Description
The house has over 90 square meters of living space and extends over two floors. In the entrance you come from a large hallway into a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin and a bathtub. A guest toilet adjoins immediately to the bathroom. Through another door you reach the kitchen area. There is everything you need to spoil your loved ones. A 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher are a few things from the many kitchen utensils. A coffee and sense coffee machine are also available. A cozy seating corner for eating with a large dining table immediately adjoins the kitchen area. From there you reach on one large terrace and through another sliding door in the winter garden, with lounge furniture to cuddle, read, drink coffee, rest. The living room is also in the lower area. With comfortable seating, flatscreen with all programs, music system and reading corner, the ideal place to rest after a sunny beach day. From the entrance you reach the upper floor via a staircase. A large corridor separates the two bedrooms from each other. The bedrooms each have two beds and large closets as well as seating areas, which can also be found in the hallway. An ideal retreat. Between the two bedrooms is another bathroom with toilet, shower and the house belongs a storeroom where also the heating is. There is also the washing machine. The space provides enough space for your personal belongings. Through a garden gate, or through sliding doors in the house one reaches the large garden. A cobbled large terrace, a grille corner with a firm outer grill and a large lawn area invite you to live in nature. In the garden house are garden furniture. Chairs, a large table, cushions, sun loungers, a parasol and a laundry spider. The house is furnished with a lot of love. Every year, we have new ideas to make the holiday season as pleasant as possible for our guests. We always live in our houses. So we determine what is still needed. It is fun to change the design of the houses. Thus, tenants who come to us every year have the feeling that something new has emerged here. Our motto: Only then we are satisfied, when our guests feel comfortable .. Everything happens with a lot of heart with us. So in the house Zeemeuww arrive, unpack, enjoy the first coffee and then start into the holiday mood. Because your holiday is the most important time of the year.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in a holiday park. In 10 minutes you are on the most beautiful beach of Zeeland. For kilometers you can go jogging, walking or walking. There are no limits to the ideas. On the beach are every few hundred meters of beach pavilions, where you can drink delicious coffee, eat or quench your thirst. In the park are several playgrounds, a bouncy castle, a restaurant and a supermarket. On the way to the beach is an indoor Kinderspieleland and a very nice mini golf course. Breskens is a 15-minute walk away. We have two supermarkets, butchers, bakery, hairdressers, drugstore, pharmacy, various shops, very good doctors and excellent restaurants and ice cream parlors. Breskens has a port where you can buy daily fresh fish. The pier for the ferry, which is translated to Vlissingen is also near the park. On the side of Vlissingen there are numerous excursion destinations to name a few with Middelburgh and DomBurgh. From Breskens you can do a lot. The towns of Oostburg and Sluis invite you to shop. Also one is very fast in Brugge. Whether by bike, by car or by bus, boredom can be garkeine. You just have to develop your own ideas. The North Sea invites.

If you travel to Holland, you go into nature. One wants to smell the northern sea, on the skin feel. Close your eyes, sit on the beach, let the sounds of nature, the seagulls and the sound of the North Sea come to you. This is peace that strengthens and makes you want more. Anyone who travels with children comes at a cost. The little ones discover things that an adult does not perceive for a long time. A beautiful shell, an oyster shell, and if you have luck and endurance a shark tooth, which is ururalt and gives an eternal souvenir. We have a can with these shark socks and that is as valuable as a special treasure. Children of today also suddenly have to build pleasure sand castles, a lake, kite flying. The game ideas come of their own accord. One must only allow it. Holland is a country for families, but also couples traveling without a child or with their four-legged friends. Everything possible. Beautiful house with a very nice garden.
We were with six adults and one dog for two weeks in the beautiful house of the Klinkhammer family. The house is very lovingly furnished, the garden is wonderful and very cozy, especially as it is nicely decorated and many other gardens do not look as beautiful. We came back today, had two wonderful weeks, and it was wonderfully quiet. Everything is so easily accessible by bike and on foot, and we can only highly recommend the house and Breskens. We would have loved to go back to the Klinkhammer family's house next year, but unfortunately, the available times do not fit our vacation planning. The contact with the landlords was wonderful and very friendly, very respectful, and everything was lovingly prepared. We thank the Klinkhammer family and wish the family and all other guests a fantastic stay.

