Nevertheless, our house Casa del Mar is very centrally located and opposite the small fishing port in Porto Petro.
Porto Petro offers various excursion possibilities, in only 3 min. By car or 7 minutes by bike to reach Mallorca's most popular bay the Cala Mondrago, to the natural beach Es Trenc you need about 18 minutes. The house was completely renovated and renovated by us in 2017 and built for the rental to friends. It has two bedrooms in the upper area with 2 terraces in front of the bedrooms upstairs is a shower room, and a Kleiners shower room on the lower floor. Downstairs is a beautiful living room with terrace overlooking the harbor and the sea, as well as the kitchen and a dining room. In the bedroom there is air conditioning, all other rooms have central heating for the winter months and the living room has a fireplace.
German television and W-LAN in the whole house is naturally self-evident.
The house is of course fully equipped with washing machine, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, beach towels, bed linen, beach bag, beach umbrella and mats
In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, dishwasher and all other useful things you need.

Looking for an apartment right on the sea?
The small port of Porto Petro is located on the southeast coast of the island of Majorca, between the natural park Mondrago and Cala D 'Or and is one of the most beautiful natural harbors on the island. The village, which is about 500 inhabitants, has a traditional flair, some smaller shops, boutiques, cafes and good restaurants. Especially recommended is the Los Caracoles restaurant right on the port with a good traditional cuisine and a beautiful view of the sea. The place has preserved its traditional flair, is still very little developed tourist.
If you like it even more turbulent, in the approximately 10 minutes away from the center of Cala D 'Or certainly the right environment. In Cala D 'Or there are numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs. The shops range from the small, chic boutique to the department store. For those who prefer nature and quiet Majorca, we recommend Mondrago Natural Park, excursions to Alqueria Blanca, Santanyi, Calonge, S'Horta or further into the heart of the island of Majorca with numerous sights and magical landscapes.

We like to come back
We had a wonderful holiday at Casa del Mar.
The house is super tastefully furnished and you want for nothing.
We enjoyed our holiday there very much and our two 17-year-old boys also loved it
found it great. You can have peace and quiet in the tranquil village of Portopetro, but you can be in the hustle and bustle of Mallorca within a few minutes if you want to.
We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace and the short detour to the Finca Sa Tanca. The barbecue evening at the finca was great. The landlords were always approachable and promptly provided help and advice. Thank you very much, Cathleen and Nikolas, for a great holiday! We will be happy to come back: Helmut, Beate, Marius and Janik
