The accommodation is really great, each room has its own bathroom, the garden is great to spend time outside as well. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. The location is a bit secluded, but you can get to the beach or Rovinj very quickly. The owner is very nice and helpful and always available. He gave us great tips for excursions! boat trips, fish market...)
