With an uncomplicated and practical room layout, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the house with sunlight, a special feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed here
The private and completely fenced garden allows your four-legged friends to move freely and without restraint, even on holiday.
Children can play and romp safely here.
The holiday home is approx. 50 sqm in size. It has a large living room with dining area and fireplace,
an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a daylight bathroom with ground-level shower and a sauna.
A bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bedroom with a single bed & a bunk bed are at your disposal
For our very small guests, there is a rice bed.
The furnishings offer everything you need for relaxing hours and cosy evenings:
Sofa, rattan recliner, wood-burning stove with window, dining table group, satellite TV and stereo
In addition, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle in the kitchen, washing machine in the shed, as well as garden furniture and barbecue.

This individual domicile is located in a small free house area in Stove / Boiensdorf.
Boiensdorf is located north of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. The peninsula Boiensdorfer Werder, which juts out about one kilometre into the Mecklenburg Bay of the Baltic Sea, belongs to the municipal area. The peninsula separates the Salzhaff from the Zaufe Strait. Opposite the peninsula are the islands of Poel and Langenwerder and, to the north, the peninsula of Wustrow. The Scharberg, 1200 metres from the coast, is 54 metres above sea level and the highest elevation in the coastal area between Wismar and Rerik. The districts of Niendorf, Stove and Werder belong to Boiensdorf. Source Wikipedia

Surrounded by a landscape characterised by fields & meadows, the world is still in order here.
The Salzhaff with its magnificent view of the island of Poel is only a few minutes' walk from the house. Here you will find a small natural beach (unspoilt beach), away from the hustle and bustle of the large Baltic Sea resorts. Relaxing in this idyll in a wonderful location is
The surrounding area is ideal for bicycle tours and long walks along the beach with or without the dog. Wismar (World Heritage Site) with its enchanting old town and the colourful hustle and bustle of the harbour is only about 15 km away.
The seaside resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn can be reached in 12-20 minutes by car. Rosstock and Schwerin are also always worth a trip.
A versatile holiday for all those who are looking for closeness to nature and yet do not want to be far away from cultural and urban events.

House in Stove

Whoever seeks peace will find it in Stove in this house. The house has everything that is needed and is clean. Whether the path to the nearby beach is 300 meters or a little more... it doesn't matter. There is enough to see nearby. However, one must drive.
In Stove, there is only a small bakery. Just like it used to be. The garden is fenced. No dog can come in, and none can go out.

We would have liked to stay longer

We had a few wonderful and quiet days. The house is lovingly furnished and our dogs had their favourite spot right in front of the floor-to-ceiling window. The on-site housekeeping worked well and there were also fresh eggs from the farm. Excursions to Wismar and the island of Poel are highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet house, dogs welcome!!!

Spontaneously, I searched for a quiet accommodation for myself and my dog on the Baltic Sea and came across the Dansk Hus. The booking went smoothly; the landlord was immediately available by phone and very uncomplicated. The house is ideal for those seeking peace. At least when I was there, it was wonderful. Everything you need is available, and the sauna is highly recommended :). A big plus is the dog-friendliness, which unfortunately is not found everywhere anymore, and Uwe, who welcomed me kindly and was always reachable. The beach is just a stone's throw away, and I didn't mind that it is a natural beach at all. Wismar, Rerik, or Kühlungsborn are quickly accessible from here and are perfect for excursions. Many thanks to Mrs. Viehhauser and Uwe for the wonderful stay. We would love to come back.

Super spontan

As my plan for the second week of vacation in Saxony changed very spontaneously, I wanted to drive to the Baltic Sea with my little son and the dog for a few days. This accommodation came into play. Already in the pictures, the little house appealed to me, and with a super friendly contact and confirmation, we set off. I was welcomed as agreed by the kind soul Uwe, and we drove the last stretch together. I found a super clean, nice, and tastefully furnished house where you can immediately feel comfortable! Unfortunately, the weather was not that great, so we couldn't use the great wooden horse in the garden. Instead, we enjoyed the fireplace and sauna! The location, with just a few minutes' walk to the beach, is unbeatable! We didn't miss anything, and I would love to come back with the whole family for a longer stay! Sure, if you search, you will certainly find something that bothers or displeases you, but that is always and everywhere the case.

