A beautiful and tranquil townhouse with a private pool and spacious courtyard in Pollença’s old town that also benefits from private parking.
This antique townhouse in the historical quarter of Pollença has been lovingly refurbished with great attention to detail. On the ground floor, it offers a living/dining room and a kitchen which leads onto the courtyard, as well as one bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom. The sun terrace offers another secluded retreat.
Casa Jeroni is in a quiet location in the heart of the lovely old town, very close to the main square. The Sunday market attracts visitors with its amazing fruit, food and flower stalls, which bring an abundance of colour and life to the main square. At the same time, numerous artisan stalls line the side streets of the town and live music is performed, creating a truly memorable experience.
The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a ten-minute drive from the town.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 57 days before the day of arrival.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

We felt very comfortable.
Dear Martina,
We felt very comfortable at Casa Jeroni, it's quiet and very central to Placa + Altstadt. We also used the underground parking garage (about 5 minutes away).
In early October, we were still able to use the pool and grill. It was great that there was a lot available, such as charcoal/lighter, as well as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, etc., and plenty of dishes.
The house was very clean and cozy (including the beds), and for a townhouse, it was very bright. The patio is great for eating outside, etc.

Beautiful holiday home in Pollenca
Very cozy townhouse on the outskirts of Pollenca. Quiet but centrally located, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the Serra de Tramuntana. We really liked the house with its great furnishings and sun terrace.

We come again
We have been to Mallorca many times, but this was our first time in a townhouse in Pollença. The house was perfect for us. Central and quiet location, good equipment and individual furnishings - no 0815 holiday home. The weather was not so great, so we were all the more pleased about the cosy house. We will come back in the low season to use the fireplace. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we will recommend you to others.

We enjoyed it as always and will definitely be back!
The house is highly recommended - the kids want to go home again, so to the Pollenca home - great location, easy to reach. And great was the parking directly in front of the door ... tasteful and well equipped. We all liked it very much.
