About the house:
On the ground floor is the large living room with sitting area, side table, dining area for up to 8 people, fireplace, sideboard and chest of drawers, large satellite flat screen TV, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom/WC with ground level shower and washing machine. The floor is tiled throughout and is heated by central underfloor heating.
On the upper floor there is a 2nd bathroom/WC with shower and 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and satellite TV.
In bedroom 2 you will find 2 single beds with the possibility to use another pull-out bed, if required a children's travel bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, satellite TV, children's table with chairs.
The floors are covered with vinyl parquet, the heating is also via underfloor heating.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home was completed in spring 2017 and has been available for rent to guests since Easter 2017.
It is located in the middle of a small, closed holiday home settlement with approx. 33 residential units at the bathing lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen. Each holiday home has its own private beach, which can be reached within a 2-minute walk from our house.
The outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing lawns, trees, café, snack bar, bicycle and boat hire, children's playground, beach volleyball and football pitch, as well as a newly built wake-board facility for water skiing with adjoining beach and snack bar can be reached on foot in a further 3 minutes and offers relaxation and entertainment for young and old from May to September
Our house is also the starting point for excursions by car or bicycle to the nearby moors, Ewiges and Großes Meer, Silbersee, etc., with their unique landscape, as well as to coastal towns such as Norddeich, Greetsiel, Dornum with the Wadden Sea or an excursion by ferry to Norderney, Juist or Borkum. Day trips to e.g. Papenburg to the Meyer shipyard, to the Jever brewery or to nearby Holland are also possible.
The holiday home is surrounded by beautiful countryside with farms and riding stables, forests to explore, hiking or cycling.

Wir waren begeistert von der perfekten Ausstattung im Haus und Gartenhäuschen, der Lage und Umgebung und dem tollen Sommerwetter. Nur Meisenknödel mussten wir nachkaufen.

So wie zu Hause...
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist superschön, sehr sauber + gepflegt und liegt direkt am Privatstrand! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet, so dass auch Regentage einem erholsamen Urlaub nichts ausmachen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, da viele Ausflugsziele nach nur kurzer Autofahrt (z.B. Moor, Silbersee, Kletterwald) oder fußläufig (z.B. Hünengrab, Strandbar und -café) erreichbar sind. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!? Die Kids möchten sehr gern im Sommer die Wakeboardanlage testen...

Ein super Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in dem Haus vom 1. Augenblick wohlgefühlt.Es ist alles da was man für eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit braucht.Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage am Badesee ist optimal. Die Gegend ist wunderbar mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war völlig unkompliziert.
Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Ein super schönes Haus um mal richtig zu entspannen und dem Alltag zu entfliehen
Das Haus ist eine richtige Ruheoase. Man hat alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht. Es liegt direkt ein Privat Strand 3 min fuss weg nebenan. Der große badesee ist nur ein paar Schritte weiter und ist richtig toll für groß und klein.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The holiday home is ideal for a family holiday with a child. We had great days
The house is super equipped, nothing is missing
The surroundings leave nothing to be desired, there is something different to discover every day
The private beach and the public lido just around the corner are a real hit
Nevertheless, the house is in complete peace and quiet
The communication with the landlords was perfect