Short break to relax

Arrived at a small holiday home settlement, we immediately felt at home in the Dansk House. We were very pleased with the personal welcome message. We immediately used the fireplace and made ourselves comfortable. Our 3 dogs especially enjoyed the fenced garden, the natural beach a few minutes' walk away, and the long walks in the area (we did too!). The sauna quickly warmed us up after each walk. Unfortunately, the time was too short to visit all the beautiful destinations in the area, like Wismar or the island Poel. So we will come back :-) Because it was mentioned in other reviews: The group in the neighboring house did not bother us at all. Everyone we encountered was very friendly.

Great vacation!

Beautiful house, lovingly furnished, very clean. Fenced-in garden, a short lovely walk to the sea and the natural beach. Nice care on-site and also by the owner. Here you experience absolute peace and can relax wonderfully by the fireplace and in the sauna. My dog felt right at home! Extended walks along the beach and the natural surroundings are possible. Great location for various excursions along the Baltic Sea.

Holiday destination unsuitable

Upon arrival, the garden maintenance was very neglected; the lawn had not been mowed until a good week later.
There was a hawk's nest with three little children above the terrace wall. One got splattered and the hard stool was distributed all over the terrace.
Unfortunately, the grill could not be used as it was completely dirty.
The trash can on the terrace was not emptied, who knows for how long, it smelled very unpleasant. The way to the beach is not 0.3 km but 1.3 km walk. A huge overgrown meadow, no sandy beach, and the water completely full of foam, sea tangle, etc., the beach could be completely forgotten. The location was very noisy because there is a large Baltic Sea storage facility on the street and physically disabled people were engaged in leisure activities there. You could hear the screams. We did not feel comfortable there at all and will not recommend it to anyone.

Sehr geehrte Frau Viehhauser,
wir möchten Ihnen hiermit einiges an Erklärung abgeben:
Wie wir am 14.06.21 ankamen, ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Gartenpflege gefehlt
hat, insbesondere der Rasen wurde nic
ht gemäht. Diesen konnten wir über eine
Woche nicht betreten, wegen Ungeziefer etc. . Der Hausmeister „Uwe„ hat
diesen erst am 22.06.21 gemäht, obwohl ich ihn am 14.06.21 darauf aufmerksam
gemacht habe.
Desweiteren ist uns am Ankommen - Tag aufgefallen, dass die weiße Mülltonne auf
der Terrasse nicht entleert wurde.
Sie können sich das bestimmt vorstellen, bei
der Sommerhitze, die wir haben, einen unangenehmen Geruch von sich gab.
Der Grill auf der Terrasse wurde auch nicht gereinigt, darum haben wir diesen
weggestellt. Man konnte des leider nicht ansehen.
Wir müssen Ihnen auch leider mitteilen, dass wir nicht alleine waren. An der
Hauswand über der Terrasse, befindet sich ein Habicht - Nest mit Kindern.

