Description

The house is located in a family friendly holiday park directly on the Grevelingen sea.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a guest bed and a travel cot, which you can use for free. The kitchen is new and equipped with dishwasher, fridge and 4 burner gas stove. In the living room and dining area have enough space for up to 5 people. In addition, in the living room, the fireplace in the cool season invites to cozy evenings. A flat screen TV with the usual German programs, games and books are of course also available.
The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
The house has a small garden with terrace and outdoor fireplace. Due to its southern exposure an ideal sun place. Garden furniture and parasol are on site.

During the renovation of the house, we tried to preserve the typical Dutch character of the house.

The prices are seasonal and are between 180 - 680 € plus tourist tax and energy.

Within the season (April to October), the tenant changes every Saturday.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday park offers holiday fun for young and old. Indoor fun pool, tennis, table tennis, table football, ball field, bowling, squash, billiards, mini golf, children's entertainment during high season. Playgrounds and much more (partly with costs)
In the center of the park you will find a supermarket, restaurant, bistro, laundry and bicycle rental.
In the immediate vicinity is a golf course.

The Grevelingermeer, with its beaches and countless sports facilities, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
Hiking, cycling, swimming, sailing, diving, surfing, fishing. Everything is possible here.
Sailing, surfing, diving and riding schools on site. Charter possibility exists at the nearby marina.

In the vicinity you will find many attractions; old, typical Dutch towns like Zierikzee, Veere, Middelburg, Willemstad, but also modern buildings like Neeltje Jan with the Expo or the Zeeland bridge, which connects the islands with each other. In Vlissingen you can admire the miniature city Walcheren.
Let yourself be surprised by the diversity of this region. Zeeland is worth a trip in every season.

We charge per day for the house (not per person) 5 € for tourist tax incl. Energy costs.
The on-site steward charges a € 12 administrative and key collection fee.

Bed linen and towels can be borrowed on request. The registration must be done in advance, however, when booking.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of a cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, we will only charge the deposit as compensation. From 4 weeks before arrival, the total rental costs are due. Should there be a lodging ban in the Netherlands on the day of arrival due to coronavirus, we will refund the full rental price.

Short vacation couple with dog

We were spontaneously in Bruinisse before the Easter season and found a well-equipped house. It is well located, the garden is not affected by public traffic. The dishes are sufficient for several meals - the amount of butter knives is still significantly longer? - and there is enough space for laundry. We were very satisfied and were able to take beautiful bike tours, thank you very much!

Vacation with Dog

The equipment is good and everything was clean upon arrival. The communication was excellent and we were even able to access the house earlier than indicated. It is located very quietly and behind the small garden there is a path that is ideal for dog owners. Unfortunately, I thought there was a large beach nearby and not just the small beach close to the harbor. A few kilometers further away, there was a large beach (about a 1 to 1.5-hour walk), but unfortunately, it was closed to dogs starting April 1st. For us, it was silly. So we drove between 70 and 80 kilometers (round trip) every day, but the beaches were great, and our dog had a blast. The town of Bruinisse itself is really nice, and there are good restaurants. All in all, a lovely holiday, and the house is definitely recommended.

Renesse, scharendijk Browersdam sind alle etwa zwischen 20-25 km entfernt.

Everything is great!

House very well-kept, clean, lovingly furnished. Everything there that makes a relaxing holiday. Beautiful terrace with good furniture and ample garden. Very quiet location, short walk to the small beach. Very animal-friendly environment. Nice contact with the landlady. We will gladly come back! Thank you very much!

Super house and great landlady - will be back!

A short trip in April in a great environment!

The house is super cosy & clean! We also had the closed fireplace on in the evenings.

Ideal for dog owners, the house is on the edge of the park, a short walk to great dog walks.
We usually drove 10 minutes by car to the dog beach.
Then you could take more with you :-)

It was about 30 minutes by car to Renesse, which was also worth a trip with a dog.

We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

Very nice accommodation

We escaped to Bruinesse over the carnival days and found this great and beautifully furnished accommodation. On the somewhat cooler days, the fireplace in the evening was our highlight. It is in a very quiet location, but you can still get to the centre or Renesse quickly by car.
If we had any questions, the owner was always available.
We will definitely come again, because here you had the feeling of coming home.

Very nice holiday home for a family vacation with a dog

We have stayed in the cozy holiday home for the third time now and it will not be the last time. The house is located in the quieter part of the holiday park. The center is about a 4-minute walk away. A small playground is right in front of the door. The large playground is reachable in 2 minutes. In the house, everything needed for a nice holiday is available. We always found everything clean and well-maintained. The holiday home also provides a good starting point for day trips and beach days. The contact with the landlady was always very friendly and uncomplicated. We can recommend the house and the landlady with the best of conscience.

