Description
Villa Moncalvo is located in the small Istrian village of Bale-Golaš. Only 15 km from Rovinj, 5 km from Bale and 12 km from the coast, this luxurious estate awaits you amidst vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, away from mass tourism. This consists of a main house for 8 people and a separate guest house for another 2 people, which are arranged around the beautiful garden area with pool and jacuzzi. For the cold season there is also a sauna available.
In the opposite main house is the ground floor the perfectly equipped country kitchen with a large dining table and direct access to the terrace. This is followed by a tastefully furnished living room with an open fireplace and a guest toilet and laundry room. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms each (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) with en-suite bathroom.

In the nearby herbal park Histria Aromatica there is a good restaurant with 360 ° panoramic views. More restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the neighboring town of Bale or in Rovinj. The beaches of San Polo and Colone can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
