Description
The house is located in a family friendly holiday park directly on the Grevelingen sea.
The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a guest bed and a travel cot, which you can use for free. The kitchen is new and equipped with dishwasher, fridge and 4 burner gas stove. In the living room and dining area have enough space for up to 5 people. In addition, in the living room, the fireplace in the cool season invites to cozy evenings. A flat screen TV with the usual German programs, games and books are of course also available.
The bathroom is equipped with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
The house has a small garden with terrace and outdoor fireplace. Due to its southern exposure an ideal sun place. Garden furniture and parasol are on site.
During the renovation of the house, we tried to preserve the typical Dutch character of the house.
The prices are seasonal and are between 180 - 680 € plus tourist tax and energy.
Within the season (April to October), the tenant changes every Saturday.

The holiday park offers holiday fun for young and old. Indoor fun pool, tennis, table tennis, table football, ball field, bowling, squash, billiards, mini golf, children's entertainment during high season. Playgrounds and much more (partly with costs)
In the center of the park you will find a supermarket, restaurant, bistro, laundry and bicycle rental.
In the immediate vicinity is a golf course.
The Grevelingermeer, with its beaches and countless sports facilities, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
Hiking, cycling, swimming, sailing, diving, surfing, fishing. Everything is possible here.
Sailing, surfing, diving and riding schools on site. Charter possibility exists at the nearby marina.
In the vicinity you will find many attractions; old, typical Dutch towns like Zierikzee, Veere, Middelburg, Willemstad, but also modern buildings like Neeltje Jan with the Expo or the Zeeland bridge, which connects the islands with each other. In Vlissingen you can admire the miniature city Walcheren.
Let yourself be surprised by the diversity of this region. Zeeland is worth a trip in every season.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, we will only charge the deposit as compensation. From 4 weeks before arrival, the total rental costs are due. Should there be a lodging ban in the Netherlands on the day of arrival due to coronavirus, we will refund the full rental price.

Cozy holiday home
The holiday home fully met our expectations. Lovingly furnished and everything in the house that one needs. The park is absolutely suitable for families but also for people like us who prefer peace and quiet. Our Hera also felt comfortable. The park manager is very friendly and always ensures that everything is in order. The location to the sea is optimal, and Bruinisse itself is a place that invites you to take walks again and again. All in all, it was a wonderful time.

Vacation with Dog
It was a very nice relaxing vacation.
The house was very clean and well furnished. The landlady is very nice
and the booking was uncomplicated from the start. All in all, we had a
great time in a very well-maintained park.

Short vacation couple with dog
We were spontaneously in Bruinisse before the Easter season and found a well-equipped house. It is well located, the garden is not affected by public traffic. The dishes are sufficient for several meals - the amount of butter knives is still significantly longer? - and there is enough space for laundry. We were very satisfied and were able to take beautiful bike tours, thank you very much!

Vacation with Dog
The equipment is good and everything was clean upon arrival. The communication was excellent and we were even able to access the house earlier than indicated. It is located very quietly and behind the small garden there is a path that is ideal for dog owners. Unfortunately, I thought there was a large beach nearby and not just the small beach close to the harbor. A few kilometers further away, there was a large beach (about a 1 to 1.5-hour walk), but unfortunately, it was closed to dogs starting April 1st. For us, it was silly. So we drove between 70 and 80 kilometers (round trip) every day, but the beaches were great, and our dog had a blast. The town of Bruinisse itself is really nice, and there are good restaurants. All in all, a lovely holiday, and the house is definitely recommended.

Renesse, scharendijk Browersdam sind alle etwa zwischen 20-25 km entfernt.

