Description
The idyllic and quietly situated holiday home offers enough space for the whole family. The 95 m² living space is divided into two floors. From the entrance of the house you enter the large kitchen with dining area, which is directly connected to the living area. This is equipped with satellite TV and a sofa bed. From the living area you reach the conservatory with sofa, satellite TV and a view of the greenery. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small utility room with washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, as well as a second WC. Internet is available in the entire house. Your dog is very welcome.
In front of the house is a large, sheltered terrace with a view of the garden. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long. The large lawn invites you to play and relax. There is another toilet in the garden. You can park directly in front of the house. The approx. 500 m² large property is fenced in. 2 rental bicycles and a bicycle storage room for your own bicycles are available.

Location and surroundings of object
Losten is a district of Bad Kleinen on Lake Schwerin. A playground and a dog exercise area of the dog sports school is approx. 100 m away. A natural bathing area at Lake Losten is about 600 m away. Lake Schwerin, with water sports facilities, boat hire, a supervised outdoor lake swimming pool, fishing spots and fishermen, is about 4 km away. You can get freshly caught fish and a snack at the fisherman's daily. The region invites you, directly in front of the door, to extensive cycling tours around the Schwerin lake or through the nature reserve Döpe. you can rent 2 bicycles for a small fee directly on site and a bicycle rental is located 3.5 km away. Supermarkets, small shops, pharmacy, bakery, ATM, doctors and restaurant with lake view are in the centre of Bad Kleinen, 3 km away.
The state capital Schwerin, with its beautiful castle, passenger ships, museums, theatres, shopping centres, zoo, climbing forest and much more, can be reached in 17 km. The Hanseatic city of Wismar, which is a World Heritage Site, is 14 km away. Here you will find the historic old town and the harbour as well as a cinema, zoo, adventure pool with sauna area and more. The Baltic Sea beach in Zierow is only 22 km away. The Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde, the Hanseatic city of Rostock, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck or the island of Poel are ideal for day trips. All places can be reached by car within 1 h.

Schönes Haus, großzügig
Alles was macht braucht war da, gemütlich, sehr schön mit Weihnachtsdeko, Kerzen usw. Benötigter Mixer wurde uns direkt gebracht.

Hier kann man den Urlaub genießen
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Am schönsten fanden wir die große Terrasse und den wunderschönen Blick aus dem Wintergarten in den Garten. Wir waren zwar nur 3 Tage mit unserer Katze dort, hätten es aber auch gut und gerne 4 Wochen hier ausgehalten. Die Ruhe und ländliche Lage sind zauberhaft. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die sympathischen und netten Gastgeber .

Ferienhaus Baumgart
Haben einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit unserem Hund dort verbracht. Am Haus gibt es rein gar nichts auszusetzen. 2 Terrassen mit einem Riesengarten zum Mitbenutzen. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Ruhig und landschaftlich idyllisch gelegen. Wismar und Schwerin sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten!

Wunderschönes FH,man muss natürlich mobil sein, mit Rad oder Auto alles schnell erreichbar.
Erwähnenswert die Städte Wimar und Schwerin. Ein Minus für die schlechte Anfahrt. Ist eine Zumutung für Gäste und Anwohner. Unser Tip,Anreise über Bad Kleinen und da die B106 nehmen.

Urlaub mit dem Hund
Es war alles super nur einen halben Stern Abzug für die Matratzen.
Sehr herzliche Vermieter und ein Wald direkt vor der Tür.
Zudem sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage zwischen Schwerin und Wismar. Beide Städte sowie die Ostsee in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Vermieter sehr herzlich. Unsere Hunde fühlten sich auch sehr wohl.

Für Naturliebhaber und mobile Hundefreunde ideal
Losten liegt etwas versteckt, die Straße in das Dorf etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und abenteuerlich aber dass wussten wir. Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus für unseren Besuch gebucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Haus und Grundstück sind einfach nur super! !! Mitten in der Natur und herrlich für jeden, der mit Hund oder Angel Erholung pur sucht! Auch sehr für Wanderer zu empfehlen! Wismar , Schwerin, Lübeck, Hamburg oder Rostock sind problemlos zu erreichen. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt!!! ( besser als erwartet! ) Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und gerne bei allen Fragen behilflich! Wir hatten nicht das Geringste auszusetzen!

Eine schöne Woche zur Erholung
Die Unterkunft und die Herzlichkeit der Familie Baumgart ist nicht zu übertreffen.Wer Entspannung sucht ist dort genau richtig. Die Nähe zum Lostner und zum Schweriner See ladet auch gern mal zum baden ein. Die schönen Städte Schwerin und Wismar sind in kürze mit dem Auto zu erreichen,ein Abstecher zur Insel Poel von Wismar mit dem Schiff ist empfehlenswert.Wir fahren auf jeden Fall noch mal hin.

Erholsamer Urlaub
In sehr ruhiger Lage gelegenes Ferienhaus mit super netten Vermietern. Ein direkt gegenüber liegender Wald lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Wer sich erholen möchte und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich im vollständig eingezäunten Garten wohlgefühlt. Für uns war es ideal und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Gerne wieder ‼️‼️.
