofa is perfect for lounging and watching TV, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The booking process is always smooth, and we can usually arrive very early. We will definitely come back.

Short timeout

We treated ourselves to a short break in Boltenhagen again and rented a nice, cozy holiday home from Mrs. Rahn. In no vacation rental that we have rented so far were we so perfectly equipped, nothing was really missing, and it is sooo cozy and lovingly furnished that you immediately feel at home. super short vacation for me and my girlfriend

I went on a short vacation with my girlfriend to this holiday home. It was super nice days. The house is well located near the beach and the shopping area of the holiday resort. Everything was well organized in the house, clean with good mattresses for sleeping, which is very important to me. We were even able to check into the house at 11 am. In summary... Pure relaxation

The holiday home is ideal for exploring not only the beach holiday but also the area between Travemünde, Wismar and Schwerin. Both the cliffs at Boltenhagen and the mentioned places are easy to reach and worth seeing. We found our perfect holiday home in the vacation house. It completely convinced us in terms of cleanliness, cozy atmosphere (everything bright and modern) and space. The quiet location near the nature reserve was ideal. On sunny days, we could also use the sun loungers on the terrace for relaxation. We were on the beach in 5 minutes on foot, with our own beach chair! and the shopping facilities were also quickly accessible. With the accompanying bicycles, we took nice trips.

We went on a family vacation with 12 people and a dog in Boltenhagen. So clearly my family and my sister's were lucky! The others had a holiday apartment right next door and they were furnished in an outdated style. Not nice, well, we were very satisfied. The stylish, clean, and harmoniously furnished holiday apartment was best equipped and many are familiar with it, right? You have to bring salt, pepper, coffee filters, dish soap, and hand soap and the car is full to the brim. Annoying, and next time I know that at Mrs. Rahn's place, all those important little things are available! Amazing! The location is great - 600m to the beach and in the morning, the deer greets you in the garden. Fantastic. It was very dog-friendly, which we have experienced differently. Mrs. Rahn was always available for questions and easy to reach. So, happy to return there! We felt very comfortable!

Pure relaxation and great weather

The holiday home is very tastefully furnished and has everything one could wish for. The house is very quiet but everything was easily accessible on foot. We and our dog felt very comfortable for the 14 days. Absolutely great was the beach chair included in the price, as the beach chairs were fully booked every day. It was a very relaxing vacation and we will gladly come back.

Recreation with beautiful location

It was a lovely holiday, perfect for relaxing. Also very well located, many things within walking distance. A trip to Wismar by car was possible in 25 minutes. The accommodation is lovingly decorated, well-coordinated, and equipped with everything you need. The key handover also worked perfectly. We would love to come back.

Ferienhaus war super

We are totally satisfied. It was great to have bicycles on site and only had to bring bikes for our children. It was also great to have a beach chair and not have to worry about it. Because if you wanted to rent one spontaneously on site, we wouldn't have gotten one anymore.

Great holiday home in a prime location!!!

From the inquiry, to the booking, and the check-in/check-out, everything went very smoothly. The house is located in a very quiet and beautiful holiday village, well-equipped, very clean, and cozy! Perfect for a holiday with a dog. The beach, shopping facilities, and the center of Boltenhagen can be reached in just a few minutes. An absolute plus is the private beach chair and the bicycles! Also, there is a great fish shop nearby, where you can get amazing fish sandwiches!! I spent the holiday with my sister and my dog in Vacation Village 39b and will definitely come back... Ruhiger Urlaub mit Hund

The house is lovingly furnished with everything your heart desires. Whether it's fly screens, a crib, high chair, washing machine, microwave, baking pan, etc. We stayed there with three adults and 2 dachshunds and felt completely comfortable. We would have liked to stay longer.

Feeling at home

We felt comfortable in the modern and cozy furnished cottage right away. The location is perfect: quiet but still close to the beach. We used the bicycles provided daily and were quickly in the Kurpark and therefore in the center of Boltenhagen. Mrs. Rahn takes perfect care of her vacationers.

Ein tolles Haus im Urlauberdorf

We spent a very nice vacation in this lovingly furnished house. Everything you need for a great vacation is available, including the beach basket and 2 bicycles, which we used regularly. Particularly well thought out is the key box in front of the house, where you can always deposit the spare key. We traveled in a larger group and had both houses (39b and 39c). Thanks to the key box, all of us had access to both houses. Thank you once again to Mrs. Rahn, who made it possible for us to enter the houses very early. It was always a very pleasant communication.

We will definitely come back. The holiday apartment was decorated with a lot of attention to detail and nothing was missing. We felt at home here. The top location, only a 10-minute walk to the beach in a quiet area, was great. We didn't need a car the whole week as everything was within walking distance. The communication with Mrs. Rahn also worked out great, and we felt welcome. We can highly recommend the holiday apartment. Bicycles and beach chair were also available and frequently used by us.

Nice holiday in Boltenhagen

We spent a great week in this holiday home. The cottage is very quiet, surrounded by other holiday homes in a small settlement. It is fully equipped: kitchen utensils, washing machine, hairdryer, grill, bicycles, sun loungers - to name just a few amenities. The beautiful sandy beach, as well as the promenade with a pier, restaurants & Co can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. We spent the holiday with two small dogs and a senior with limited mobility, and for all of us, it was a completely positive, restful vacation without any restrictions :-)

Great holiday home in a wonderful edge location in the holiday village

Arriving and feeling comfortable right away, that's how one imagines a vacation - and that's exactly how we experienced it in this great holiday home! Super equipped, tastefully furnished, and everything totally clean and well-maintained. This also applies to the neighboring house 39c, which we rented together with house 39b for 1 week. This combination was ideal for our 3-generation family. For the youngest grandchild, a cot and a high chair were provided (we only missed unbreakable children's dishes) and the large bedroom in 39b could be completely darkened with blackout blinds. The two house bicycles and the beach chair (per house) were also well received. There was even space for our own bike in the lockable bike shed. We were particularly pleased with the wonderful location on the edge of the holiday settlement: a secluded sun terrace overlooking the adjacent green wilderness. The only thing that could disturb the peace here is the occasional loud call of the cuckoo at night. Also not to be taken for granted: the owner, Mrs. Rahn, personally takes care of her holiday homes and guests – friendly, helpful, uncomplicated. We can wholeheartedly recommend both houses and would love to come back.

1 week in the vacation village of Boltenhagen

The vacation rental leaves nothing to be desired to enjoy the Baltic Sea in the best quiet location. Beautiful terrace with loungers, parasol, and dining area. Grill available. Only 350 meters to the magnificent sandy beach and straight into beach basket number 32 to enjoy the air and the sea. 2 bicycles are waiting to explore the area. So everything is top-notch and highly recommended.

Best location in the holiday village

We (my wife, a 12-year-old and I) are very enthusiastic. The house is absolutely tastefully and coherently furnished. The bathroom gets a straight A. Everything is totally clean and well-maintained and in working order
Besides the great interior, the great location in the holiday village has to be emphasised. Not in the middle of it all, but nice and quiet on the edge with a view of the greenery and not the neighbour's terrace.
Anything but self-evident - we saw and heard this from the neighbours in the holiday village - is the fact that two bicycles and even a beach chair are included in the price.
Contact with the landlady was completely uncomplicated and relaxed
