Description
The ground floor has a cozy living room with open fireplace and panoramic views of the terrace (facing south) in the park. There is a television and a radio / CD Stereoalage, 2 sofas, table, books and games.
Dining area and kitchen are fully equipped for 6 persons and the kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle and crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed with 2 mattresses (160 x 200 cm). Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed (each 80 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed (folded out 130 x 190 cm). Pillows and duvets have normal sizes.
You must bring linen with themselves. But you can also rent sheets on site. You should check if necessary with me.
Towels and kitchen towels, you must bring your own.

The privately rented house is located in the holiday park Aquadelta and "De Kreek" about 7 minutes' walk from Grevelingenmeer. The holiday park Aquadelta has a heated indoor pool with giant slide and paddling pool, trampoline (all against payment), playground, cafeteria, pizzeria, tourist office, supermarket, bike rental and children's entertainment. Local Activities include squash, bowling, billiards, tennis, golf course facility next door, marina, sailing school, fishing and diving. Other recreational activities: walks on the dike along the Grevelingenmeer, marina and bay are about 8-10 minutes walk.

On the park meadow there is a bouncy castle and many play and leisure equipment for children, adolescents and adults. Eg table tennis tables, goals. For dogs there is mandatory leash in the park.

Great vacation
"A very friendly landlord. The house had everything you need. We were 2 adults and 2 children. The children had a lot of fun there. It was not far to the beach. And in general, the location was good. We would love to come back. The only thing that would have been nice was a awning for the terrace. But it was good without it too. Dogs are also welcome."

Tolles Ferienahus
Wir haben schon öfters Ferien in Brunisse gemacht.
Und haben für uns dieses tolle Ferienhaus entdeckt,wo wir gerne wieder Urlaub machen werden.
Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie und hatten für uns genügend Platz,da die Aufteilung der Räume sehr gut gelöst sind.
Der große Spielplatz ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt und somit für die Kids ein Paradise zum toben.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alle was man braucht.
Man merkt das sich die Vermieterin um die Unterkunft kümmert .
Auch der Kontakt mit Frau Strümpfel, war immer sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich.
Wir können dieses Haus und die Vermieterin nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Seeland
Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Häusern im Park merkt man sofort, dass der Vermieter einiges in die Instandhaltung des Hauses investiert (z.B. Fenster, Möbel etc). Insgesamt ist dieses Haus sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, sowohl bei Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal für diverse regionale Touren (z.B. Markt in Zierikzee, Strand in Nieuw Hamsteede, Middelburg, Burgh Hamsteede) aber auch direkt vor Ort wunderbar mit dem Hafen, diversen Restaurants, besten Fish&Chipsbude in Holland und für Kinder die vielen Spielplätze im Park, Schwimmbad und Wasserbecken am Hafen oder grillen auf der Terasse!
Man kann sich lustige Familien-Tandemfahrräder mieten und zu den kleinen Stränden rechts und links vom Hafen düsen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit sehr guten Preisleistungsverhältnis!

Optimale Familienferien
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unseren 2 Kindern in diesem gemütlichem Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Räume ist gut gelungen, sodass wir alles nötige vorgefunden haben.
Auch die Umgebung ist sehr kinderfreundlich (große Spielwiese direkt gegenüber, viele weitere Spielmöglichkeiten im Parkcentrum, kleine Strandbuchten fussläufig zu erreichen, tolle kleine Städtchen die zum bummeln einladen...) so dass sowohl für gemeinsamen Familienspaß und auch ausreichend Erholung gesorgt ist.
Unser Urlaubsfazit: Es war soooo schön und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in der Nebensaison
Wir waren wirklich angenehm überrascht. Das Ferienhaus hat eine optimale Lage: Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ferienparkzentrum mit kleinen Geschäften und Schwimmbad und ca 10 Gehminuten bis zum neu sanierten Hafengelände. Auch zu den schönsten Stränden Hollands z. B in Burgh Hamsteede ist es mit dem Auto für einen Tagesausflug nicht weit. Aber auch der kleine Strand neben dem Yachthafen lädt zu. Spazierengehen ein.
Das Haus selber ist super aufgeteilt. Klein, aber dennoch genügend Platz für eine ganze Familie. Perfekt ist auch die neue Hüpfburg direkt gegenüber der Terrasse. So hat man die Kinder im Blick und kann ganz in Ruhe kochen oder lesen. Der offene Kamin macht das Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich und unsere Kinder haben die obere Etage geliebt, und ihre eigene kleine Höhle errichtet. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Wichtigste: Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler! Das Bad leider ohne Fenster, aber angesichts des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses ist dieses Haus in der Nebensaison absolut zu empfehlen! Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

I live with my family in the Northern Eifel. Through a friend, I got to know this holiday park. In his holiday home in the park, I spent wonderful holidays with my family. It is particularly quiet, is very well maintained. And offers many recreational opportunities especially for families. Especially in winter, the open fireplace is a highlight.
