Attractive holiday home De Vlier 2, near the beach and nature reserve in Nieuwvliet-Bad.
Suitable for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and an enclosed garden offering privacy.
Our semi-detached holiday home is located in bungalow park De Vlier, about 200 metres from the beach and the North Sea, 100m from a dike crossing to nature reserve and wide sandy beach.
ALSO WITHIN 100 M, THE PARK PANNENSCHUUR IS BEING RENOVATED. NEW HOLIDAY HOMES ARE NOW BEING BUILT THERE AND A COMPLETELY NEW AND EXPANDED AMENITIES CENTRE. IN THE COURSE OF 2018, PART OF THIS WILL BE COMMISSIONED NEAR OUR HOLIDAY HOME. THE EXACT PLANNING IS NOT YET KNOWN.
Layout of the house: entrance, bathroom with shower and washbasin and separate toilet, living room with sitting area with TV (cable connection), radio/CD player and dining area.
Free Wifi available.
Open kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, extractor, coffee maker and fridge freezer. There is also a combi microwave, oven/grill, washing machine and dishwasher.
The garden door in the living room opens onto the sunny terrace and the spacious enclosed garden.
De Vlier 2 is suitable for up to 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms accessible from the living room.

Holiday village Nieuwvliet-Bad has one of the most beautiful and clean beaches on the Zeeland coast. It consists of several holiday parks, both organized parks and private owners such as De Vlier and seasonal and annual campsites.
The park De Vlier is 100 m from the dyke transition to the nature reserve and the wide beach with shallow channels where children can play to their heart's content, swim and find shark teeth.
IMPORTANT AMENDMENT ENVIRONMENT:
THE CENTER SUPPLY WITH FACILITIES AS MENTIONED IN THE DESCRIPTION IS TEMPORARILY NOT AVAILABLE. BY GENERAL RENEWAL THE EXISTING RECREATION PARK WITH FACILITIES IS DEFINED AND NEW HOUSES ARE BUILT AND A NEW CENTER FACILITY. THE FIRST HOUSES AND LODGES WILL BE READY AT THE END OF 2017.

From the park you can make interesting trips to Breskens, Sluis,
the luxury resort of Knokke and the historic city of Bruges and attractions there.
Mussels are also worth eating in the historic mussel village of Philippine and the city of Ghent.
It is also possible to cross the Westerschelde from Breskens with the Fast Ferry to Walcheren to the towns of Vlissingen and the historical center of Middelburg.
Also culinary there is plenty to do in the Zeeuws Flemish country.
Directly from home you can walk and there are beautiful cycling routes through the beautiful landscape that Zeeuws Vlaanderen offers, as well as the paths over the dikes and dunes overlooking the mouth of the Westerschelde.

Special of the home
The house has everything on the ground floor, so no stairs (because of small children). The property is not a standard holiday home and has a cozy atmosphere because it is one of the first three and only of these holiday homes. By the construction of a light shaker (top window) on the roof is a lot of light and in the morning you have atmospheric light in the living room. The terrace covering over the full width ensures that the furniture stays dry on the terrace, but also that you can go out dry in the rain. Thanks to the favorable location of the holiday home, you can sit outside until late in the evening. The property is not part of a park with associated rules and restrictions.
Our property is a non-smoking property. Dogs are not allowed.
The house has a lot of privacy by the fenced garden with green hedge.
Bicycles can be rented at the St. Pierre park about 1 km away

We had a great time and the only thing we had to complain about were the beds which were hard as a rock
We both had massive back and neck pain ? if it wasn't for the beds we would come back anytime
A tip maybe buy a topper for the beds? otherwise it was nice.

Nieuwvliet-Bad in bester Lage
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und korrekt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn er uns darüber informiert hätte, dass gegenüber von 7:00 bis 16:00 Bagger arbeiteten.
Insgesamt war die Ausstattung der Wohnung vollständig, jedoch sehr einfach und abgewohnt.
