This beautiful newly built villa is new in our offer for the season 2019. Villa Irma is located in a small village between the towns of Bale and Rovinj. It can accommodate up to 6 + 2 persons. Villa Irma offers you a pleasant holiday with your family or friends in peaceful countryside. The villa is a complex o two apartments seprated by external stairs. Both apartments have their own livingroom and kitchen. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The outside area includes a completely enclosed garden with children’s playground and swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun in complete privacy. On the terrace is an outside dining area with charcoal barbecue at your disposal. Here you can prepare delicious meals. Villa Irma is air conditioned, has WiFi and private parking for more than 4 cars.
