Wir bieten Ihnen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit 3 Doppelzimmern, alle mit Du/WC, einer Küche und einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer in dem Sie am Abend die wohlige Wärme eines Kachelofens genießen können. Die Gesamtfläche der Wohnung beträgt etwa 110 Quadratmeter. Die Küche ist komplett mit Kochherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Kochtöpfen und Geschirr eingerichtet. Die Bäder und der Flur sind zusätzlich mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gehören zur Grundausstattung. Kabelfernsehen und W-LAN steht zur Verfügung. Wir sind Mitglied der Stubai Super Card.

Cancellation terms:
You will receive half of the deposit minus the cancellation fee refunded if you cancel the booking at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in. For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.

Super holiday in Neustift in the Stubaital
Super great accommodation with a super great panoramic view of the Stubai mountains with glacier. It was a very relaxing holiday for us as a couple with 2 friends. By car it was a short drive to the gondola stations whether Stubai Glacier, Elfer or the Kreuzjochbahn Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes. The price-performance ratio for the holiday flat is great, there were three beautiful bedrooms all separate with bathroom and a super equipped kitchen where nothing was missing. All in all, it was a very nice holiday and very nice hosts (we will definitely be back)

Beautiful holiday flat
Basically everything is fine. Very nice landlords who you hardly notice.
Restriction: The middle room has only one roof window right above the bed. When it rains / snows, it can get wet in bed at night.
