Description

The house is located in a family-friendly holiday park directly on Grevelingermeer. The beaches of the Grevelingermeer can be reached within a 5-minute walk.

The house offers enough space for optimal 4 maximum 5 people.

The house has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a guest bed and a travel cot, which you can use for free. These can be placed either in the upper bedroom.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer and 4 gas hob. There is also a combination microwave with grill and oven.

In the living room and dining area have enough space for up to 5 people. In addition, in the living room, the fireplace in the cool season invites to cozy evenings. A flat screen TV with the usual German programs, games and books are of course also available.

The renovated bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and shower.

The house has a small garden with terrace and barbecue. Garden furniture and parasol are on site.

During the renovation of the house, we tried to preserve the typical Dutch character of the house.

The holiday park offers holiday fun for young and old. Indoor fun pool, tennis, table tennis, table football, ball field, bowling, squash, billiards, mini golf, children's entertainment during high season. Playgrounds and much more (partly with costs)
On bad days, the indoor playground offers a welcome change. (free of charge)

In the center of the park you will find a supermarket, restaurant, bistro, laundry and bicycle rental.

In the immediate vicinity of the park is a golf course.

The Grevelingermeer, with its beaches and countless sports facilities, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Hiking, cycling, swimming, sailing, diving, surfing, fishing. Everything is possible here.

Sailing, surfing, diving and riding schools on site. Charter possibility exists at the nearby marina.

In the vicinity you will find many attractions; old, typical Dutch towns like Zierikzee, Veere, Middelburg, Willemstad, but also modern buildings like Neeltje Jan with the Expo and the delta works or the Zeeland bridge, which connects the islands with each other. In Vlissingen you can admire the miniature city Walcheren.

Let yourself be surprised by the diversity of this region. Zeeland is worth a trip in every season.

We spent a week at the rose.
Everything was great and cozy.

Everything was great.

Everything was just like in the pictures. So everything was very nice. Nothing was missing. Mrs. Häring was quickly reachable when there were problems with the TV and helped right away. We had a great week, everything was top-notch, highly recommended.

Very run down.

The house is very run down. Tiles are damaged everywhere, there are spiderwebs everywhere inside and out. Very disgusting. We left after 2 days as we felt absolutely uncomfortable. We cannot recommend it.

Ich bin doch etwas erstaunt über Ihre Bewertung.
Nachdem Sie abgereist sind, haben Sie sich bei mir gemeldet und mir mitgeteilt, dass bei Anreise das Haus sauber und ordentlich war, allerdings auf der Terrasse und an der Haustür Spinnweben gewesen sind.
Dazu muss ich leider sagen dass sowas mitten in der Natur natürlich vorkommen kann.
Unser Reinigungsdienst ist in der Regel recht ordentlich.
Das kann man auch an vorherigen Bewertungen sehen.
Sollte diesbezüglich tasächlich ein Problem auftreten, schaffen die aber auch umgehend Abhilfe sofern man sich am Anreisetag meldet.
Allerdings sind die nicht für Spinnweben im Garten zuständig.

Desweiteren haben Sie sich über das schlechte und kalte Wetter beklagt und das Ihre Tochter gefroren habe.
Als ich Sie fragte, warum Sie denn die Heizung nicht angemacht haben, teilten Sie mir mit, Sie hätten nicht gewußt, dass Sie die benutzen dürfen.

Alle unsere Mieter haben sowohl meine Telefonnummer und Emailadresse als auch meinen WhatsApp kontakt.
Sinnvoll ist es, wenn man sich bei Problemen denn auch sofort meldet.
Nur so kann ich ggf. auch für Abhilfe sorgen und Fragen beantworten.

Beautiful accommodation - pleasant stay

Pleasant and well equipped accommodation. We spent a very relaxing week with our two dogs. Schouven Duiveland is easy to explore by car. Great network of hiking trails. Excellent for cycling routes.

Top house and top landlord.

Great house in a beautiful park. We have been coming to Aquadelta Park for many years. The house is nicely furnished and very clean, with tiled floors, plenty of space, and good amenities. Even a small dishwasher. Also great with a dog. The owners are very nice and uncomplicated. Everything worked perfectly. Really recommended. ☀️

Excellent vacation

Good evening! I have to say that it was a wonderful vacation for me and my family. The booking was totally uncomplicated and the care of the landlord was lovely and super helpful for us. The leisure activities in the park are a great entertainment for the whole family, which is really fun. Great children's entertainment in the evening. The house offers everything needed for a great vacation. It is very nicely furnished and equipped. Great location, amazing garden, and a fantastic house. We were positively surprised by the garden, which was perfect for our dog to play in. The option to barbecue was uncomplicated.
We particularly enjoyed the short walk to the beach, which was reachable in a few minutes on foot.
My family and I had a wonderful vacation and can highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Great vacation at Haus de Rose

We had a lovely vacation at the House de Rose. The holiday home had everything needed for a pleasant vacation. The house was clean, and we had a great week there. Highly recommended for families with children. Mrs. Häring also always responded immediately to our questions and informed us very well.
