Description
Up to 2 people will find space for a relaxing holiday in this cosy and modern holiday home. The great location, directly on the field, offers you unique tranquillity in the detached house. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (1.40x2.00m), a satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. A heat pump heating provides cosy warmth on colder days. From the large window front you have a fantastic view of the field and the garden. In the bedroom, there is room for 2 people on the 1.40 m wide bed for a restful sleep. The bright bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. The house is barrier-free and allergy-friendly.
In front of the house is a large, covered terrace facing southwest. Enjoy the sun from morning to evening, with a fantastic, unobstructed view over the field, into the distance. The house is detached, so you will not be disturbed by neighbours. Sun loungers, barbecue and parasol are available. The approx. 300 m² large meadow in front of the house is fenced. You can park your car directly in front of the house. There is a small playground on the property, which you are welcome to use.

Location and surroundings of object
Losten is a district of Bad Kleinen on Lake Schwerin. A natural bathing area at Lake Losten is approx. 800 m away. Lake Schwerin, with water sports facilities, boat rental, a supervised outdoor lake swimming pool, fishing spots and a fisherman, is about 4 km away. You can get freshly caught fish and a snack at the fisherman's daily. The region invites you, directly in front of the door, to extensive cycling tours around the Schwerin Lake or through the nature reserve Döpe. A bicycle rental shop is located 3.5 km away. Supermarkets, small shops, a pharmacy, bakery, ATM, doctors and a restaurant with a view of the lake are in the centre of Bad Kleinen, 4 km away.
The state capital Schwerin, with its beautiful castle, passenger ships, museums, theatres, shopping centres, zoo, climbing forest and much more, can be reached in 17 km. The Hanseatic city of Wismar, which is a World Heritage Site, is 14 km away. Here you will find the historic old town and the harbour as well as a cinema, zoo, adventure pool with sauna area and more. The Baltic Sea beach in Zierow is only 22 km away. The Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde, the Hanseatic city of Rostock, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck or the island of Poel are ideal for day trips. All places can be reached by car within 1 h.

Pure relaxation
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. You can go on very nice excursions and the Baltic Sea is not far away. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you need. The handover of keys was uncomplicated and the landlady very nice. Best regards and maybe we'll see each other again.

Top accommodation, great location, absolutely clean
We were warmly welcomed by the landlady. The cottage is super nice. It couldn't be cleaner. Everything is available. We also used a grill a lot. We slept really well in the comfortable bed. A very beautiful area and a great location for trips to Schwerin, Wismar, Poel Island. We can really recommend it.

Beautiful tranquil holiday
If you want to recharge and relax, this is the place for you. From here, you can take beautiful tours by car or by bike. Spending your holiday in the countryside also means experiencing the smell of the land, hearing a rooster crow, and flies being at home there. The cottage is perfectly adequate for 2 people and was clean and nicely furnished.
The landlady welcomed us very warmly, is very nice, and also likes to give tips about the area.
We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you very much.