Landlord's threat of using a lawyer after complaint about cleanliness.
We unfortunately found the house in an unclean condition. The floors and beds were dirty, (dog) hair was almost everywhere, the kitchen utensils were also partially dirty, the conservatory smelled extremely of dog urine, and there was dog feces in the garden. After complaining, they offered us a "good price" for the next stay. The house manager came unannounced to spray odor neutralizers. When we asked for a refund of the cleaning costs, the attitude of the landlords changed. Their justification: we should have contacted the property manager on the 1st day instead of contacting them directly on the 2nd day, and besides, the rent is so cheap that we shouldn't complain. They even mentioned a son who is a lawyer when we tried to respond to their subsequent ghosting with a corresponding review. It is not surprising that there are only positive reviews for this property on this portal. If the house had been clean, it would definitely be the ideal place to spend a nice vacation with children and dogs. In this case, the price-performance ratio would be appropriate. Sehr geehrte Frau M. B. aus Stolberg
Es tut uns ja sowas von leid, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub mit Ihrer Tochter, Ihrer Enkelin und Ihren Hunden nicht so geniessen konnten wir Sie es erwartet haben.
Natürlich haben Sie uns eine Mail geschickt, Uringeruch im Wintergarten, die Böden nicht sauber und Hundekot vom Vormieter im Garten. Nur schade, dass Sie erst nach 2 Tagen Aufenthalt Ihren Unmut uns mitgeteilt haben.
Für Sie war doch bestimmt das Haus bei Ihrer Ankunft schon unbewohnbar.
Hätten Sie sich sofort bei uns gemeldet, und darum bitten wir unsere Gäste immer vor ihrer Anreise, dann wären Sie und Ihre Begleitung vielleicht solange zu einem Strandspaziergang und Kaffee trinken gegangen und das Haus wäre noch einmal geputzt worden.
Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit dem Besuch unseres Hausmeisters garnicht zufrieden waren. Wir sind in Deutschland, Sie , Ihre Begleitung und unser Hausmeister in Breskens.
Und da ist die Problematik, unser Hausmeister, der über 20 Jahre für uns arbeitet, berichtete uns nach seinem kurzen Besuch, dass Ihre Hunde den Wintergarten als Gassiort benutzen. Es regnete viel während Ihres Aufenthalts.
Auch war ich persönlich sehr enttäuscht, als ich nach Ihrer Abreise in Breskens in das Haus kam. Es war schon mehr als schmutzig. Die Details möchte ich nicht aufzählen, denn wir haben bis jetzt sehr gute Erfahrung mit Gästen, Kleinkindern und Fellnasen gehabt. Nun ja, dass war dann wohl nicht der Fall. Aber zum Glück war ich selbst vor Ort, musste dem Reinigungsdienst nicht Zusatzkosten zahlen, habe alles gewaschen was Schokolade, Hundefäkalien usw. aufwies, aber ich habe es gerne getan.
An dieser Stelle danke ich unseren bisherigen Mietern, dass Sie unsere Häuser immer in einem super Zustand verlassen, ob mit keinem oder mehreren Hunden.
Leider haben Sie unser Angebot nicht angenommen, dass wir bei einer etwaigen Buchung Ihnen die Reinigungskosten aus Kulanz nicht berechnen. Sie wollten lieber sofort Geld. Das mit dem Rechtsanwalt haben Sie wohl etwas missverstanden.
Ich frage immer unseren Sohn, der nun Mal Rechtsanwalt ist, um Rat.
Wir wünschen Ihnen für den nächsten Urlaub, ein ganz tolles Haus, geduldige Vermieter und ganz saubere Putzleute.

Absolutely perfect
There is nothing more to say about this house.
Very clean and lovingly furnished.
The front yard is very inviting and you immediately want to go into the house.
Just by opening the front door, you feel at home and comfortable.
The garden is fantastic. The terrace is now covered, very cozy.
The landlords are also very kind and friendly.
The property is clean and well-maintained.
There is nothing to complain about this house!

Since I am from Bresjes myself but now live in Germany.
It is perfect for me, I know everything here and now also have a nice place to stay.

Winter holiday North Sea Breskens
The holiday home Zeemeeuv of the Klinkhammer family is located in a beautiful complex close to the beach. The house is perfectly furnished with everything you need. The Klinhammer family is very hospitable and is there for you before and after your holiday. Urlaub mit Hund
We have just returned from Breskens and could already go back right away. We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful holiday home, everything you need for a relaxing vacation was available. Very nice and helpful landlords, a big compliment. We would love to come back. The surroundings and the beach are also great, our dog felt very comfortable too. Hopefully see you again next year.

Everything is just right here
We have been guests at this beautiful house several times now. One feels very comfortable here. The Klinkhammer couple are very nice landlords whom one can always contact. The booking process is flawless. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Grade 1. We will definitely come back and have already booked our next stay.

Again and again!!
We have been guests at the Zeemeuww holiday home several times. It is always a bit like "coming home"!!! The location, the park and the lake always entice us!
The equipment of the house is great - everything you need for a relaxing holiday!!!
The shutters are a big plus and the handling of the holiday with the landlord is quick and uncomplicated!!!
