Our detached holiday home "Noordlücht", completed in 2017, offers space for 5 people, 4 * certification, quiet cul-de-sac location. The holiday home is bright and comfortably furnished, ideal for relaxing and feeling good
On the ground floor there is a large, open and light-flooded dining and living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting area and access to the large sun terrace and garden. Smart TV with WLAN, fast, unlimited internet access, sheep room for 2 persons, complete bathroom, storage room with washing machine and small freezer, entrance area with staircase. Underfloor heating and electric shutters in all rooms, fly screens.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located at the bathing lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen and has its own private bathing beach. The adjacent public bathing lake, which has been one of the cleanest bathing lakes in Germany for years, has a separate children's area with DLRG supervision. The beach has a wakeboard facility with beach bar, boat, bicycle and beach chair rental, stand-up paddling, children's playground, snack bar, sunbathing lawn, barbecue area and much more. A hiking trail leads around the lake. There is a riding stable and a fitness centre in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful nature invites you to extensive cycling and hiking tours on well-developed cycling and hiking paths
The location at the bathing lake offers the best conditions to explore the sights of East Frisia and the North Sea coast, the city of Aurich with its cosy pedestrian zone and many restaurants, the surrounding towns, the Eternal Sea, a petting zoo for children in Rechtsupweg, the East Frisian islands, the siel harbours and much more. Not far from the holiday home there is a climbing forest and a large adventure pool. There is much to discover.

Come in - feel good
We are in this holiday home settlement for the second time, for the first time in the Hellmers family's holiday home. A beautifully furnished holiday home that definitely has everything you need. We felt comfortable right away. The holiday home offers enough space for a family with two children (2 and 6 years old). A travel cot and a high chair were provided for us, and a stair gate was installed. We were welcomed by the cleaning staff who showed us everything and explained it to us. The contact before arrival through Mrs. Hellmers was uncomplicated and very friendly.
There are incredibly many indoor activities in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best, but we were well equipped and with wetsuits we were also able to go to the Aqua Park and swim in the lake. Wetsuits can be rented at the lake.
Our "home away from home" in a wonderful spot on earth made our vacation perfect.
Thanks to the Hellmers family, also again for sending us the beloved seahorse towel that we forgot. Top!

Holiday home to feel good
We had a wonderful 11-day stay in the holiday home of the Hellmers family
This is the second time in a row that we have "taken possession" of this holiday home and the surroundings (bathing lake etc.) have lost none of their charm

Wohlfühlatmosphäre vom ersten Moment an
Sehr geehrte Familie Hellmers,
besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Ihr Objekt besticht durch Sauberkeit, sehr guter Ausstattung, ruhiger Lage und durch die Freundlichkeit der Fam. Hellmers. Für unseren Aufenthalt in Ostfriesland war Ihr Objekt "Haus Noordlücht" die perfekte Adresse, da es shr zentral gelegen ist und wir von dort alle unsere angepeilten Ziele an der Nordseeküste in kurzer Zeit erreicht haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden und gut erreichbar. Ihr Haus kann ohne Wenn und Aber empfohlen werden. Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft und die guten Tipps für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes. Es grüßen Sie ganz herzlich Fam. Nuding sowie Fam. Straka aus Kempten (Allgäu).

Alles perfekt - jederzeit wieder!

Erholsame Tage in Top Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tannenhausen und vor allem im "Noordlücht". Wir haben selten ein so sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus erlebt. Wunderbarer Urlaub
In diesem Ferienhaus kann man einen herrlichen Urlaub verbringen. Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, sehr nette Vermieter. Egal welches Ziel - alles ist in ca. einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Greetsiel im Westen, Leer im Süden, Langeoog im Norden...Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten als Familie wirklich wunderschöne 8 Tage in und um Tannenhausen. Das Ferienhaus bietet einem alles was man für den Alltag benötigt und ist dazu noch sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Bestes FerienHaus!

Noordlücht zum Wohlfühlen
Ein perfekt ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes und mit Liebe eingerichtetes, neues Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Der Badesee mit Privatstrand, die Wassersportanlage und der Beachclub sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Vielen Dank noch einmal, an die sehr nette Vermieterin Frau Hellmers!

Erholung pur!
In dem liebevoll, aber auch zweckmäßig eingerichteten Ferienhaus fehlte es an nichts, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns, auch im nächsten Jahr wieder dort urlauben zu können.
Von Tannenhausen aus konnten wir auch bei nicht so tollem Wetter prima die Umgebung erkunden. Der Badesee war eine reine Freude für unser Enkelkind.

Beautiful holiday in a great holiday home
A perfectly equipped and lovingly furnished holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Very well maintained and an ideal place for a family holiday even with small children. The bathing lake with private beach is great and offers something for everyone. There are also many excursion destinations nearby (coast, various towns, etc)

Tolles Ferienhaus, super Ausstattung

Noordlücht
Wir haben insgesamt 10 Tage im Ferienhaus Noordlücht verbracht. Familie Hellmers hat uns liebevoll empfangen und uns alles im Haus erklärt. Eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail und die himmlische Ruhe machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannenden Urlaub benötigt. Der kleine private -zur Siedlung gehörende- Badestrand am See bietet Kindern schöne Spielmöglichkeiten. Für sportliche Aktivitäten: In der Nähe befinden sich zudem eine Reitsport- und Wassersportanlage. Die zentrale Lage in Ostfriesland ist gut geeignet für Ausflüge in der Region. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Super Ferienhaus in Toplage
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Aurich Tannenhausen mit eigenem kleinen Strand.. Tolle Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung.
