Vacation directly on the beach.
Right next to the Zeeland seaside resort Breskens lies the spacious vacation park Zeebad Roompot where our house Fort Soleil de Kamschelp is located. The park Zeebad of Roompot has facilities for young and old. There is an indoor swimming pool, a cozy pub and several sports and playing fields. The little ones can enjoy themselves in the playground or in the Koos Kids Club.
From Zeebad you can be on the North Sea beach in no time and enjoy a breath of fresh air, swimming, sunbathing or sitting on a terrace at a beach pavilion. The nearby beaches of Breskens (1 km from Fort Soleil de Kamschelp) and Groede have a Blue Flag, a European quality mark for clean and safe marinas and beaches.
Beautifully located and attractively furnished vacation home is situated on vacation park Zeebad Roompot, Fortsoleil in Breskens. The backyard is surrounded by a high hedge that gives peace and privacy. The house is furnished with love, taste and care. The walls are decorated with beautiful soft colors that in combination with the interior give a warm feeling to whomever enters the house. layout Upon entering the house we enter the hall where the toilet and stairs to the second floor are located. Through this hall we enter the living room with open kitchen with appliances including a 4-burner gas hob, microwave, extractor, dishwasher, sink and fridge freezer. The kitchen is in open connection with the cozy living room, which offers a beautiful view of the garden. The living room has doors which give access to the intimate garden with covered terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine early in the year. Next to the house is a barn, where a washing machine is located. Via the stairs in the hall we reach the landing of the upper floor, where we find two bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the two bedrooms can accommodate two single beds and a bunk bed. In addition, at the rear of the house is the beautiful spacious master bedroom located with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink. The entire top floor is characterized by the beautiful open space, which gives the rooms a spacious feeling. Practical information Fort soleil de Kamschelp is for a maximum of 6 persons. Maximum 4 adults and 2 children. The house is non-smoking. Dog welcome. 35€ per booking. (Swimming pool and bikes from Zeebad against payment. For more information visit the website of Roompot Zeebad. Bed linen, kitchen and towels etc. provided. Rental from Friday to Friday. (Long weekend, midweek, possible in consultation.)

Fort soleil de Kamschelp is located in the holidday park Zeebad of Roompot to the west of Breskens in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
This part of Zeeuws Vlaanderen has beautiful walking and cycling routes and beautiful sandy beaches, cozy terraces and shops.
The holiday home is 0.8 km from the dunes and beautiful wide beaches. The park offers a lot of peace and space and is located directly behind the Westerschelde dunes in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
The park has several playgrounds, an indoor swimming pool with slide and rapids (for a fee), restaurant with takeaway, children's entertainment, bicycle rental and launderette.
You can enjoy cycling, walking and pausing in one of the many beach pavilions along the nearby dunes and beaches on the Westerschelde.
The Waterdunen nature reserve is only 0.2 km from the holiday home, where you can take a peaceful walk. At a cycling distance of 4 km is Groede podium where bunkers from the 2nd World War can be visited, play equipment and a petting zoo are present.
There is much to experience in the area. Such as visiting Breskens, Sluis, Groede, Cadzand and Terneuzen. Just across the border with Belgium are the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent and luxurious Knokke.
Many small Burgundian restaurants are a short distance from Fort Soleil.
The beautiful beaches of Cadzand and Nieuwvliet are also worth a visit.
This holiday home is a good base to visit the amusement park Boudewijn Park in Bruges and Plopsaland in De Panne or for a visit to the Delta Park Neeltje Jans.
With the foot-bicycle ferry from Breskens it is a beautiful crossing to Vlissingen and Middelburg.
There is also a beautiful view of the shipping to Vlissingen, Terneuzen and Antwerp and you can also spot seals.

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in John und Marcias Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr und allen nötigen Kochutensilien, selbst an das Kindergeschirr wurde gedacht. Eine schöne und gemütlich gestaltet Terrasse mit Garten der viel Privatsphäre bietet. Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer bieten ausreichend Platz und es war alles sehr sauber. John und Marcia bemühen sich sehr um ein gute Kommunikation und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen in Ihrem Haus. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war für uns das sehr quietschende Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, aber das lässt sich mit Sicherheit reparieren.

Liebevolle Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber.

Ferienhaus
wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und einen angenehmen
email verlauf mit dem Vermieter (Danke). Das Haus fanden wir in einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand vor, zur Begrüßung lagen einige Süßigkeiten und Getränke im Haus.
Abschließend könne wir für die Vermieter sowie für das Haus nur die Höchstpunktzahl vergeben, sollten wir wieder nach Breskens kommen ist das unserer erste Anlaufstelle

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus und die Umgebung bringen alles mit um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen! Fahrrad fahren nach Cadzand, Chocolate genießen in Brügge ( Weltkulturerbe) oder Shoppen in Sluis alles ist möglich. Wir waren leider nur eine Woche da, haben uns im Haus, aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Kochen machte auch Spaß, da alles sauber und vorhanden war. Die überdachte Terrasse hat uns Schutz vor dem Regen geboten und so konnten wir immer draußen essen. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und wunderschön mit dem Leuchtturm. Brötchen zum Frühstück sind auch zu Fuß zu besorgen (im Jumbo gibt es gratis Kaffee, was den Fußmarsch versüßt). Empfehlenswert ?

Ferienhaus Breskens
Die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und ordentlich vorzufinden.
Schöne Einrichtung und alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Für Leute mit Hund ist dies das perfekte Haus, da es auch einen Garten besitzt.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer schnell und unproblematisch.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt
Wir fahren nun seit über 10 Jahren nach Südholland und mieteten dort Ferienhäusen in Ferienparks. Nach den letzten Erlebnissen haben wir uns umorientiert und dieses Haus gut bewertete Haus gebucht.
Details: Alles was wir im Haushalt benötigen war vorhanden und zwar in ordentlicher Qualität. Die Schlafräume sind ausreichend groß so dass man nicht direkt gegen eine Wand stößt . Insgesamt eine angenehme Größe und die Lage zum Strand und auch zum Ort Breskens ist topp. Und etwas, auf das wir Wert legen: Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten so den Aufenthalt genießen.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Wir waren sehr zufrieden in unserem kleinen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist toll. Sie bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Hunde und Kinder sind dort sehr willkommen. Das Häuschen liegt in einem schönen Park, sehr nah zum Strand und auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ist sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon sehr :)

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Ein Stellplatz für PKW war direkt an dem Ferienhaus vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Sehr gute Lage zwischen Strand und Ort, sehr sauber und gemütlich-geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und für Hunde geeignet.

War ein sehr schöner hundeurlaub
Es war sehr schwer eine Unterkunft mit 2 großen hunden zu finden. Doch diese Unterkunft war perfekt wir hatten ausreichend platz . Es war einfach zu finden,und nicht weit vom strand .
Das haus hat alles geboten was man braucht, der ablauf war total unkomplizierte.
