Description
The detached vacation home with large furnished, covered terrace and enclosed approx. 200 m² garden offers you everything for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Extensively renovated in the winter of 2020/21 and mostly newly furnished. The new plastic windows with insect screens keep mosquitoes and bugs away.
From the hallway on the first floor you reach the open, fully equipped new fitted kitchen (May 2022) with refrigerator u. Freezer, microwave, induction hob and oven, dishwasher. Not only for the preparation of breakfast you will find there the necessary comfort for the preparation of smaller and larger meals for you and your family.
A spacious modern furnished living/dining room with access to the covered terrace complete the L-shaped living space. To the left or right of the hallway area is a bedroom with bunk bed, closet and chest of drawers, as well as the guest toilet. Furthermore, the house has an externally accessible storage room with washing machine, where you will also find the garden furniture, a rotary clothes dryer and a charcoal grill. You can also store your bicycles there.
Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 spacious bedroom with double bed and SAT-TV and the new enlarged bathroom with floor-level walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
All beds have the standard size 90 x 200 cm. Allergic comforters and pillows are available. Bed linen and towels as well as kitchen towels have to be brought by yourself.
With various board games, puzzles and books you can pass the time, if the weather is not playing along. Likewise, WLAN is available in the house free of charge.

Your VACATION HOME is located in a quiet, relaxing spot, a few hundred meters away from the beautiful 11 km long North Sea beach that stretches almost to the Belgian coast, in the Bungalowpark Schoneveld.
The holiday resort seamlessly connects to the grounds of Europark Schoneveld. There, rental bicycles are available for a fee. A restaurant with a bowling alley, bar, and supermarket in the park is conveniently accessible. 2 beach pavilions with cozy sun terraces pamper you on the beach with Zeeland dishes or delicious drinks.
Visit the new nature reserve -Waterdunen-. It has been accessible to pedestrians since November 2021. Discover the diverse birdlife at one of the observation posts, wander over footbridges and paths, and enjoy the peace and nature.

BRESKENS, known for its ferry port, has been a fishing village since ancient times. Therefore, the fishing, maritime and marina harbor with a fishing museum and a fish market are characteristic features of the village. The annual fishing festival in August reminds of old traditions and attracts thousands of visitors.
Numerous cozy restaurants and cafes in every price range provide enjoyment and relaxation. In the village you will find 2 supermarkets (Jumbo and Plus) as well as all stores for the needs of daily life. Rental bikes (also e-bikes and e-scooters) are available at various rental stations in the park, at the ferry port or in town.
SOUTHWEST VLAANDEREN, synonymous with tranquility, spaciousness, sea and beach is known for its cozy atmosphere and inimitable Flemish hospitality. Numerous hiking and biking trails lead you through the wonderful nature along the dunes and polder landscapes or to old fortified towns like Sluis, Hulst, Oostburg and Retranchement. Very cozy and clean holiday home
The holiday home was very clean and very well equipped. Everything needed for a relaxing stay was available. Shopping options and restaurants are present in the area and can be reached on foot in part. We felt comfortable right away and will definitely come back.

House Evaluation
The house was very clean. Everything you needed in the kitchen was available. The beach nearby (about 15 minutes on foot) was very nice. You had grocery stores in just a few minutes, which was great.

Dreamlike accommodation
A really great accommodation, where everything is available that one needs for a nice vacation. The apartment is furnished with a lot of attention to detail and was very clean upon our arrival.
We found the separate room with the washing machine particularly practical. Garden furniture and a drying rack were also available. In the kitchen, there were even various spices ready – perfect in case one has forgotten something from home. For owners of electric cars, the accommodation is also ideal: charging stations are located less than 100 meters away.
We felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage.
Besonders praktisch fanden wir den separaten Raum mit Waschmaschine. Auch Gartenmöbel und ein Wäscheständer waren vorhanden. In der Küche standen sogar verschiedene Gewürze bereit – perfekt, falls man einmal etwas von zu Hause vergessen hat.
Für Besitzer von E-Autos ist die Unterkunft ebenfalls ideal: Ladestationen befinden sich keine 100 Meter entfernt.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!
Besonders haben wir die überdachte Terasse genossen. Dort konnte man bei jedem Wetter sitzen,
auch wenn es geregnet hat!!!

Im EG befinden sind Wohnzimmet, Küche mit Esstisch, kleines WC, Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett.
Im DG Elternschlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, ebenso ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit Dusche,WC und Waschbecken.
Stellplatz neben dem Haus vorhanden, ebenso befindet sich dort ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine etc. Ideale Möglichkeit, um Fahrräder abzustellen.
