Our holiday home is suitable for 2 to 6 people.
It is comfortably furnished and contains everything you need for a nice stay.
In the basement there is a bedroom, a bathroom with shower,a large living room,
a large dining area for 6 persons and a very well equipped kitchen.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with balcony and sea view,
a children's bedroom with 2 single beds and sea view and a bathroom with double sink,
Shower and bathtub
The large fenced garden, bordering the nature reserve and with partial sea view, invites you to linger.
A beach chair and sufficient garden furniture are available.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in the beautiful little village of Barendorf, directly on the nature reserve with a partial view of the Baltic Sea.
Barendorf is developing into an idyllic holiday resort in the course of "soft tourism", which is constantly gaining in attractiveness because of its proximity to Travemünde and Boltenhagen, due to its unique location in nature and its wide sandy beach. Here you will find peace, nature, beach and sea to touch.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach our natural wide sandy beach, which stretches along the coast. Since the beach is never overcrowded here, you can find your own personal spot in small sheltered bays
The annual spectacle of migratory birds in spring and autumn can be observed particularly well from our house.
Barendorf is nevertheless centrally located, i.e. Travemünde 8 km, Lübeck approx. 25 km, Boltenhagen 20 km, Wismar 35 km, Hamburg and Rostock are approx. 100 km away.

The house can be rented in low season with 2 persons from 150,00 €/day; each additional person is charged additionally with 30,00 €/day.
Visitor's tax is not charged.
The costs for the final cleaning vary between 80 - 120,00 € depending on the occupancy.
Easter, Whitsun, autumn holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve belong to the high season. Weeks with bridge days belong to the mid-season.
Heating and energy costs are included in our prices.
Dogs and pets are welcome, but must be registered.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.

Free cancellation available up to 90 days before arrival day. - Cancellation fee: 20% of the rental price up to 6 weeks before arrival / 40% of the rental price from 6 to 2 weeks before arrival / 100% of the rental price from 2 weeks until the day of arrival.

A beautiful time

In the perfectly furnished house, nothing was missing. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, including the garden. The location with the wonderful view of nature made the stay there especially nice. Exploring the surroundings was enjoyable for both human and dog. We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location

We spent our holiday here with 2 couples. The holiday home is very quiet and offers a wonderful view over the fields. If, like us, you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will find it here. The natural beach is about 1 kilometer away. It is very beautiful and quiet. The house is very well equipped. Nothing was missing. The beds are very comfortable. One small drawback were the worn dining room chairs and couch. However, we found a solution by using the garden furniture cushions for padding. A fly screen door in the living-dining area would also be desirable. There was a mosquito infestation and you couldn't ventilate without having a horde of mosquitoes in the room right away. The surroundings are very idyllic. You can go cycling and hiking very well. If you want a relaxing and quiet holiday, this is the perfect place.

Rest and relaxation with perfect facilities

We were guests with 3 generations and 2 dogs in this very well maintained and tastefully furnished house. The view into the greenery was perfect for the cozy evenings in the garden. There was definitely nothing lacking and we can recommend this house 100%.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

We spent a week here on vacation in perfect weather. The house is very beautiful, including the furnishings, everything was there.
The fenced garden is ideal for a holiday with a dog. A nearly empty natural beach, easily accessible on foot, recommended for nature lovers and dog holidays. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back.

Compelling holiday home from a reputable landlord

We were 6 adults (3 couples) staying as guests. There was plenty of space for relaxation and leisure activities. Everything was in excellent condition and fully equipped, well maintained, and super clean. Many interesting excursion possibilities, you can walk to the beach or drive half the distance. It was not very crowded at our time, wonderful for relaxing and swimming.

For us, it was clear that we would like to come back here. The contact with the landlord needs to be especially mentioned. We had a small personal concern, which was resolved fairly and kindly. Special thanks for that. We will come back and recommend this property without reservation.

5 stars... completely justified

We have just spent a week in this cozy house with our two dogs, and there is hardly anything to complain about. It was so beautiful, and we will definitely come back. The dog beach is within walking distance. Shopping is 6 km away. It's just a small village.

Unfortunately, we had to fight with numerous wasps daily due to the lack of insect screens on the windows in all rooms. Not fun with dogs and if you like to walk barefoot.

Still, 99.99 points

Pure relaxation

A beautiful house where we lacked nothing, a very nice, well-kept, and completely fenced property in a beautiful landscape. Yellow blooming rapeseed field right in front of the fence, view up to the Baltic Sea including beautiful sunsets. Pure relaxation, we felt great and our dog had a lot of fun. Only the Wi-Fi is a bit spotty. For those who want peace and relaxation and have no problem using the car for shopping or anything else, this is the perfect place. We will definitely come back.

Top family holiday

We stayed with the entire family in the very well-maintained house Pier 10.
We wanted for nothing, the weather also cooperated and gave us a dream holiday. We wanted this quiet retreat, the location was excellent. If you are into culture, the house is also in a good location, as you can choose your cities from here.
Would come back anytime, everyone was thrilled !!!!
The only thing we were missing was a mosquito net on the windows, otherwise everything was really TOP!

Pure rest and relaxation!

We stayed with 5 adults and 1 dog for a week in this beautiful house. It offers space in abundance. Our dog could roam freely as the entire property is fenced. The equipment of the house is first class. There are no wishes left unfulfilled. The only drawback is that you have to plan well in advance for shopping, as the shops are at least 6 km away and you can't just pick up ingredients. But if you are looking for and love seclusion and tranquillity, as we do, this house is the right place for you. Wonderful cycling and hiking trails start almost at the front door. The area is very dog-friendly and a dog beach is about 1 km away on foot. Nature starts right behind the house. If you like to watch animals, you can do this well from the terrace. The cranes, deer and hares are often just outside the fence, on the adjacent field. Conclusion: a very nice house to find peace and relaxation, in the middle of nature, without having to do without comfort. We were all very satisfied!

Hello, we personally are absolute Barendorf fans; in 2006, we ended up there by chance with our dog during our holidays and immediately felt at home. in 2008 we had the opportunity to buy a building plot in Barendorf and so we decided to build the Klabautermann there decided to build the Klabautermann there and through another coincidence we were we were able to purchase the house Strandkoppel 10 (today Pier 10) in 2015. We are very happy that we can offer pleasant accommodation to numerous holiday guests, in the meantime also various regular guests, a pleasant place to stay.