Sie wissen, dass Habichte Greifvögel sind und einen großen Schaden von
Stuhlgängen verursachen, darum haben wir es auch nicht so richtig geniessen
können. Man hatte auch den ganzen Tag die Fütterung mitbekommen.
Im Ostsee- Speicher, vorne das große rote Haus, ist uns nicht mitgeteilt wurden,
dass dort Behinderte ihren Urlaub, oder Freizeit verbringen können, zumal die
sich überhaupt nicht bewegen können und im Rollstuhl angeschnallt sind, sowie
eine mächtiges Geschrei von sich geben (als wenn ein Hund geschlachtet wird)
.
Das fanden wir überhaupt nicht gut, für unseren ersten Urlaub seit 2 Jahren.
Im Haus Nr. 11, die aus Groß-Gerau, mit 2 Straßenköter, sind jeden Morgen mit
ihrem Auto weggefahren und haben diese Hunde alleine im Haus gelassen.
Am späten Abend, kamen sie wieder zurück.
Den ganzen Tag, haben diese Köter gebellt und einen fürchterlichen Krach veranstaltet.
Dann möchten wir auch auf den Strand zurückkommen, den Sie in Ihrem Angebot
bekannt gemacht haben. Dieser ist per Fußweg ca. 900 m zu laufen , durch eine
Hundecotstraße und angekommen auf einer Wiese ohne Sand. Das Wasser konnte
man nicht betreten, mit Seetank überschüttet. Es bedeutete für uns, dass wir
jeden Tag nach Rerik gefahren sind, was eigentlich nicht so geplant war.
Zum Schluss möchten wir Sie um eine kleine Erstattung bitten, da wir auch den
Untermieter „ Habichte“ mit ertragen mussten und wie die anderen Punkte.
Wir bitten um Bestätigung und ein entgegenkommendes Vertrauen.

Unpleasant, short, and expensive vacation.

Unfortunately, I cannot report anything positive about the rented holiday property. The access road to the property is in a dilapidated state (potholes, construction debris remnants). The property itself looks untidy on the outside, and the parking space is in the same dilapidated condition as the access road. A large yellow trash bin directly to the left of the building is not very inviting. In the property itself, basic furnishings, dirty mattresses, missing toppers, mold in the shower, dirty toilet with a large crack in the ceramic. Generally unclean condition, crumbs in front of the microwave, peeling non-stick coating in the pan, dirt on the dish towels. We could not use the beds in these conditions. We spent the first night on the floor and the next two nights on the couches until our early departure. Terrace in rather mediocre condition, dog bowl empty and dirty, lawn mowed but ground with large holes (risk of twisting foot). Garden poorly designed, low fence in poor condition. Overall, exterior appears tired and neglected (wood paneling).

natürlich liest man als Eigentümerin eine solche Bewertung nicht gerne.
Dennoch möchte ich die Gelegenheit zu nutzen darauf zu ragieren.
Liebe Frau Möhres, wie Sie sich vielleicht erinnern, hatten Sie kurz vor Urlaubsantritt nicht anreisen wollen, da Sie eine Allergie bekommen haben. Dennoch sind Sie angereist,
haben das Ferienhaus übergeben bekommen und alles war fein.
Am nächsten Morgen um 7:00 Uhr haben Sie mich mit Anrufen & Nachrichten nahezu bombadiert.
Auf Ihren Unmut hin, habe ich Ihnen den Putzservice geschickt,
dieser hat versucht sich mit Ihnen zu unterhalten & nachzusäubern auch das war ihrerseits nicht machbar.
Dennoch möchte ich nicht unerwähnt lassen, dass das Ferienobjekt in einem Nturschutzgebiet liegt & es keine gepflasterten Wege & Zufahrten gibt.
Das Dansk Hus ist vor 13 Jahren erbaut & die Einrichtung knapp 3 Jahre alt.
Eine Mülltonne am Haus ist notwendig, wenn auch nicht schön anzusehen ;-)
Eine Pfanne die Kratzer in der Beschichtung aufweist empfinde ich als nicht tragisch,
da 3 weitere Pfannen im Haus zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Hundenäpfe sind selbstverständlich bei Anreise leer.
Die Terrasse ist vor 6 Wochen neu geölt worden und der Garten ist gut & sicher eingezäunt
sowie pflegeleicht angelegt damit Urlauber wie Sie, auch mal mit 3 Hunden
(wenn Sie auch nur 2 Hunde angemeldet haben!) unkompliziert Urlaub machen können.
Desweiteren möchte ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass Sie die nicht bezahlten Nebenkosten,
den nicht angemeldeten Hund & die Endreinigung von mir geschenkt bekommen.
Liebe Frau Möhres ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute & dass Ihr nächster Urlaube für Sie besser verlaufen mögen.

Relaxen in der Natur
