'Ostseeblick 1c' is the house number of this holiday home in Barendorf, a small village in the north-west of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. A village where you can find peace and quiet during your holidays. The holiday home is 800 m from a lovely sandy beach, the house is one of a few holiday homes 'in the first row' in a cul-de-sac with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. You have a fantastic sea view from every room in the house. The garden borders directly on the field, which lies between the house and the beach. The house was built in Frisian style and is generously equipped. With over 130 sqm of living space, there is enough room for families with up to 8 people. The house is very comfortably equipped: Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, washing machine with dryer, spacious kitchen, gas barbecue.
On the ground floor the house is without barriers, the doors are 88.5 cm wide, the bathroom door 76.5 cm.

Location and surroundings of object
Barendorf is a small village at the end of a dead-end street. After that comes the field and the Baltic Sea. It is absolutely quiet. The area is suitable besides bathing and swimming at the almost always quite empty beach for cycling, inline skating golfing, (4 courses in 30-40 min), kite-surfing etc.. The pristine beach with its entrance is the initially shallow water is ideal for children
The next bigger village, Dassow, is 6 km away, Lübeck is 25 km away.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
ATTENTION: During periods with a base price of €160 per night, the minimum stay requirement is 3 days instead of 7 days!! If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, we charge 20% of the rental price, up to 2 weeks before the start of the trip 40% of the rental price, one week before 60%, and if you cancel on the day of arrival 90% of the rental price. If we are able to find new guests for your cancelled reservation, you will receive your paid deposit back proportionally according to the replacement (100% for complete re-booking of the period you cancelled).

The house is generously equipped, we have attached great importance to an extensive kitchen equipment (ceramic cooker, large fridge-freezer combination, microwave as well as numerous cutlery and crockery). 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, each with bathtub and shower, washing machine and dryer.
Terrace with beach chair, high-quality garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue. WLAN. Cart for the customers. We attached great importance to good beds and mattresses
There is a TV on each floor and a music system with a Bluetooth connection. In the living room there is a DVD player and numerous DVDs.

Quiet family vacation with a feel-good factor
We were there with four adults and four children and felt completely comfortable. The house is well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and lovingly furnished.
The location is nice and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Although there are no shopping facilities directly on site, everything is quickly accessible in the neighboring village.
The beach is a real highlight: fine sand, not overcrowded, and simply dreamy. The surroundings also invite relaxed walks.
We will definitely come back!

Very good choice!
The house is highly recommended: Super location, excellent facilities, very clean, nice contact with the landlord. Also easily accessible by bicycle (without a car).

A fantastic place to stay
We have now been on holiday here for the 4th time. A wonderfully comfortable fully furnished house. With beautiful views of the Ostsee and the passing ships. You can often see large numbers of cranes landing and leaving here and deer in the field. The beach and the dog beach are within walking distance. There are many nice places to visit in the immediate vicinity. The friendly owner is very helpful. The house is located in a quiet area. Really recommended.