Restful vacation.

We are already the second time in a house of the Häring family and we can't complain. The house is equipped with everything you need. Questions are answered immediately. We always feel very comfortable with children, grandmother, and dog. The holiday for next year is already secured. Very nice contact and easy to recommend. Holland 2023... here we come.

Ferienhaus Mare

The house itself was okay. It would have been better to have one more room when coming with 3 kids. Having WiFi, an oven, and air conditioning would be good for the house. Having a fenced garden is better with small children and a dog.

Ich gebe Ihnen recht, je nach Alter und Geschlecht, sind 3 Schlafzimmer bei 3 Kindern besser.
Wir haben aber in unserer Anzeige auch nur 2 Schlafzimmer angegeben und auch keine Klimaanlage.
Von daher sollte man bei Buchung vielleicht schon entscheiden, ob dass dann für Sie infrage kommt.
Ein Backofen befindet sich übrigens im Haus.
Bei der Mikrowelle handelt es sich um ein Kombigerät bestehend aus Mikrowelle, Grill und Backofen.

Unfortunately not what we expected

First of all: The landlady is very nice and very accommodating!

Unfortunately, our holiday started with the fact that we had to clean up the dirt of the previous tenant (of course we reported this and were also compensated for it... however, it is not nice of the previous tenant and the cleaner, who should have seen some things)

I myself was a bit perplexed that there was no wifi... makes it difficult for the children, who are allowed to look at something on the tablet from time to time... Of course it went but there could have been much better. But it was made easy

Otherwise, it is quite functional and pragmatically furnished (the table tennis rackets are already worn, the flyers are partly quite old from 2019...)

However, the park is well located and there are many things to do

All in all I would say

Es tut mir leid, dass die Spülmaschine bei Anreise nicht sauber war.
Üblicherweise ist das Reinigen des Geschirrs und die Müllentsorgung Sache des Mieters und nicht des Reinigungsdienstes. Der Müll fällt dem Reinigungsdienst noch auf, aber die Spülmaschine nicht unbedingt. Daher habe ich Ihnen den Mehraufwand, den der Reinigungsdienst in solchen Fällen erhebt auch erstattet.

Wir geben uns große Mühe die Häuser liebevoll und gemütlich einzurichten.
Dabei ist natürlich der Geschmack der Menschen unterschiedlich.
Die eingestellten Fotos spiegeln die Ausstattung aber gut wieder, sodaß ein jeder entscheiden kann, ob es ihm auch gefällt.

Wlan bieten wir nicht an.
So ist es auch in der Anzeige angegeben.
Wir können natürlich nicht ausschließen, dass der eine oder andere auch das Darknet nutzt und möchten dafür nicht zur Verantwortung gezogen werden. Die Rechtsprechung ist da teils noch unklar.
Es gibt im Zentrum des Parks einen kostenfreien Hotspot.
Zudem sind die EU Roaming Gebühren abgeschafft worden, sodass sie sowieso im Rahmen Ihres Handyvertrages kostenfrei ins Internet und auch telefonieren können.

Relaxing vacation

Wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday! Not only is Bruinisse worth a visit in itself, but it is also a great starting point to explore Oosterschelde, the North Sea, and other islands besides Schouwen-Duiveland! We felt very comfortable, as did our dog. Regarding dogs, it is worth knowing that the garden is open - which didn't bother us much as the holiday home is located at the outermost edge of the park.

Very satisfied!

We felt very comfortable! The house is beautifully furnished, you feel comfortable immediately! Everything you need is there. The park is very nice and in the center you can find everything from the supermarket with fresh bread to entertainment for children ☺️! The beach is quickly accessible!

Beautiful holiday home, very child-friendly.

We felt very comfortable in the house and everything was as described. The stay was great for the children too, as the playground is right outside the door. The contact with the landlady was always very friendly and helpful when questions arose. As a family, we can only recommend this accommodation.

cute little house with a feel-good atmosphere

We stayed in this cute little house during the summer holidays with our two children and our dog. The house is lovingly and modernly furnished and our children also found a small entertainment programme in the form of games and books
The small playground directly in front of the house was great, so that the children could also go off on their own. We spent many a cosy barbecue evening in the directly adjacent garden. We went by car to the North Sea as well as on foot to the Grevelinger Sea for a swim and enjoyed our holiday very much. There was an entertainment programme for all ages in the immediate park
We would like to thank you very much for the great holiday and the nice contact and we will be happy to come back next year
