Description

The detached vacation home with large furnished, covered terrace and enclosed approx. 200 m² garden offers you everything for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Extensively renovated in the winter of 2020/21 and mostly newly furnished. The new plastic windows with insect screens keep mosquitoes and bugs away.

From the hallway on the first floor you reach the open, fully equipped new fitted kitchen (May 2022) with refrigerator u. Freezer, microwave, induction hob and oven, dishwasher. Not only for the preparation of breakfast you will find there the necessary comfort for the preparation of smaller and larger meals for you and your family.

A spacious modern furnished living/dining room with access to the covered terrace complete the L-shaped living space. To the left or right of the hallway area is a bedroom with bunk bed, closet and chest of drawers, as well as the guest toilet. Furthermore, the house has an externally accessible storage room with washing machine, where you will also find the garden furniture, a rotary clothes dryer and a charcoal grill. You can also store your bicycles there.

Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 spacious bedroom with double bed and SAT-TV and the new enlarged bathroom with floor-level walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
All beds have the standard size 90 x 200 cm. Allergic comforters and pillows are available. Bed linen and towels as well as kitchen towels have to be brought by yourself.

With various board games, puzzles and books you can pass the time, if the weather is not playing along. Likewise, WLAN is available in the house free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object

Your HOLIDAY HOUSE is situated in a quiet, relaxing location, a few hundred meters away from the beautiful 11 km long North Sea beach, which stretches almost to the Belgian coast, in the bungalow park Schoneveld.
The vacation complex is seamlessly connected to the grounds of Europark Schoneveld. The existing indoor swimming pool, bowling alley & rental bikes can be used for a fee. A restaurant, bar and supermarket in the park are within easy reach. Only a few meters away is the mini golf course De Afslag with restaurant and children's playground (indoor/outdoor).
Visit the new nature reserve -Waterdunen-. This will be accessible to pedestrians from November 2021. Discover the rich birdlife at one of the observation posts, roam over footbridges and paths and enjoy the peace and nature.

BRESKENS, known for its ferry port, has been a fishing village since ancient times. Therefore, the fishing, maritime and marina harbor with a fishing museum and a fish market are characteristic features of the village. The annual fishing festival in August reminds of old traditions and attracts thousands of visitors.
Numerous cozy restaurants and cafes in every price range provide enjoyment and relaxation. In the village you will find 2 supermarkets (Jumbo and Plus) as well as all stores for the needs of daily life. Rental bikes (also e-bikes and e-scooters) are available at various rental stations in the park, at the ferry port or in town.

SOUTHWEST VLAANDEREN, synonymous with tranquility, spaciousness, sea and beach is known for its cozy atmosphere and inimitable Flemish hospitality. Numerous hiking and biking trails lead you through the wonderful nature along the dunes and polder landscapes or to old fortified towns like Sluis, Hulst, Oostburg and Retranchement. The quick accessibility of the Belgian hinterland with its cultural cities like Bruges, Damme, Ghent as well as the seaside resort Knokke further contribute to the charm of this vacation region.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr sehr schönes und sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohgegfühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder ud empfehlen dieses Haus weiter.

Perfect family vacation

We were able to spend our family vacation with a toddler here last summer!
Absolutely perfect holiday home, landlords are available by telephone in case of problems or questions.

On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen with dining table, small toilet, bedroom with bunk bed.
In the attic there is a master bedroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Parking space next to the house available, there is also a storage room with washing machine, etc. Ideal opportunity to store bicycles.
