The house "CAN RONIA" is situated in a private villa complex -Santa Maria de Llorell- on a secluded plot with its own swimming pool.
The distance to the private beach is approx. 1400 m. Floor space 110sqm, fantastic sea view, direct pool exit from the terrace. Pool 4 x 8m with outdoor shower hot/cold.

Dining area with large Mexican solid wooden table and 6 rattan chairs. 3 bedrooms with fly screens.
2 bathrooms with WC and shower. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac
and is very quiet. Marvellous sea view.

Lloret offers all water sports, kart track and water park a varied nightlife. The house stands on one of the most beautiful coastlines of Spain, between Lloret de Mar (6km) and Tossa de Mar (3km).

Simply 5 stars
We have already been guests of the Rasmussen family twice. And the third time is currently being planned. The house is in a great location between Loreet de Mar and Tossa de Mar.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. And the most important thing, everything is very clean. Our two dogs always feel at home. The private beach is only a few minutes away by car. We had our SUP board with us and a lot of fun on the sea. If you have any questions, the landlords are always available and very friendly. So we can absolutely recommend this house.

Super house with great view
We stayed 10 days in this great, big house with super pool. The view from the terrace is beautiful. There was almost too much space for the two of us with the dog, but we really appreciated it. We liked it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and it has everything you need. It is very quiet and relaxing. The whole process was absolutely hassle free and very well organised. We will definitely be back.

Wunderschönes Haus
Der Aufenthalt in Can Ronia hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus alles vorgefunden, was man sich für einen gelungenen Urlaub wünscht: ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit TV und WLAN, thematisch eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, die alles hat, was man zur Zubereitung der Speisen benötigt, 2 Bäder, von denen eins besonders behindertengerecht ist. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer, einen Grill, einen herrlichen Pool und absolute Ruhe!
Der Supermarkt am Tor der Anlage hat ein großes Sortiment, sodass es nicht zwingend erforderlich ist, zum Einkauf nach Tossa oder Llorett zu fahren.
Die sympathischen Vermieter haben uns vorab ausreichend mit Informationsmaterial für unseren Aufenthalt versorgt.
Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben 10 erholsame Tage in der Can Ronia verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war genauso wie beschrieben, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage mit Blick auf's Meer und der große Pool, einfach herrlich. Durch die teils überdachte Terrasse gab es immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und auch unsere Vierbeiner haben sich vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Aufgrund der Mückennetze vor den Schlafzimmern konnte man nachts sogar die Fenster auflassen.
Der Strand von Santa Maria mit seiner Strandbar und der Supermarkt am Eingang des Wohngebietes sind ideal.
Auch die Abwicklung bzw. der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern, die man jederzeit hätte kontaktieren können war top.
Ales in allem ein schöner Urlaub und absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen im nächsten Spanien-Urlaub gern auf die Can Ronia zurück.
