Description

The CASA FRIESIA, with the holiday apartment on the upper floor, is located between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar in a quiet residential area. It is not far to Canyelles beach (). From the spacious roof terraces you have a magnificent panoramic view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. The rooms are large, flooded with light, and pleasantly furnished. The private pool (6.5x4m), surrounded by terrace and sun loungers, invites you to sunbathe and refresh yourself. The holiday apartment has underfloor heating and can be occupied at any time of year (included in the price). The property (approx. 800 sqm) is fenced and therefore ideal for a family holiday. A wooden house with sauna and sports equipment is located in the garden.

The CASA FRIESIA belongs to Tossa de Mar (Costa Brava) and is located in a quiet wooded area in the urbanization Cala Morisca, exactly between the villages Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, above the romantic natural bay of Cala Morisca. The paradisiacal Cala Canyelles beach is only about 1 km away.

Tossa de Mar, about 4km away, is family and contemplative.

Worth a visit is the castle. With its many streets Tossa is ideal for strolling. In addition, Tossa has a small but beautiful beach. If you like to hike, Tossa de Mar, but also Lloret de Mar, can also be reached on foot via signposted hiking trails along the wildly romantic coast.

Lloret de Mar, about 5km away, is a tourist stronghold and offers numerous shops, casino, theaters, restaurants, bars, discos and pubs.

Barcelona is about 80km away and is easy to reach both by car, bus (from Lloret) and by train (from Blanes).

The rental price includes the costs for electricity, heating, water, washing machine, high chair, pool use, pool maintenance, garden maintenance.

-> Maximum occupancy: 5 persons
-> Pets: on request is max. 1 dog and only with explicit consent before booking possible (no other animals allowed). Please send us a photo of your dog by email. A dog owner liability insurance is required. Guests with dogs pay a surcharge of 200 € for the deposit and 20 € more for the.

Not included in the rental price are the following additional costs:

Mandatory (to be paid in cash on the day of arrival):
a): 80 € once (+20 € with dog) (the house is swept clean by the tenant, the grill is to dispose of the garbage)
b) Bed linen: 12 € per person
c) Deposit: 300 € (+200 € with dog) (full return of the deposit for damage-free acceptance)
d) Tourist Tax (TAXA TOURISTICA): € per person / per night (7 nights maximum), children under 16 years do not pay
optional (to be paid in cash on the day of arrival):
e) WIFI: 20 € per week
f) Towel set: 8 € per person
g) Cot: 25 € (including bed linen)
h) Sauna: 1x per week free of charge (if more often, then 1 hour 20 €, each additional hour 10 € / regardless of the number of people)

Arrival / Departure:
You can move into the house from 16-17 o'clock on the day of arrival (or after consultation, sooner, as soon as it is finished).
Departure is until 10 am on the day of departure.

Vacation in Paradise

We felt very comfortable in this very clean apartment from the very beginning. A dream property with unforgettable views of the sea. With five people, there were also good opportunities to be in different places. Whether by the pool, at the wooden house, or on the terraces - everyone could also have some time for themselves. A big plus for our children were of course Fips and Garfield, who clearly enjoyed the cuddles. The two weeks went by far too quickly. A heartfelt thank you to Kathrin and Günter, who were always there for us. We lacked nothing. Until we meet again!

Family vacation as one wishes

For the third time in a row, we spent our family vacation at Kathrin and Günter's Casa Friesia. The well-equipped and very clean holiday apartment, the proximity to the most beautiful beach we know, and the great opportunities in Lloret and the surrounding area create a perfect mix of relaxation and activity.
We will definitely come back.

A dream :-)

Such a super beautiful location! Dreamlike sea view, starry sky included. Very clean and lovingly furnished apartment with great kitchen equipment - nothing is missing - the electric grill is also great. The landlords, Kathrin and Günter, are very helpful and give great tips. Thanks to the underfloor heating, it was pleasantly warm even at the end of March. We will come back :-)

Wonderful winter holiday

We were able to spend 10 wonderful days in Casa Friesia. The great sea view, starting the day with a coffee in the warm winter sun on the terrace, and the well-equipped and cozy apartment made for a lovely winter vacation. Kathrin and Günther were always available and provided answers to our questions, even quickly via messenger when we were out and about. The sauna in winter was a dream, and we had great, quiet beach visits. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view

Dream vacation

A great vacation opportunity!

We were four people in the apartment and had enough space. 2 large terraces offer a place to stay at any time of day. The apartment is super furnished and has everything you need. The pool is clean and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable!

Dreamlike sea view

We felt very comfortable in this flat for the second time. Everything is very clean, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, the flat is well equipped. Cats are very present on the property, for us it was no problem.

Eine Anmerkung zu den Katzen: diese haben wir uns zwar nicht zugelegt, sondern es sind Straßenkatzen, die wir kastrieren lassen haben, da sich niemand darum gekümmert hat. Nachdem unser Hund Tina verstorben ist, der sie immer verjagt hat, kommen sie nun auch gern hier vorbei. Manchmal kommt man unverhofft zu neuen Gästen.

Recreation for the whole family

We stayed in the holiday flat for almost two weeks over New Year's Eve. The hosts gave us a very friendly welcome and were very helpful with any questions we had about our stay.
The large windows make the flat wonderfully bright and friendly. Both rooms have a large balcony. From these you have a wonderful view of the sea. The balconies are sunny and sheltered from the wind, so that we could enjoy a late breakfast on the balcony almost every day (over New Year's Eve!) (from about 10 o'clock it was sufficiently warm with sunshine).
We felt very comfortable in the flat and would go again anytime.

Dream holiday

We can warmly recommend this holiday flat. There is really nothing missing; everything has been thought of. Be it in the kitchen or in the living/dining room (books, games, seating and dining). In addition, the flat is very tastefully furnished and everything is spotlessly clean. The absolute highlight is the view you have from both bedrooms and from both terraces. Beautiful bays are within walking distance (about 30 minutes of leisurely walking). However, since it is downhill, you should consider the way back accordingly ;) We had a very nice and relaxing holiday. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation and the landlords and will gladly come back.

Dream holiday on the Costa Brava

We had a great week at Casa Friesia. The accommodation is just as great as in the pictures! The location is great, you can do a lot both on foot and by car in the area. The furnishings are also top. Best of all, of course, the wonderful view of the sea! Kathrin and Günther Schütz are very friendly and helpful hosts. We will come back anytime!

Winter in Spanien

Beautiful

There were two of us in CASA FRIESIA ,we were extremely satisfied and felt very comfortable with the very warm hospitality of Kathrin and Günther. These are two spacious, comfortable rooms, each with a double bed, two roof terraces (fully equipped with barbecue, sunbeds, tables and chairs), a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, two shower bathrooms, and underfloor heating for the cold. So everyone had a room to themselves, but of course we often sat together in the glorious sunshine on the roof terrace or went for walks in the surrounding area, close to nature, wooded and very quiet. Kathrin and Günther are very warm landlords and we felt very comfortable there. There is even a sauna. Remarkable is the unique beautiful all-round view of the horizon and the sea in the background. And very important, there is a washing machine, so that you are also prepared for a longer stay.
