About the house:
On the ground floor is the large living room with sitting area, side table, dining area for up to 8 people, fireplace, sideboard and chest of drawers, large satellite flat screen TV, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom/WC with ground level shower and washing machine. The floor is tiled throughout and is heated by central underfloor heating.
On the upper floor there is a 2nd bathroom/WC with shower and 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and satellite TV.
In bedroom 2 you will find 2 single beds with the possibility to use another pull-out bed, if required a children's travel bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, satellite TV, children's table with chairs.
The floors are covered with vinyl parquet, the heating is also via underfloor heating.

Our holiday home was completed in spring 2017 and has been available for rent to guests since Easter 2017.
It is located in the middle of a small, closed holiday home settlement with approx. 33 residential units at the bathing lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen. Each holiday home has its own private beach, which can be reached within a 2-minute walk from our house.
The outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing lawns, trees, café, snack bar, bicycle and boat hire, children's playground, beach volleyball and football pitch, as well as a newly built wake-board facility for water skiing with adjoining beach and snack bar can be reached on foot in a further 3 minutes and offers relaxation and entertainment for young and old from May to September
Our house is also the starting point for excursions by car or bicycle to the nearby moors, Ewiges and Großes Meer, Silbersee, etc., with their unique landscape, as well as to coastal towns such as Norddeich, Greetsiel, Dornum with the Wadden Sea or an excursion by ferry to Norderney, Juist or Borkum. Day trips to e.g. Papenburg to the Meyer shipyard, to the Jever brewery or to nearby Holland are also possible.
The holiday home is surrounded by beautiful countryside with farms and riding stables, forests to explore, hiking or cycling.

Immer wieder
A beautiful house, the garden as well. Despite autumn weather in July, we had a great time. The house is very well equipped, cozy. Almost like coming home. Communication with the landlords worked very well. We are looking forward to next time.

Perfectly equipped for our family.
We stayed in this great house for the third time this year. The facilities leave nothing to be desired. Especially the little ones are well taken care of here. Everything is super clean and the contact with the landlord is very friendly and relaxed. A special plus for us is the sandbox in the enclosed garden, from which our little rascal cannot easily run away.

very very beautiful
We were thrilled with the perfect equipment in the house and garden cottage, the location and surroundings, and the great summer weather. We just had to buy more bird feed.

Just like at home...
We didn't miss anything, the house is super beautiful, very clean and well-maintained, and is located right on the private beach! We immediately felt comfortable. The house is spacious and nicely furnished, so even rainy days don't spoil a relaxing holiday. The location of the house is great, as many attractions are easily reached by a short car ride (e.g. moor, Silbersee, climbing forest) or on foot (e.g. Hünengrab, beach bar and café). We will gladly come back! 🙂 The kids would really like to try out the wakeboard facility in the summer.

Ein super Ferienhaus
We felt comfortable in the house from the very first moment. Everything is there that you need for a relaxed and enjoyable time. The furnishings are modern and very cozy. The location by the bathing lake is perfect. The area is wonderful to explore by bike. The contact with the landlords was completely uncomplicated. We would love to come back sometime!
