Detached holiday home with enclosed garden, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, bathroom.
Our house is a detached house with lots of privacy . The house has a nice garden and a driveway for your car.
The living room with garden door is attractively furnished and flows into a modern open-plan kitchen.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 beds. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 beds. Here you will also find the spacious bathroom with extra toilet.
There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. For your convenience, you will also find a dishwasher and a washing machine in the attached storage room, accessible from outside.
The flat has an open kitchen with 4-burner stove, extractor, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. There is also a combi microwave, oven/grill, washing machine and dishwasher.
The garden door in the living room opens onto the sunny terrace and the spacious enclosed garden.
The garden of Schoneveld 226 offers a lot of privacy because of the surrounding hedge. The garden also has playground equipment for children.
The use of these is at your own risk.
Dogs: Dogs can be allowed after consultation on size and conditions.
The neighbouring camping site and chalet Droompark Schoneveld has a playground, swimming pool, restaurant and minimarket, bowling alley, tennis court, bowling alley, bicycle and go-kart hire.
At the nearby park Zeebad/Scheldeveste there is a swimming paradise with water slide.

Our house in the park is about 700 m walking distance from the beach. There you have a splendid view of the sea and the shipping to Vlissingen, Terneuzen and Antwerp. The sailing yachts from Breskens also enliven the sea view.
The dykes and dunes are great for walking and cycling, as are the nature areas along and outside the dykes.
A wide range of supermarkets and shops can be found in Breskens with the nearest supermarket at dream park Schoneveld (approx. 400m) and a large supermarket at approx. 1 km (Jumbo).

The park is located in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen on the south side of the Westerschelde with Vlissingen on the other, Noordzijde.
This Zeeuws Flanders boasts beautiful hiking and cycling routes and offers beautiful sandy beaches, cozy terraces and bresken's good shopping facilities.
The particularly beautiful holiday park Schoneveld consists of holiday homes of private owners. The park offers plenty of peace and space and is located just behind the Westerscheldedijk with beach in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
Our house in the park is about 700m walk to the beach at the Westerschelde. There is a view of the shipping to Vlissingen, Terneuzen and Antwerp. The sailors from Breskens also enliven the sea view.
Around the dike it is nice walking and cycling as well as along and through the indoor and outdoor natural areas / shoreline.
Within a short distance there is much to explore and visit such as Breskens (approx. 1 km), Knokke, Cadzand to Bruges and Gent and Terneuzen.
With the footbike spring from Breskens it is a nice crossing to Vlissingen and Middelburg.
From Breskens, to Cadzand you have beautiful and wide beaches for the beach lovers and swimmers. In Breskens you also have an indoor swimming pool with slide and flow, a challenge for the children.
For kite surfers the Paulinapolder surly area is approximately 12 km away and Nieuwvliet-Bad about 8 km.
Furthermore, historic cities of Antwerp, Bruges and Ghent can be visited or the famous Knokke, but also the beautiful beaches of Cadzand and Nieuwvliet. Furthermore, Deltapark Neeltje Jans, the (yacht) port of Breskens, Terneuzen and Vlissingen and the small Burgundian restaurants are a short distance from this Schoneveld Strandpark. Also for an amusement park like the Boudewijnpark in Bruges and Plopsaland in De Panne, this is a good base.

Beautiful vacation
A really beautiful cozy house where we felt very comfortable. Everything clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. The fact that the garden is fenced all around was ideal for our pet. Would love to come back.

Not satisfied
We stayed in this house for ten days.
We easily got the key from a key safe at the house.
One can argue about taste, but we did not like the ambiance, the furnishings, and the equipment. The house feels worn out. A complete renovation is necessary. The bathroom is a disgrace. There is no shelf/storage on the wall in the entire house that is straight and securely mounted. Caution in the bedrooms! Risk of injury.
Everything is primitive and cheap. We did not find an oven. Since we traveled with a dog, we would have liked to vacuum daily, but there is no vacuum cleaner. The terrace furniture consists of simple plastic chairs and an old table. The umbrella stand is much too big for the sunshade.

Wir sind von dieser Reaktion überrascht. Geschmack ist eben subjektiv, weshalb wir und viele unserer Gäste mit unserem Haus und der Ausstattung zufrieden sind.
Übrigens könnt ihr euch auf den Fotos ansehen, wie es aussah, und euch etwas anderes aussuchen, wenn es euch nicht gefällt.
Das Haus und vor allem die Ausstattung sind nicht abgenutzt. Der Geschirrspüler ist erst zwei Jahre alt und der Kühlschrank ein Jahr alt. Um Platz für einen größeren Kühlschrank zu schaffen, ist er nicht eingebaut.
Der Essbereich ist erst wenige Jahre alt, relativ neu und absolut makellos.
Das Badezimmer ist nicht neu, aber in gutem Zustand und ordentlich, genau wie in allen anderen Ferienhäusern.
Die Regale in den Schlafzimmern scheinen lose zu sein, aber das gehört beim System Aufhängevorrichtung,
Es gibt wohl einen Kombi-Backofen und einen Staubsauger.
Die Gartenstühle sind bewusst aus Kunststoff gefertigt, da sie leicht und einfach zu bewegen sind. Vier davon sind einige Monate neu ,verstellbar und bequem und haben Kissen.
Der Sonnenschirmhalter ist nicht zu groß, aber mir ist aufgefallen, dass die Klemme verbogen war. Übrigens wurde gleich gestern ein neuer Halter montiert.
Ich nehme Gästebewertungen immer ernst und reagiere darauf.
Dieser Bewertung ist unwahr , waren damit kann ich nichts anfangen.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus
This holiday home is superbly equipped with everything you need for a relaxing week of vacation. We were there with 6 people. I really appreciate the luxury of having 2 showers and 2 toilets, one on each floor. The garden is spacious and fenced with a beautiful view, so you can sit outside undisturbed. We could also store and lock our bikes there so they are not visible from the outside. The sauna works wonderfully. Everything was very neat and clean upon our arrival. There were instructions for the technical devices, so we managed to brown a pizza using the combi function. We really liked it, it was one of the best-equipped holiday homes we have had so far. The sea (although not suitable for swimming there) is only about 200 meters away.

Erholung Pur
This was my first stay in this house and I would rent it again anytime. The house is very well equipped and offers ample space. I find the location of the house simply fantastic. It is very quiet and yet not far from everything.
Cleanliness is important to me, and there was nothing to complain about! Garden with playhouse and slide. Our granddaughter always came by in the mornings to slide with us, she loved it. Would love to come back. Very relaxing.
The contact with the landlord was very nice and friendly.

We, Like and Henk Meertens are both from the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen region and also most of the family members live there. In addition, we have also regularly visited West Zeeland-Flanders, both on the coast and in the surrounding area. After moving to other parts of the Netherlands we stayed here and we also wanted a place to stay in our native area where we were able to keep a holiday. We have done that often and still. Having often stayed in our property in Nieuwvliet we rented from 2000 when the children lived independently. Then, in 2001, we bought this detached house in Breskens, with plenty of space and close amenities and Ferry (then still car)