Everything is great!
House very well-kept, clean, lovingly furnished. Everything there that makes a relaxing holiday. Beautiful terrace with good furniture and ample garden. Very quiet location, short walk to the small beach. Very animal-friendly environment. Nice contact with the landlady. We will gladly come back! Thank you very much!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett
und die Buchung war von Anfang an unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir eine
schöne Zeit in einem sehr gepflegten Park.
Wir werden wieder kommen.
Das Geschirr reicht auch für mehrere Mahlzeiten - die Menge an Pittermessern noch deutlich länger ? - und es ist genügend Platz für Wäsche vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten schöne Radtouren unternehmen, vielen Dank!
Die Kommunikation war top und wir konnten sogar schon eher als angegeben ins Haus.
Es liegt sehr ruhig und hinter dem kleinen Garten ist direkt ein Weg, der für Hundebesitzer ideal ist.
Leider habe ich gedacht, dass ein großer Strand in der Nähe ist und nicht nur der Ministrand in der Nähe des Hafen.
Ein paar Kilometer weiter gab es dann (zu Fuß ca. 1 - 1 1/2 Stunden) einen großen Strand, der war aber leider ab 1.4. für Hunde gesperrt.
Für uns doof. So sind wir jeden Tag zwischen 70 und 80 Kilometer (Hin-und Rückfahrt) gefahren, da waren die Strände dann aber top und unser Hund hatte mega Spaß.
Der Ort Bruinisse selber ist wirklich schön und es gibt gute Lokale.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu Empfeheln.
Das Haus ist super gemütlich & sauber! Abends hatten wir auch den geschlossenen Kaminofen an.
Ideal für Hundebesitzer, das Haus liegt am Rande des Parkes, kurzer Fußweg zu tollen Hunderunden.
Zum Hundestrand sind wir aber meistens 10min mit dem Auto gefahren.
Dann konnte man mehr mitnehmen :-)
Bis Renesse waren es ca 30min mit dem Auto und war auch mit Hund ein Ausflug wert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder.
Bei Fragen stand die Eigentümerin uns jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, denn hier hatte man das Gefühl von nach Hause kommen.
Das Haus befindet sich im ruhigeren Teil des Ferienparks. Das Zentrum ist ca 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein kleiner Spielplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Die große Spielwiese ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Im Haus befindet sich alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben alles immer sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden.
Das Ferienhaus bietet auch eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und Strandtage. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Wir können das Haus und die Vermieterin mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet.
Wir fühlen uns mit Kindern, Oma und Hund immer sehr wohl. Der Urlaub im nächsten Jahr ist auch schon gesichert.
Sehr netter Kontakt und einfach weiterzuempfehlen.

Leider fing unser Urlaub erst mal damit an das wir den Schmutz vom Vormieter beseitigen mussten (das haben wir natürlich gemeldet und wurden auch dafür entschädigt… ist allerdings vom Vormieter und der Reinigungskraft, die manches sehen hätte müssen, unschön).
Ich selbst war etwas perplex das es kein Wlan gab… macht es für die Kinder, die sich ja ab und an was auf dem Tablet anschauen dürfen, schwierig…Natürlich ging es aber da hätte weit besser gehen können. Aber es wurde sich einfach gemacht.
Ansonsten ist es recht funktional und pragmatisch eingerichtet (die tischtennisschläger sind schon abgewetzt, die Flyer sind Teilweise schon recht alt aus 2019…)
Der Park ist allerdings gut gelegen und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen.
Alles in allem würde ich sagen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ebenso unsere Hündin. Zum Thema Hund sollte man wissen, dass der Garten offen ist - was uns aber nicht weiter störte, da das Ferienhaus in äußerster Lage des Parks liegt.
Kinderbespaßung ist alles dabei☺️! Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen !
Für die Kinder war der Aufenthalt auch super ,da der Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür ist.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr fruendlich und auch hilfsbereit wenn Fragen aufkamen.
Wir als Familie können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen..
Eine sehr nette Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Der kleine Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus war super, sodass die Kinder auch alleine losziehen konnten. Im direkt angrenzenden Garten haben wir so manchen gemütlichen Grillabend verbracht. Wir sind sowohl mit dem Auto zur Nordsee, als auch zu Fuß zum Grevelingermeer zum schwimmen gewesen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Im direkten Park wurde für alle Altersklassen ein Unterhaltungsprogramm geboten.
Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich für den tollen Urlaub und den netten Kontakt bedanken und kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
