You have chosen a holiday home where you will experience an unforgettable holiday. Directly on the edge of the forest on 220 sqm of living space and 1400 sqm of landscaped green areas, your time out will be the perfect relaxation.
Enjoy the calming view in one direction directly into the forest and in the other direction the view over the Lenz holiday park to the Plau holiday home was only completed in November 2017
The cosily furnished open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is located in the basement of the house
You will quickly find your favourite spot on the large corner sofa and other seating options in front of the 65 inch flat screen TV , on which you can receive Sky Film and Bundesliga, with a heated fireplace
Adjacent is the light-flooded dining area with a large table for 14 people, from which you can go directly outside onto the terrace
When furnishing the high-quality kitchen with kitchen counter and two bar stools, we made sure that you do not have to do without any comfort (convection oven, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking pots, sufficient crockery and cutlery, other necessary kitchen utensils).
In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and WC in the basement as well as two comfortably furnished bedrooms with double beds and external blinds.
The 60sqm terrace is half covered and the lounge furniture as well as other garden furniture invite you to a cosy barbecue evening. The barbecue is located on the terrace. You will spend rustic campfire evenings at the fire bowl. Or enjoy the peace and quiet in the heated outdoor whirlpool for up to 8 people, while the children pass the time swinging or digging in the sandpit.
The upper floor is equipped with 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed,
Wardrobe and blackout blinds, a large bathroom with shower, WC and whirlpool and a bathroom with shower and WC. Furthermore, we have set up a games room, which you can use to play table football, watch TV or play a game on the Play Station,
Or a game on the Play Station 4 on the comfortable corner sofa with sleep function.
The sauna on the upper floor will help you pass the time in bad weather. Directly above the sauna is an alcove with two mattresses where the children can retreat to play or sleep.
Every room in the house is heated with underfloor heating. A washing machine with integrated tumble dryer is in the utility room. Parking spaces for 5 cars are directly at the house.

The holiday home is in a quiet location on the edge of the forest with its own large garden. The special location directly on Lake Plauer See offers you the best conditions for a variety of leisure activities such as swimming and fishing. There is a children's playground in the holiday park, which is only 50 m away from our holiday home. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes. You can also explore the beautiful nature in the surrounding forests and lakes on the extensive cycling, hiking and water network.
