The stylishly furnished house has underfloor heating, digital satellite TV and flatscreen TVs in the living and sleeping areas.
The large living room with couch landscape invites you to cosy evenings. The open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob with convection oven
All daylight bathrooms are equipped with a Raindance wellness shower
Furthermore, the house has electric shutters and its own parking spaces directly at the house. Garden furniture and a brick outdoor barbecue on your own terrace, are included in the rent. The garden and terrace area, which you use alone, is fully fenced, so that children or even dogs can play safely outside. Privacy screens provide sufficient privacy
Highchairs and travel cots for children are available free of charge.
Wi-Fi internet is available free of charge
Washing machine and dryer are also available at no extra cost, but are shared with the second semi-detached house

Surrounded by forests, green meadows and endless cycling and hiking paths, you will find the cosy semi-detached house "Haus Comfort". Here you can relax in the idyllic landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District and leave everyday life behind. The holiday home is located in the holiday resort of Göhren-Lebbin OT Untergöhren, approx. 200m from Lake Fleesensee. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities
There are 5 golf courses and a golf club with 72 holes (3 x 18 holes and 2x 9 holes) in the vicinity and guarantee variety and the right challenge for every skill level.
At Lake Fleesensee, which is approx. 200m away, there are bathing beaches, several children's playgrounds and a dog beach. With the numerous water sports on offer, such as (wind) surfing, diving, kiting, sailing and much more, water sports fans will get their money's worth. Boats, canoes and pedal boats can be rented on site. But also away from the water, the charming landscape of the Mecklenburg lake district, with its numerous hiking and cycling paths, invites you to take part in sporting activities such as walking, hiking, cycling or horse riding. Of course, the little holidaymakers are also catered for, because in addition to the extensive nature, there are several playgrounds, a zoo and several amusement parks, e.g. the Bollewick maze, the Müritz bear forest or the Malchow monkey forest.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Ausstattung sehr schön.Nur Preis und Leistung passen nicht zusammen.An der Sauberkeit muss dringend was getan werden,gerade in den Bädern?der Geruch im Bad unten ist auch grenzwertig.Der Boden der Sauna ist total verschmutzt,mit etwas Mühe würde man den Boden reinigen können.Leider ist der Whirlpool nur bedingt nutzbar,keine Kopfstützen und es ging nur ein Platz mit den Düsen.Was sehr schade ist,da man ja sowas Bucht um es zu nutzen und auch zahlt.Hätte man bei der Buchung drauf Hinweisen müssen. Bei Beschwerde das der Pull verschmutzt ist,erfolgte keine Behebung.Kissen im Schlafzimmer sind fleckig,müssten dringend ausgetauscht oder gereinigt werden.Auch wenn es in der Vorsaison ist und man gehobeneren Standard Bucht,sollte dieses nicht passieren.
