Description
The meticulously restored and extended stone house from the 19th century has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor. From here there is also a beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves to the sea.
On the ground floor is the living room with large sofa bed, a large dining room, the kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with washing machine.
About the newly planted garden leads to the terrace by the pool. Here, of course, an outdoor grill is available!

| The price for an occupancy up to 6 people. The price includes tourist tax, bed linen, towels (except beach towels), electricity, water and. The local registration fee of about 3 € per person per stay is payable locally. The arrival and departure can be made out of season every weekday. In high season the arrival and departure only on weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) is possible. Unless otherwise agreed with the landlord, the apartment is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Arrival is possible from 15:00 onwards |
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 42 days before the date of arrival, but the deposit of 15% of the rental price (max. 100 EUR) will not be refunded. After that, 80% of the rental price will be due if the property cannot be re-rented in the booked period.

Super accommodation
We had a super holiday in the villa! Air-conditioning, comfortable beds, everything clean, a mega pool with water polo goals to stand on, sunbeds with cushions, a great outdoor kitchen with barbecue (coal and gas), comfortable seating in the garden, a private garden to harvest sooo delicious fruits and vegetables, a beautiful balcony overlooking a beautiful sunset, and definitely much more.
Free access with existing ticket to the beach with beach bar and water bouncy castle is 10min away by car.
And there is super care via the owner. Very nice!!
A good location for trips to the surrounding area e.g. Rovinj, Pula, Aquapark

Beautiful villa
We spent a wonderful holiday in Villa Fuma. The villa is very beautifully and modernly furnished and everything was very clean
Our expectations were exceeded. Every little detail has been thought of. The trampoline and pool were especially great for children.
We would recommend Villa Fuma to others and we will definitely be back!
