Holiday cottage "Fort Soleil27"
Welcome to Bongaers family !
Spacious cottage with two bedrooms, one room with a single bed and a bathroom upstairs.
Description: The house (approx. 80qm) was built in 1992 and will be completely renovated in November 2019!
The south facing garden is completely fenced in.
On the ground floor you get through the hallway into the open kitchen with integrated dining area and into the living area. The guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet
( walk-in ) shower and WC. There is also a single room.
The house is also used by us and is completely furnished for 4 - 5 persons.
The kitchen offers gas stove and oven with integrated microwave, Senseo - coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Washing machine and ironing board are in the annex of the house. Baby chair 1 x available, baby cot on request.
TV, WLAN, Internet radio.
To the house belongs a terrace with garden table and six chairs, as well as two couches.
A car parking space is available at the house.
Non-smoking domicile.
Long-term tenants welcome.
Pets possible (max. 1 dog allowed).
Bed linen (sheets, pillow and blanket covers) are to be brought by our guests independently, as well as towels, kitchen towels
We always try to have a small supply of spices, detergents, dishwashing liquid and washing up liquid in the holiday home, but we are happy to make these things available to our guests free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that this supply has not been used up once.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the Fort Soleil bungalow park, which belongs to the Zeebad holiday park. The park has an indoor swimming pool suitable for children, a supermarket, playgrounds and a bicycle rental. You can walk to the beach. Fort Soleil is located about 900 m from the beach and about 1000 m from the centre of Bresken.
The idyllic harbour town of Bresken and the location of the house convince by the proximity to the beach and the good connection to the surrounding countryside. Shopping is possible by bike, because within a few minutes you reach the supermarket. The shops in the village are open all year round.
Great bike tours along and on the dikes, as well as many leisure activities guarantee a varied program for young and old!

Very modern and superbly equipped
We were only there for a short trip, but the house leaves nothing to be desired. It is simply equipped with everything you need or might need. Even things you didn't think you needed.
It feels cozy, homely, not at all strange. The furnishings are modern and in good condition.
We would come back anytime.

Beautiful tastefully furnished holiday home located in a quiet area near the coast.
We spent a week with our children and our dog in the very nice holiday home.
The house is very clean and well maintained.
It is very well equipped for a relaxing holiday.
The location is also great, with the beach only a 10-minute walk away.
We had a lovely short break and can highly recommend the house.
The contact with the very nice landlords was also very uncomplicated.

To feel good
We felt very comfortable here. Everything you need in a house was available. We can only recommend it. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. We have been to Holland many times, but we really found a good place here.

Beautiful accommodation with extensive facilities. Great new kitchen. Very clean. Beautifully landscaped garden with a great canopy. All kinds of garden furniture available. The large tree in the garden provides excellent shade. The contact with the landlords was also very nice.

Three adults with a dog spent a wonderful week in your very well equipped holiday home. The construction site you mentioned did not affect us. We especially enjoyed the lovingly designed garden and terrace every day. We can well imagine spending another holiday in your holiday home.

Very nice holiday home

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
The apartment was perfect for our family vacation with 5 adults. The location is also very good. Everything was easily accessible on foot as well. The contact with the landlords was uncomplicated and friendly. We can highly recommend the apartment. The large construction site next door creates a lot of dirt, but otherwise, you hardly notice it.

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
We felt very comfortable here. Even our children, who normally always find something to complain about, were totally enthusiastic and didn't want to go home at all.

We were on holiday here for 6 days with our 3-year-old grandchild.
The house is tip-top and equipped with everything you need, including a stair gate for small children. Very clean and well-maintained.

Very nice holiday home **********
We liked everything very much.
A house to feel comfortable in, totally cozy and lovingly furnished, with a beautiful covered terrace. Also very positive was the proximity to the beach, in case you want to go for a walk on the beach in the evening.
We would also like to mention that we really enjoyed the personal contact with the landlady. Everything went smoothly and very friendly.

Very beautiful holiday home. Highly recommended!
We stayed there with the family for a week. The house is very tastefully decorated and the covered terrace was worth gold. This way we could have breakfast outside every morning. The beach wasn't far either. The ferry to Vlissingen was easy to reach on foot. The landlords are very friendly and charming and were always available. We can only recommend the house and will definitely go on vacation there again.

My siblings and I spent eight wonderful days in this very beautiful house. It is very well maintained, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. Quietly located very beautiful holiday home
My husband and I spent a few days in this vacation home. We really liked it. The house is very tastefully furnished. Everything is available in the kitchen area. Absolutely fantastic!!!
We are totally thrilled. We have rented several holiday homes in the area, but the FortoSoleil27 from the Bongaers family really blew us away. You walk in and immediately feel at home. It is cozy, comfortable, and very well-maintained. You can see that the owners have put a lot of love and time into it. The apartment and garden are very well-kept! The covered terrace with its dimmable lighting is something really special, very cozy. And what also struck us very positively is that the landlady is very nice and friendly, and that is another reason why we will definitely come back and book the dates for 2021 in the next few days. The house offers everything you need for a beautiful and relaxed holiday. Even in bad weather, you will enjoy being inside the house. This is because the house is very well-maintained, cozy, and homely furnished. Nothing is missing in or around the house! The garden is absolutely beautiful and lovingly decorated. It is also great for dog owners as the garden is completely fenced. In case of rain, you can still relax on the covered terrace. The contact with the landlady was very nice and smooth. We were two people with a dog there for a week. The house is super nice and well-equipped. The double bed is a bit narrow for tall people (about 1.60m wide). The stairs are a bit steep for older people, otherwise everything is great. Landlord friendly.

Private holiday home for rent
Here you can immediately see that the owners use the house themselves. Very well-kept and comfortably furnished. Nothing was missing, there is even a well-stocked closet with board games, I would say there is something for every age group. And for those who prefer to read a book, you will also find something here. Everything is very well-kept and clean. If we could give 10 stars, we would, as the contact with the landlady was smooth and extremely friendly and warm. We would love to come back.

Nice, family-friendly holiday apartment with a beautiful sun terrace and a lovely garden. Very kind landlords who always strive to make holiday guests feel comfortable. Would definitely go on vacation there again at any time.
