DREAM HOUSE, GARDEN & LANDLORD!!!

Dear ones,
we felt at home from the very first moment in your holiday house.
The warm welcome and the lovely things (coffee, chocolate, milk, water, and orange juice) that were already there made us very happy.
The decor radiates so much love in the details.
We have never experienced such a well-equipped kitchen.
The garden, the pool, and the surrounding balcony invite you to unwind.
Our dogs had a lot of fun in the garden. Pine cones were nibbled extensively and every corner of the garden was explored.
In addition, there was plenty of playing around and napping in various spots in the garden.
Our shared barbecue evening will always be remembered fondly.
Delicious food, good wine, and many lovely conversations.
There was much laughter and our dogs formed a friendship.
The Sunday market in Tordera is definitely worth seeing. A trip to Blanes to the port, promenade, and old town should be made.
We also recommend taking a trip to Tossa de Mar.
The old town and the fortress are a MUST SEE!
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support with all our questions.
Unfortunately, the two weeks passed way too quickly, but the many beautiful moments will always stay in our hearts!

Family vacation in Spain

We stayed with our three adult children in the very well-equipped holiday home of the Schütz family and were very well accommodated for a week. The house is comfortable and offers many options even if the weather is not so good. The contact was extremely friendly and reliable.

Perfect holiday ☀️☀️☀️

We stayed at Casa Mirador for the second time and had a great week. The house is perfectly and stylishly furnished and the garden with pool is extremely well maintained and beautiful to look at. There is a balcony all around the house with many cosy sitting areas that invite you to read and relax. Shopping facilities are within easy reach by car. There are many recreational possibilities such as table tennis, cycling (with ascent), beautiful bays and beaches that are not overcrowded. Great landlords who are always approachable and available for any questions. We will be very happy to come back and can highly recommend Casa Mirador.

Beautiful house

We spent two weeks in Casa Mirador in wonderful hot weather. The house is situated on a mountain and offers a beautiful view all the way to the sea. It is very well equipped and very well maintained. Fam. Schütz always gave us good advice. We felt very comfortable. However, in August the streets, car parks, restaurants and beaches were quite full. But you could actually foresee that. All in all, a recommendable domicile.

Great house, great holiday, great landlords

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The equipment is top, the location and view are great, the pool is very well maintained and Mrs. and Mr. Schütz are very nice and helpful. All in all, this is a first class holiday home with very nice and helpful landlords.

Beautiful holiday despite bad weather

Although we were really unlucky with the weather, we had a good rest at Casa Mirador. The house and the surrounding area are beautiful and certainly dreamlike when the sun is shining. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired and the Schütz family is available at all times. Thank you very much for the wonderful time and best regards from Lüdenscheid.

Great holiday home, great service!

A very nice holiday home, which we rented for a fortnight with six people (incl. flat). High-quality interior, great property with various sports facilities (pool, table tennis) and very nice barbecue areas. In addition, a highly professional service from the landlord couple! We would love to come back anytime!

Tolles Haus

The house and the landlord are great. Communication with the landlords went smoothly. The house is very clean and lovingly furnished (including many toys for the children). There are several grill and seating areas in the beautiful garden. The nearest beaches can be easily reached by car in about 15 minutes (long sandy beaches and small coves). There are plenty of shopping options within a 5km radius. Right next to the house, there is a small nice bodega, highly recommended!

Simply great.

We were traveling with 6 adults and a child. This time in the Casa Mirador, the year before we were already in the Casa Mariposa of the Schütz family. Both houses were simply fantastic. We had booked the optional studio. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was very well equipped and lovingly decorated. Kathrin and Günther are super nice and help with all necessary and unnecessary :-) questions. The house and property are well maintained. The property is completely fenced, so that you can let the children run around without worries. We will definitely spend our next holiday in a house owned by the Schütz family again.

Very nice family vacation

We (3 adults, 3 children, 1 dog) had a wonderful holiday. In this dream house and the unbelievably beautiful location (with a view of Blanes and the sea), vacation dreams come true. The equipment is as described, and the landlords welcomed us very nicely and were always available for great excursion tips.

This was the second time we stayed in a house owned by the Schütz family, and we will definitely go for a third time to the Costa Brava, to a house owned by the Schütz family.

A relaxing autumn holiday

After we (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 German shepherds) were warmly welcomed by the extremely nice landlords, we were able to spend 2 weeks in this great house. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rest leaves nothing to be desired
In Tordera there is a huge market on Sunday, we went to Lloret de Mar with our teens and Barcelona is of course also worth a day trip.

Well-being holiday

In September, the 4 of us and our dog Coco were very warmly welcomed by Kathrin and Günter and were allowed to spend 2 wonderful weeks in their holiday home. From the very first moment we all felt very comfortable, which was not difficult considering the equipment of the house. Not only was everything you need available, but everything was in perfect and well-maintained condition.
We really enjoyed the wonderful view from the house and the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The photos and the descriptions of the property keep what they promise! However, a car is highly recommended here.
With the dog we did many great walks / hikes through the mountains and to the coast. This allowed us to get to know the Costa Brava from a completely different perspective.
Barcelona can be easily reached by train from Blanes and many other sights (Girona old town, Cadaques, Montserrat, etc.) are waiting to be explored from here.
We would book here again anytime!

Another great vacation!

For the second time, we have booked a vacation home from the Schütz family, and again it was simply fantastic. We traveled with four people (2 adults and 2 children) plus our two small dogs.
Everything is at least as described or better. The house is very well laid out, and we particularly liked the large kitchen.
Since the property is completely fenced in, you can also let the dogs run around completely relaxed. By car, the nearest cities, beaches, and sights can be easily reached.
It is very advantageous to have the Schütz family as a friendly and helpful, as well as German-speaking contact person on site.
If we find ourselves on the Costa Brava again next year, then definitely in a house of the Schütz family!

Dream holiday home

This is the 5th time we have spent our holiday at Casa Mirador and, as always, we were very warmly welcomed by the landlords, who are always on hand to offer help and advice when we need it. Our holiday starts from the 1st minute when we enjoy the beautiful view around the house. The condition of the house is very clean and modern, with a lot of taste and perfectly practical. We can also recommend the bodega, which is on the same street, to go out to eat right nearby. It is very familiar, cosy and above all it always tastes good there:) we would always recommend this house again, we have already booked again for 2019.

Not to be topped

Anyone who goes on holiday to this area of Catalonia and does not rent a house from the Schütz family has definitely made a mistake
We have never had such a lovingly furnished, well-kept and cosy holiday home. It was like moving in with friends. Everything is really there. Especially when you arrive by plane and can't bring your own spices and stuff, this facility is a blessing. Kathrin and Günther are always available and take care immediately if there is something to take care of. GREAT
We felt super comfortable and if our holiday choice falls on Catalonia again, there will be a reunion. MUCHAS GRACIAS!
The surroundings offer everything you need: Nature parks, beaches (St. Christina or Canyelles, beautiful rocky bays) and also Barcelona and Girona are attractive, easily accessible destinations for a day trip.

Super - anytime again

Oasis of well-being Casa Mirador
Perfect - and it doesn't really get any better than this. We were immediately pleasantly and positively surprised. Location, furnishings (modern and cosy, nothing is missing)
Garden everything corresponds to or exceeds the photos. Even our little dog
felt right at home in the enclosed garden. Everything is perfectly clean and very well maintained. We have already booked again. The landlord's service was excellent.
